We are seeking a Data QA Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and quality across our data pipelines and integrations. You will work closely with Data Engineers, DevOps, and Business Analysts to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies for ETL workflows, data transformations, and reporting solutions. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, is deeply curious, and is passionate about driving performance through actionable insights. What you will be doing?
Analyze and report on marketing performance across key channels, including affiliate marketing, email/SMS (via Salesforce Marketing Cloud), paid media (Google, Meta), web, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with lifecycle marketers and Salesforce MCP users to track, analyze, and optimize personalized journeys, ensuring timely and relevant insights are shared with campaign owners.
Develop performance dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide visibility into personalization KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and the affiliate channel’s contribution to loan growth and revenue.

Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. Salesforce, affiliate networks, agencies) to maximize platform value and apply best practices that drive ROI.
Deliver regular and ad hoc insights to marketing stakeholders to inform budget allocation, test-and-learn strategies, and campaign optimization.
Build models or forecasts to support loan volume growth, customer acquisition goals, and personalized offer effectiveness using internal and third-party data sources.
What experience do you have?
3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital media, affiliate marketing, and CRM analytics.

About the Role:

As our Director, Customer Experience (CX) & Brand, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of customer experience and brand management across easyfinancial and easyhome. Define and implement a comprehensive customer experience strategy across digital, in-branch, and service channels.

Create and maintain customer journey maps, personas, and service blueprints to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
Lead CX/UX design initiatives, including wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing to enhance user experience.

What experience do you have?

Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that strengthen customer trust, loyalty, and market differentiation.

Experience leading cross-functional teams in customer insights, digital product strategy, and integrated marketing campaigns.

Customer Engagement & Sales

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:
Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail
What we are looking for:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
