We are looking for a Digital Performance Specialist (SEM/PPC) responsible for the strategic development, execution and ongoing management of high-budget campaigns across multiple channels and campaigns, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Retargeting, Facebook Ads, Programmatic channels and eCommerce Market Places.

The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, strategic marketing and leadership skills, who can identify new opportunities and trends, assist management teams and mentor colleagues. Your experience may also include writing content, updating Social Media pages and making SEO recommendations. The role will be part of the digital team reporting to the Manager of Digital with plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive management of all paid marketing campaigns to ensure business objectives and key targets are met and are on budget
  • Lead all SEM marketing initiatives with a focus on optimization, reducing CPC and driving growth
  • Build, set-up, research, execute, manage and optimize PPC marketing campaigns, including paid search, display, retargeting, e-commerce and affiliate marketing
  • Drive conversion optimization, through A/B testing, ad development and landing page strategy
  • Continuously look for ways to improve campaigns and drive growth, including testing new ad copy, new channels, strategies, techniques and tools
  • Work closely with our developers and vendors, to ensure adequate tracking, analytics, goals and conversion pixels are setup and in place across the various domains and landing pages, including Google tag manager, etc.
  • Oversee and manage paid marketing tools, software and tracking platform
  • Run internal SEM reports and analysis, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations
  • Stay up to date on changes in the industry, trends and new strategies in SEO / SEM and CRO
  • You also see the bigger picture and work with the team to understand how paid campaigns can help drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of paid search marketing experience, including understanding of online trends, PPC platforms, CRO techniques and affiliate marketing
  • Experience managing large monthly budget campaigns ($100,000+), setting up SEM and paid social campaigns (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok)
  • Experience working in Google Ads Editor and Bing Editor (Certification preferred)
  • Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to optimize funnels and measure ROI
  • Excel is your middle name – you are a master of report building and manage large data sets with ease. You know how to distill performance data into insights and optimizations that will drive lead volume growth and/or cost efficiency. You love working with pivot tables, vlookups, and formulas.
  • You embrace automation and have set up or implemented Automated rules, Scrips or Auto Bid Strategies that have resulted in increases in performance and/or improved the account management process
  • Experience writing content and experience managing social media pages, is welcome
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices, is welcome
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit and you are fearless in your ability to bring forward and execute new and innovative marketing tactics – willing to take risks!
