Drive origination volume of all assigned accounts through face-to-face meetings, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to generate interest and provide overview of process.

Strategy Interlock:

What experience do you have?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in technical product management, software delivery, and quality assurance.
Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and business technology roadmaps.
Knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, automation frameworks, and identifying areas for improvement.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
Experience chairing product councils or similar committees to manage product backlogs.
Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation and engagement.
Experience working with third-party stakeholders, vendors, and integration partners.

Role Overview
The Vice President of Product is a brand new role and will provide strategic leadership across goeasy’s diverse product portfolio, including credit card products, unsecured loans, secured loans, and more. This role will lead the product management function, set the strategic direction, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all product initiatives are executed with excellence and deliver measurable impact. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Products, the Vice President, Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term product vision and driving the execution of strategic goals to fuel sustainable growth.
This role will oversee the development and execution of goeasy’s product strategies, fostering innovation, growth, and market competitiveness. Product Strategy, Development & Execution
Lead the creation and execution of a unified product strategy across all product lines, aligning with overall company objectives.

What Experience You Bring:
12+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, and P&L leadership, with a proven track record in the financial services or consumer lending industries.
Strong experience in developing and managing consumer-facing products, including credit cards, loans, and point-of-sale financing.
Expertise in driving growth and profitability through effective product strategies, pricing models, and customer acquisition channels.
Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze financial metrics, optimize costs, and drive revenue growth.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders across an organization.
A customer-centric mindset, with a passion for building products that improve the financial well-being of everyday Canadians.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

We are excited to be seeking a Director, Business Operations (loan processing) to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of underwriting policies and procedures for Secured and Unsecured loans at easyfinancial. In this role, you will manage and develop Senior Managers, Team Managers, and 75-85 frontline employees within the Central Loan Approval Office, driving performance and operational efficiencies across the credit origination process. The Director will ensure effective validation and implementation of credit policies to support business growth while fostering a high-performance, results-driven team culture.
What will you be doing?
Drive monthly service level performance across all work queues.
Lead ongoing operational improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs and risks, and expedite turnaround times.
Set Key Result Areas (KRAs) and monthly targets to optimize efficiency and throughput in the Central Loan Approval Office.
Manage, motivate, and oversee a team of 75-85, providing guidance on recruitment, retention, coaching, and development.
Oversee compliance with Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations and best practices.
Evaluate and recommend changes to underwriting, policy, procedures, and workflows across retail, online, and indirect channels. Lead change management initiatives, collaborating with key stakeholders.
Develop and maintain loan origination training materials in partnership with Learning & Development for CLAO and branch staff.
Oversee the Head Office Exception Approval process, including delegation and training for the Manager and Team Leads.
Manage the challenge/appeal process for applications turned back by CLAO staff and resubmitted by sales.
Plan and organize department workflow to meet KRA targets, in consultation with the Manager and Team Leads.
What experience do you have?
5-8 years of retail lending, operations, and/or management experience. Call center experience is an asset.
University degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Operations Management).
Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse group of managers, team leads, and entry-level staff. Strong coaching skills are essential for developing talent across the team.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills. Must have experience creating and delivering training content and presentations to management and staff at various levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop and execute strategies to solve complex challenges.
Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with executive leadership (both technical and non-technical), as well as with internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on and results-oriented—passionate about getting things done while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
Proven experience in retail lending operations and credit origination processes across all origination and fulfillment channels.

As the Senior IT Security Advisor (Application Security), you will lead efforts to identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities within goeasy’s application portfolio. This role requires your deep understanding of application security and risk management, along with your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance our security posture.

Managing and prioritizing vulnerabilities, collaborating with IT departments to address them based on risk levels.

Providing advisory services to new and existing projects and inculcating the Security by Design culture.

We are looking for an energetic, ambitious, and driven Senior Banking Treasury Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury you will play a crucial role within our Treasury department.
What will you be doing?
Leading and assisting in project and process implementation, requirements gathering, gap analysis, roll out process/procedures.
Awareness and consideration of Departmental controls and impacts.
Completing accurate and timely Banking reconciliations, ensuring balancing to ERP GL balances
Diagnosing reconciliation matching ineffectiveness and recalibrating accordingly.
Maintaining good relationships with banking partners, team members and cross-functional teams.
Managing Banking reconciliation outages and investigation.
Documenting transactions into the company ledger.
Experience developing reports for distribution.
Preparing quarterly variance narratives.
Initiating wires through various banking portals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Completing Cheque image deposits.
Organizing periodic Bank deposits/withdrawals.
What experience do you have?
Undergraduate diploma, certificate, or degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience required.
A minimum of 3-5-years of banking/accounting experience
Understanding and experience with DR/CR and journals
Experience with online banking websites
Experience with system implementation, such as
UAT testing, error de-bugging, parallel testing
Knowledge of system-based reconciliations
Creating match sets
Setting up matching/mapping rules for automation
File import
Data source import definitions
Completing flow charts
Advanced experience with Excel (Pivot Table, V-Lookup, IF Statements, macros).
Working knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is an asset.
Familiarity with credit card payments in a retail environment.

Our LendCare subsidiary is seeking to hire a Campaign and Dialer Reporting Analyst to help support the overall dialing operations for our sales, customer service and collections departments. Our ideal candidate is an action-oriented and passionate leader with exceptional expertise in the complex, multi-dimensional components of contact center support functions, including reporting and analytics and campaign management and dialer operations efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership, knowledge, and application of industry call center support processes, Dialing operations, KPIs and Campaign Management experience
Day to day management of the respective teams to develop and maintain operational programs to meet business objectives such as list management, dialer effectiveness and maximizing RPCs and ultimately sales and collections activity
Partner with our data and BI teams to develop dashboards and reports that measure the campaign and dialer scorecards
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to measure the effectiveness of each campaign and communication method (SMS / Voice / Email) within the various risk groups
Establishes, monitors, and maintains current and future operational policies and procedures
Participate in business reviews and help drive discussions to identify and improve outcomes
Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in a contact centre platform and in a business enablement support role (Workforce planning, Business Analytics, Quality and Training)
Familiarity with SQL queries
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, data tools, conditional formulas, index/match, vlookup, VBA
Must have working knowledge of Call Centre Technology (Dialer, IVR, Reporting)
Experience in financial services is an asset but not mandatory
Experience with process engineering to positively impact the bottom line

Strong understanding of organizational development, policy development, and people practices

We are in search of for our LendCare subsidiary for a a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to join our dynamic Centralized Administration team at LendCare. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Create and update electronic records and files to ensure efficient information management.
Responding to Partner and Customer questions and requests and provide effective solutions.
Take accountability to solve issues from beginning to end.
Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and procedures.
Ensure confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion and care.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services.
Requirements:
At least 2 years experience working customer service, sales, or an administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in high paced work environment.
Availability to work full-time in our Pickering, ON office.
Operational Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-9:00pm and occasional Saturdays.
