A Day in a life of a Customer Retention Specialist:  

Build strong customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email 

Understanding customer's needs by providing the solutions that fits them best 

Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis 

Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers by interacting with them on a daily basis 

Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and the maintenance of the store 

Manage accounts receivables by monitoring overdue accounts on a weekly basis
