Day in the life of a Bilingual Paralegal: 

Draft and prepare pleadings along with a variety of legal documents with precision.    
Proactively plan and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines and maintain workflow.  
Liaise with other members of the legal department.  
Manage and maintain a high volume of legal files, ensuring organization and accessibility.  
Actively prepare for and attend court appearances, providing solid support to our legal team.  
Oversee and coordinate legal settlements and collections processes.  
Efficiently locate individuals and assets using Skip Tracing techniques.  
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation. 
What we are looking for: 

Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.

As the Manager, IT Audit, you will support organizational objectives by providing assurance and advisory services for goeasy’s IT-related processes and controls. The role collaborates with stakeholders to encourage ongoing improvements and maintain governance standards within the IT Services team. This role is integral to ensure the continued high-growth of the organization through appropriate compliance and governance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Audit this role will play a hybrid between the traditional audit role while providing technical expertise and knowledge to the department.
What will you be doing?

Help maintain the IT audit universe and integrated IT audit plan.
Identify emerging IT risks and new developments in IT audit methodology.
Work with management to define business (primarily IT) objectives and key risks that guide the audit universe and planning process.
Take part in developing and implementing a risk-based methodology to identify and assess risk exposures and key controls, in line with standards from IIA, ISACA, IT Governance Institute, and other relevant organizations.
Develop and carry out risk-based audit programs that address Board and senior management needs, considering corporate and IT objectives, strategies, and risks.
Assist with scheduling, planning, performing, and coordinating activities for both IT and non-IT audits. Manage audit program execution, including evaluating findings and obtaining management responses and agreements on action plans.
Ensure audits are completed within set timeframes.
Draft audit findings that specify areas of business processes and controls needing improvement and align findings and corrective actions with the business. Take part in meetings with business management regarding audits.
Report audit conclusions, recommendations, planned management actions, and follow-up status to Management as needed. Track the progress and resolution of management actions for identified control gaps.
Lead the planning and execution of IT General Controls testing, including access management, change management, and IT operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with compliance requirements.
Support business audit team in IT Application Controls testing to evaluate automated business process controls, data integrity, and system configurations, collaborating closely with process owners and IT teams to address any identified gaps.
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, facilitating information requests, walkthroughs, testing and discussions related to IT controls and scope. Support the resolution of auditor queries and ensure timely provision of required documentation.
Assist Internal Audit leadership to prepare periodic departmental updates to goeasy executive leadership and board of directors.
What experience do you have?

Advanced knowledge of IT systems, risks, and controls. Preferred qualifications include experience in accounting, auditing, finance, procurement, or business operations relevant to IT audit program development and execution.
University degree and a professional IT audit designation, such as CISA or CISSP.
Understanding of IIA Standards and internal auditing practice, demonstrated through more than five years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management practices, and control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST).
Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to understand business processes and their risk implications and analyze complex scenarios effectively.
Capability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Proficient with information technology tools and familiar with IT environments and automated test program development.
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external client groups.

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy.  In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.
What will you be doing?

Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.
Follow-up on the status of identified findings for assigned audit engagements with management, as required.
Ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner
Execute internal controls testing of business processes as assigned, in support of Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109)
What experience do you have?

Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.
Detailed understanding of Accounting, IFRS, NI52-109/SOX, ITGC testing and Internal Audit principles.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience obtained from a CPA firm and/or IIA accredited Internal Audit department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, testing and sampling methods involved in conducting internal controls testing.
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, document and to present concise oral and written reports.
Strong understanding of internal controls and COSO framework.
Strong critical, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to understand business processes and their risk implications.
Capability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external client groups.

We are looking for our next Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join goeasy! You will complete the onboarding of all employees into the HR/payroll systems; and providing support to employees and managers during the employment lifecycle.  You’ll be responsible for responding to employee inquiries and assist all company employees through the entire employee lifecycle at goeasy.

Prepare job offer letters.
Preparing HR documentation as required including but not limited to job verification letters.

Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Assistant: 

Efficiently manage a high volume of legal notices, correspondence, and mail, ensuring timely distribution and response. 
Open, organize, and maintain legal files with precision, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access. 
Coordinate email communications and handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a vital link for the legal department.

We are seeking a Paralegal to join LendCare. In this role, you will oversee the Small Claims Court process and manage legal collections, ensuring compliance and efficiency throughout.
Day in the life of a Paralegal: 

Draft and prepare pleadings along with a variety of legal documents with precision.    
Proactively plan and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines and maintain workflow.  
Liaise with other members of the legal department.  
Manage and maintain a high volume of legal files, ensuring organization and accessibility.  
Actively prepare for and attend court appearances, providing solid support to our legal team.  
Oversee and coordinate legal settlements and collections processes.  
Efficiently locate individuals and assets using Skip Tracing techniques.  
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation. 
What we are looking for: 

Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.
Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario and must be in good standing.
Knowledge of the Rules of the Small Claims Court and experience with Small Claims Debt Collections is an asset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal software such as Clio or similar platforms.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment. 
A proactive mindset with the ability to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.  
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for court appearances (mileage reimbursed).

As the Manager, IT Service Delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional IT experiences for our end users. You will lead the optimization of ITIL processes, manage our IT Service Management platform (Freshservice), and advance our Configuration Management Database (Device42) capabilities. In this role, you’ll ensure IT services are delivered efficiently and reliably, aligned with business goals, while driving continuous improvement and fostering collaboration across teams. Success requires a blend of strong process ownership, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver operational excellence in a dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?

Lead ITIL process ownership by designing, implementing, and enhancing core service management processes - including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Configuration Management - while embedding continuous improvement to ensure consistency and alignment with best practices.

Oversee service delivery performance by monitoring SLAs and KPIs, identifying gaps, and leading initiatives that promote continuous improvement in service quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Champion continuous improvement across all IT service management functions by identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance service quality, and elevate user experience through data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Strengthen stakeholder communication by serving as a liaison between IT and business units, continuously improving engagement strategies to manage expectations and deliver timely, transparent updates.
Support governance activities by preparing materials, contributing to decision-making forums, and ensuring process compliance, all while driving continuous improvement in accountability, service outcomes, and operational alignment.
Facilitate cross-functional coordination by collaborating with infrastructure, application, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution, while continuously improving team alignment and operational effectiveness.
What experience do you have?

A strong academic foundation in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, demonstrated through a Bachelor’s degree (a Master’s degree is considered an asset), which supports your ability to contribute to service excellence and continuous improvement.
Recognized certifications such as ITIL Foundation (required), with additional credentials like ITIL Intermediate/Expert or Freshservice/ServiceNow Administrator considered beneficial, enabling you to apply structured methodologies and drive process maturity.
Proven experience spanning 5–7 years in IT service delivery, ITIL process management, or IT operations within a mid-to-large enterprise, equipping you to lead initiatives that enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Deep process and platform expertise, including a strong understanding of ITIL frameworks, service management platforms (preferably Freshservice), and CMDB tools (preferably Device42), allowing you to optimize workflows and improve data accuracy.
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration and alignment.
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling you to assess service issues, identify root causes, and translate insights into actionable plans that support continuous improvement.
We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.

$126,500.00 – $138,000.00 CAD (includes base salary and bonus)
