Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, the Senior Manager, Securitization and Treasury will play a key role in the management and expansion of goeasy’s Securitization facilities and Revolving Credit Facility. Additional responsibilities include liquidity forecasting, cash flow analysis, pro-forma financial submissions, and providing actionable insights to the Vice President of Treasury. You will also be responsible for the evolution of Treasury’s reporting framework, integrating leading software systems to enable better data management, data integrity, and increased reporting flexibility. This role also has accountability for leading Treasury’s work on product profitability, including detailed analytics on how each loan type performs within the company’s structured finance facilities.
What will you be doing?
Manage and operate the company’s securitization warehouse programs and revolving credit facility.
Lead the integration and ongoing enhancement of the OneStream platform for Treasury reporting and analytics, including defining data architecture, improving automation, and ensuring scalability for new funding structures.
Advance Treasury analytics beyond standard Cost of Funds variance drivers by identifying and solving for underlying factors such as covenant constraints, loan trends, and rate curve shifts.
Drive product-level profitability analysis by determining marginal funding costs by loan type and uncovering drivers of funding rate differentials.
Provide strategic recommendations to the VP of Treasury on portfolio trends within structured finance facilities, identifying root causes of unfavorable trends and proposing remediation plans.
Evolve Treasury’s pro-forma funding model by integrating performance-based data and recommending optimized debt structures to maximize funding capacity.
Own the creation and review of Treasury content in financial reports, including financial statements, MD&A, and investor materials. Support executive presentation development.
Support Treasury’s FP&A activities, including weekly Balance Sheet and Cost of Funds forecasts, Finance Cost Allocation, and development of annual budgets and strategic plans.
Play a key role in launching new debt facilities by mapping operational elements, building models, journal templates, and reports, and establishing controls while ensuring integration with accounting and reporting systems.
Take on people management responsibilities as the Treasury team grows, including mentoring new hires and leading analyst-level talent.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a finance management role.
Background in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
Strong experience in Securitization.
Experience with OneStream or similar CPM systems.
Finance designation (CPA or CFA) is preferred.
Apply strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and complex models, driving data-informed recommendations.
Use advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling to build multi-dimensional models.
Leverage technical acumen to identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues. Experience with structured data analysis, regression techniques, or scenario modeling is a strong asset.
Plan and manage large, multifaceted projects while delegating effectively.
Lead cross-functional teams to solve problems and execute complex initiatives.
Bring a solid foundation in both management and financial accounting.
Oversee and optimize Treasury and Securitization operations, including liquidity management, funding strategies, and risk mitigation.
Make sound decisions, drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and provide strategic direction.

In this role you will manage the Fresh Tickets Platform ensuring SLA’s are met, as well managing the required rotational support ensuring full support coverage for all Retail Operating Hours.
Your responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Lead and supervise the ticket team within Centralized Loan Servicing team.
Provide training and guidance daily
Plan and organize the workflow to ensure all deadlines and SLA’s are met

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end email campaigns using HubSpot, build automated workflows, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and print. You'll also support website updates, campaign execution, performance reporting, and contribute to strategic planning and customer experience improvements.
Day in the life of a Marketing Specialist:
Manage email campaigns using HubSpot from strategy to deployment, including providing direction on copy and imagery, designing layouts, audience segmentation, list hygiene, A/B testing and reporting.
Build complex automated email workflows that trigger based on customer actions like website visits, application starts or form submissions.
Maintain and develop targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, traditional marketing and social media to deliver consistent messages at every stage.
Help maintain and update content on our website and landing pages.
Work with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns across different channels.
Support online and offline campaign development, including print, events, promotions and direct mail.
Monitor, measure and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Support strategic planning by contributing ideas to improve customer experience and drive results.
Contribute to other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
What we are looking for:
3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on lifecycle and email campaign execution.
Must have hands-on experience with Hubspot, experience other email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or SendGrid is a plus.
Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling marketing messages.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data, customer metrics and market trends to make informed decisions.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Ability to adapt and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in exploring marketing tools and technology to make campaigns more efficient and relevant.
Knowledge of the financial services industry is a significant asset.
Bilingualism in English and French (written) is considered an asset.

We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Specialist who will play a key role in supporting the operational and analytical needs of the LendCare Loans Sales Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, LC Loans this role is responsible for developing and maintaining performance reports, supporting application workflows, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through data-driven insights and process support.
Day in the life of an Operations Specialist:
Develop and maintain KPI reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to track sales performance and operational efficiency.
Create and enhance reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
Identify anomalies in data sources and escalate issues as needed.
Present performance reports to leadership, including analysis and actionable recommendations.
Support the sales team’s application workflow, including tasks such as resending verification links, resetting integrations, and resolving duplicate customer profiles.
Collaborate with internal business units to facilitate application completion and resolve workflow issues.
Make application adjustments including lead ownership updates and assigning appropriate credit for submitted applications.
Support representative and phone dialer lead assignment processes.
Provide operational training to the sales team on tools and platforms (e.g., Jumio, EDGE, Asset, FrontLine, NiCE, Flinks).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operational procedures and communicate updates to the team.
Respond to inquiries from the sales team regarding policies and procedures.
Initiate and assign restructured loan applications to appropriate sales representatives.
Review and decision second loan requests, including preparing Letters of Direction.
Submit IT and system support tickets on behalf of the team to resolve technical issues impacting workflow.
Foster effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to support operational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager, aligned with skills and experience.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or operational support.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with workflow tools and CRM systems.
Familiarity with consumer lending operations and application processes.
Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices.
