We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our Asset Reovery and Remarketing team at LendCare. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing relationships with our vendors while ensuring that the company's best interests are always at the forefront. Your quick and decisive actions on inventory matters will contribute to the effective and efficient turnover of company assets. Working in concert with fellow team members, yet capable of making autonomous decisions, you will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct daily reviews of active inventory to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation.
Data entry and basic report management on Excel.
Validate and confirm required documentation is on file.
Collaborate with the senior members of the team to liaise with vendors and partners.
Adhere to established procedures, contributing to the refinement of our workflow for peak efficiency.
Take on additional administrative duties, supporting the broader objectives of the department.
Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for managing data with precision.
Organized and attentive, with the ability to spot fine details and maintain order.
Capable of managing and prioritizing competing tasks to meet critical deadlines.
Professional experience within the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle Condition Reports are ideal.
Solid grasp of the remarketing process from start to finish is a plus.
Full-time availability with the ability to work in-person in our head office in Pickering, ON

Role Overview
We're thrilled to announce a new leadership opportunity for the Director, Credit Card Products & Portfolio Growth, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Product. This exciting new role will spearhead the development, launch, and ongoing optimization of our brand-new credit card offerings, with a strong focus on driving profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction. The Director will shape strategies aimed at acquisition, engagement, and performance, tapping into a massive growth potential for our organization.
As the Director, you'll take charge of product development, market expansion, and full P&L management, working closely with cross-functional teams in risk, legal, finance, technology, and marketing. You'll also play a critical role in cultivating strategic partnerships and driving innovation, ensuring the credit card products remain competitive and grow sustainably in the marketplace. What will you be doing?
1) Product Strategy, Development & Execution 

Lead the creation, launch, and evolution of new credit card products from ideation to market entry; 
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the card portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands. 
Optimize pricing, rewards structures, credit policies, and feature enhancements to maximize profitability and customer engagement. 
Develop and execute omnichannel acquisition strategies, leveraging proprietary channels, partnerships, digital channels, and direct marketing efforts. 
Ensure all credit card initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
2) Portfolio Management & Growth Optimization 

Drive the achievement of growth targets and profitability  
Monitor portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and revenue expansion. 
Leverage data analytics and market research to refine product offerings, optimize spending behaviour, and reduce attrition.

Oversee the management of existing credit card partnerships while identifying and seizing new opportunities. 
Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a market-leading position. 
3) Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement 

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (internal and external) to ensure smooth operations, sustainable growth, and strategic alignment. 
Act as a senior decision-maker with major corporate impact, influencing executives on credit card strategies. 
Represent the organization in key account negotiations and high-profile partner engagements. 
4) Acquisition & Channel Strategy 

Own and drive credit card receivables growth objectives. 
Develop and implement strategies in an omnichannel acquisition environment, ensuring balance and efficiency in digital, retail, and partner-driven channels. 
Stay at the forefront of innovative acquisition solutions, influencing new business models to accelerate customer acquisition while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
What experience do you have?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience as a leader in the credit card industry with a strong track record of leading new product development, portfolio management, acquisition and growth strategies. 
Proven ability to drive change, influence key stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams  
Strong understanding of financial modelling, risk management, and credit card economics.

As a Regional Manager, your primary functions are:

Customer Satisfaction

Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers
Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures
Ensure showrooms are merchandised and tagged with proper price and promotional tags, and work with managers to maintain desired product mix

Associate Development & Retention

Ensure new associates are efficiently trained
Ensure associates receive on-time performance appraisals and corresponding merit and/or promotional increases
Assist Store Managers with employee development and with resolving disciplinary issues
Communicate regularly with store management team and ensure compliance with the Workplace Mutual Respect policy
Work with store managers to minimize turnover and make informed hiring decisions

Deliver Financial Results

Manage district budget to drive profitability
Achieve SOI, net and gross margins, and other revenue percentages to plan
Control region labour dollars

Maintain charge-offs below 2.5% of revenue

Grow Revenue Base

Monitor month-to-month store operations, accounts receivable, and collections in accordance with established policies and procedures

Asset Protection and Loss Prevention

Audit stores on a timely basis to ensure compliance and execution of company policies and procedures including prevention, safety, security, marketing/merchandising programs and store appearance
Maintain and monitor fixed assets to standard

Ensure compliance with established policies and governmental laws and regulation



What You Need To Work With Us:

2 or more years of experience as a multi-unit district manager in a retail, restaurant, or related customer service environment
Strong leadership skills, with the motivation and desire to lead by example
Professional, outgoing, positive, and approachable demeanour that draws in both customers and associates
Outstanding communication, problem solving, and negotiation skills, and the ability to work well and be resourceful in fast-paced and demanding situations
Strong organizational and planning skills in order to meet and exceed set targets

Secondary School Diploma is required, while a College or University Diploma in a related discipline is preferred

We are currently looking for a Financial Service Representative to join our easyfinancial North York branch located near Lawrence Ave West and Weston Rd. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales and managing overdue accounts through direct customer engagement. By helping customers build their credit with structured monthly payments, you’ll be making a real impact in their lives.  
What You’ll Do:

Create exceptional customer experiences through face-to-face, phone and email interactions.
Show compassion and empathy by understanding customer needs and matching them with suitable financial solutions. Educating customers on building their credit and achieving financial goals.
Actively prospecting new clients through a combination marketing and outbound sales call activity to drive financial product sales and cross-sell opportunities.
Clearly explain financial product terms and conditions.
Assess and evaluate loan applications using financial analysis and risk assessment.
Manage overdue accounts with effective collections activities.
Ensure customer applications are completed accurately and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:  

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, retail and/or financial services.
A strong communicator who thrives in customer-facing roles and is passionate about driving sales.
Empathetic and integrity-driven- you genuinely care about helping customers succeed.
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).

Vos responsabilités :

Offrir aux clients des expériences de vente de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel
Faire preuve de compassion et d'empathie pour nos clients en comprenant leur situation et leurs besoins et en trouvant un produit financier qui leur convient
Éduquer les clients et leur fournir les moyens d'atteindre leurs objectifs financiers en bâtissant un dossier de crédit
Tirer profit des ventes croisées de solutions financières et de produits complémentaires
Communiquer les conditions générales de nos produits financiers
Examiner et évaluer les prêts potentiels par le biais d'analyses financières et d'autres évaluations des risques
Gérer les activités de recouvrement pour tous les comptes financiers en souffrance
Obtenir tous les renseignements nécessaires pour répondre aux demandes de produits et de services des clients en portant une attention particulière aux détails
