Day in the life of a Manager, Inside Sales:
Lead and manage a team of ~10-11 outbound sales representatives in a contact center setting.
Directly manage the Retention Specialist, ensuring strategies to save customers and reduce cancellations are effective.
Act as an in-house expert on the phone system, managing phone productivity and reporting.
Develop and implement best sales practices to improve conversion rates, deal volume, and overall team performance.
Coach and mentor high performers, while motivating mid-level performers to advance.
Conduct regular 1:1s and performance reviews, focusing on accountability, improvement, and growth.
Handle customer complaints and escalations, ensuring positive resolution and retention.
Partner with the Sales Operations & Quality Manager to align coaching with compliance, process standards, and metrics.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years of people management experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) sales environment.
Proven track record of coaching and developing sales agents in a contact/call center environment.
Strong understanding of sales performance metrics, phone productivity, and CRM/telephony tools (experience with NICE is an asset).
Experience handling customer escalations and implementing retention strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Une journée dans la vie d’un Coordonnateur de la récupération d'actifs:
Gestion de portefeuille: Gérer de manière autonome un portefeuille de comptes ou superviser le portefeuille d’un fournisseur, en veillant à ce que les efforts de récupération soient exécutés efficacement et conformément aux politiques de l’entreprise.
Coordination avec les fournisseurs: Collaborer avec des agents de saisie et des fournisseurs tiers pour attribuer les tâches de récupération, surveiller l’avancement et assurer le respect des obligations contractuelles et des normes réglementaires.
Coordination du remisage et de la mise en fourrière: Répondre rapidement aux notifications concernant les véhicules localisés ou mis en fourrière. Coordonner avec les fournisseurs, les installations de remisage et les équipes internes afin de faciliter une récupération rapide et de minimiser les coûts associés.
Soutien après-vente: Assister aux activités post-vente des véhicules remis sur le marché, notamment le téléversement des actes de vente, le dépôt des libérations de privilèges, l’assurance du traitement exact des fonds et le transfert des dossiers aux unités internes appropriées.
Documentation et conformité: Tenir des registres détaillés des actions de récupération, des communications et des résultats. Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient conformes aux politiques internes, aux règlements de l’industrie et aux lois sur la protection de la vie privée.

Reporting to the VP Legal & Corporate Affairs, goeasy is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice and guidance to the goeasy team on a variety of matters, including: contract review and contract lifecycle management, contract negotiation and interpretation, and compliance with all applicable laws that impact business operations.
What will you be doing?
Identifying, addressing, and managing business needs in support of strategic objectives, while providing support and triage of matters to the VP, Legal & Corporate Affairs.
Leading the legal process and review in contract lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the vendor lifecycle - including vendor selection, onboarding, contract review and approval while recommending process enhancements.
Responding to regulatory inquiries by working with business partners to understand and improve internal processes.
Leading legal reviews and providing business support in areas such as consumer protection, customer resolutions, and other relevant subject matters.
Conducting legal research on issues impacting business operations, in collaboration with the Director, Government Relations & Legal.

We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer to join our Enterprise Reporting team, reposting directly to the Senior Manager, Business Intelligence & Enterprise Reporting. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and end users to deliver high-quality BI solutions that support strategic decision-making. As business needs evolve, the Senior Business Intelligence Engineer will serve as a technical and team lead – guiding offshore developers, mentoring junior engineers, and driving progress across key initiatives.
What will you be doing?
Overseeing project delivery and BAU (business-as-usual) items with the BI Development offshore team, as directed by the Senior Manager, BI Enterprise Reporting.

What experience do you have?
Minimum 2 years of experience leading the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business reporting, with a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Engineering, or a related Information Technology field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in the design and development of BI solutions using tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
3–5 years of experience working with SQL Server or a comparable relational database system.
Proven experience developing reports using documents, grids, graphs, dashboards, and working within BI or reporting environments.

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, the Senior Manager, Securitization and Treasury will play a key role in the management and expansion of goeasy’s Securitization facilities and Revolving Credit Facility. Additional responsibilities include liquidity forecasting, cash flow analysis, pro-forma financial submissions, and providing actionable insights to the Vice President of Treasury. You will also be responsible for the evolution of Treasury’s reporting framework, integrating leading software systems to enable better data management, data integrity, and increased reporting flexibility. This role also has accountability for leading Treasury’s work on product profitability, including detailed analytics on how each loan type performs within the company’s structured finance facilities.
What will you be doing?
Manage and operate the company’s securitization warehouse programs and revolving credit facility.
Lead the integration and ongoing enhancement of the OneStream platform for Treasury reporting and analytics, including defining data architecture, improving automation, and ensuring scalability for new funding structures.
Advance Treasury analytics beyond standard Cost of Funds variance drivers by identifying and solving for underlying factors such as covenant constraints, loan trends, and rate curve shifts.
Drive product-level profitability analysis by determining marginal funding costs by loan type and uncovering drivers of funding rate differentials.
Provide strategic recommendations to the VP of Treasury on portfolio trends within structured finance facilities, identifying root causes of unfavorable trends and proposing remediation plans.
Evolve Treasury’s pro-forma funding model by integrating performance-based data and recommending optimized debt structures to maximize funding capacity.
Own the creation and review of Treasury content in financial reports, including financial statements, MD&A, and investor materials. Support executive presentation development.
Support Treasury’s FP&A activities, including weekly Balance Sheet and Cost of Funds forecasts, Finance Cost Allocation, and development of annual budgets and strategic plans.
Play a key role in launching new debt facilities by mapping operational elements, building models, journal templates, and reports, and establishing controls while ensuring integration with accounting and reporting systems.
Take on people management responsibilities as the Treasury team grows, including mentoring new hires and leading analyst-level talent.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a finance management role.

Goeasy is seeking a highly motivated Loan Servicing Team Manager to take a hands-on approach and be responsible for monitoring staff and providing guidance, coaching and training. Operating hours are:
Monday to Friday 7:30am to 11:00pm
Saturday 8:00am to 8:00pm
Sundays 12:00pm to 8:00pm
Hours vary on holiday

Goeasy is seeking a highly motivated Loan Servicing Team Manager to take a hands-on approach and be responsible for monitoring staff and providing guidance, coaching and training. In this role you will manage the Fresh Tickets Platform ensuring SLA’s are met, as well managing the required rotational support ensuring full support coverage for all Retail Operating Hours.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead and supervise the ticket team within Centralized Loan Servicing team.
Provide training and guidance daily
Plan and organize the workflow to ensure all deadlines and SLA’s are met
Maintain and monitor control procedures to ensure accuracy
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)
Process weekly reporting related to Ticket Management
