The Senior Vice-President of Revenue, LendCare will be a new and vital member of LendCare’s Executive Team reporting directly to the President of LendCare. They can lead leaders and will be excited by the challenge of owning our entire go-to-market strategy that will accelerate growth for LendCare.   This is a truly exciting growth opportunity for an executive with a track record for building businesses who has the versatility to lead optimization of market share in established verticals and partners while simultaneously sourcing new market opportunities through strategic market analysis.   This role will appeal to an ambitious, entrepreneurial, proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding, high-growth environment and seeks ownership and accountability over their results. Key Accountabilities for this role include (but are not limited to):

Business Management

  • Actively manages the business’ KPIs; detects positive and negative sales and revenue trends early and adjusts guidance to consistently deliver better performance
  • Establishes a best-in-class process for regular monitoring of program and merchant performance ensuring that the portfolio maintains high-value initiatives and partners
  • Partners with Business Development and Sales leaders to create a systematic approach to growing revenue with current and future partners and to coordinate its implementation.

Business Expansion

  • Monitors, anticipates, and identifies emerging trends, issues, threats, and risks within the overall consumer finance, point of sale, and retail industries in a disciplined fashion
  • Utilizes competitive intelligence to develop and augment business strategies that drive and optimize the growth and expansion of the business unit
  • Feeds the goeasy strategic planning process taking accountability for LendCare’s puts and takes
  • Oversees new vertical or partner identification and manages the “pursuit” process for key partnerships and deals that will result in new revenue sources including new original equipment manufacturers (OEM), brokers, and lead aggregators
  • Identifies and solidifies relationships with key executive decision-makers and influencers at prospect partner and merchant organizations

Executive Leadership

  • Acts as the lead executive sponsor on strategic initiatives and projects that impact delivery; owns business requirements, engages, and galvanizes working teams to successful execution.
  • Aligns closely with all key internal functional support areas to ensure successful execution of the operating plan, such as marketing, credit, technology, sales and business development

Who you are:

  • The successful candidate will hold a university degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise-level business building (growth, revenue, general management) executive leadership
  • Has a clear track record and prior experience of consistently delivering for a fast-paced, high-growth, successful organizations where tight timelines and high expectations of quality delivery and the norm
  • Brings a history of personal and team achievement with substantial personal contributions to the positive evolution of a business through innovative thinking and making things happen; a successful track record of defining and delivering growth.
  • Experience capturing opportunities in high-growth industries or industry segments
  • Exposure to consumer finance, credit, and/or collections/recovery is desirable but not necessary.
  • Ability and desire to be a hands-on leader and entrepreneur: able to conceptualize opportunities to grow the business and to be active in all facets of fulfillment including relationship management, training, and reporting.
  • Decisive and goal-oriented to consistently exceed objectives with strong planning, forecasting, and organizational skills.
  • A versatile general manager with strong financial acumen and modeling skills, operations experience, and expert sales/partnership development.
  • Strong communication skills including collaborating, negotiating, and public speaking.
  • Proven ability to establish, present and outperform budget management.
  • Skills in Microsoft office applications include advanced excel and PowerPoint.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and intelligent.

Additional Information:
