We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?

Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?

University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Corporate Communications plays a mission-critical role in shaping and sharing goeasy’s compelling story with employees, investors, media, government stakeholders, and the broader public. With a passion for strategic communications and a flair for storytelling, this individual will leverage goeasy’s award-winning culture and high-performing business to amplify the brand and enhance the organization’s reputation in the Canadian business landscape. 
This role goes beyond traditional internal and external communications. The VP of Corporate Communications will be a key partner to senior leaders and a strategic advisor in the development and execution of communications strategies that support:

Investor Relations – translating business performance and corporate strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with shareholders and the broader investor community.
Public Relations – protecting and promoting goeasy’s brand through integrated campaigns and impactful media engagement.
Government Relations –supporting the company’s voice in regulatory and legislative matters through cohesive messaging and support of stakeholder engagement.
Corporate Brand & Reputation – ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and values across all platforms and audiences, building long-term brand equity and trust.
This leader will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a builder mindset, eager to scale a high-impact communications function that aligns with goeasy’s purpose-driven mission. They will lead a bright, agile team and work in lockstep with leaders across the business, especially in investor relations, marketing, legal, and public affairs, to amplify goeasy’s positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications

Develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy to inform, align, and inspire our 2,600+ employees across Canada.
Own goeasy’s corporate intranet, including governance, content strategy, and digital engagement.
Produce and manage all internal broadcasts and communications including town halls, CEO messages, leadership updates, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Spearhead's the organization's efforts to have all communications accessible and available in French language - to engage employees, customers, and other key exernal stakeholders 
Serve as the communications partner to the Office of the CEO - overseeing the development of all internal and external executive communications, including speeches, blogs, videos, and social content.
External Communications

Act as the lead spokesperson and media contact for corporate matters, crisis communications, brand storytelling, and community initiatives.
Create key materials including press releases, executive briefing documents, media kits, and earned media strategies.
Support Investor Relations by collaborating on quarterly earnings scripts, press releases, investor-facing presentations, and the annual report—ensuring message consistency, transparency, and clarity.
Provide strategic communications support for Government Relations, aligning corporate messaging with advocacy positions, policy submissions, and public consultations. Partner with the legal and public affairs team to drive awareness and understanding of goeasy’s contributions to financial inclusion and responsible lending.
Ensure brand consistency across all corporate channels—web, social media, earned media, and owned content—while maintaining an authentic voice reflective of goeasy’s values and mission.
Lead the development and coordination of goeasy’s Annual Report, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders (Investor Relations, Legal, Finance, and ESG) and delivering a compelling narrative that reflects the company’s performance, strategy, and values.
Corporate Brand & Social Impact

Lead the evolution of goeasy’s corporate brand and voice, ensuring that our communications reflect who we are today—and where we’re going.
Advance our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, including the expansion of our giving platform, and our core partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, by promotion of employee-led community initiatives.
Own the strategy, process, and execution of goeasy’s submissions for corporate awards and recognition programs, partnering with internal stakeholders to showcase the company’s culture, impact, and achievements.
Measurement & Team Leadership

Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of all communications efforts and to inform strategy decisions.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Communications professionals and partner agencies, scaling the function as needed to meet evolving business demands.
Qualifications

5–7 years in a communications leadership role within a complex, regulated, or consumer-facing environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing communications strategies that support investor, government, and public stakeholder engagement.
Superior writing, editing, and messaging development skills across multiple formats and channels.
Experience supporting senior executives, including CEOs, in high-visibility communications.
Strong understanding of the Canadian media landscape, financial services industry, and public policy environment.
Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with the ability to shift between high-level vision and hands-on execution.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Affairs, or related field; MBA or advanced degree an asset.
Bilingual (English and French) preferred; proficient to lead the organization's language capability (with support) at minimum.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Management & Succession to lead the ongoing evolution of our succession planning and talent calibration programs. Reporting into the Senior Vice President, Human Resources, this role will be responsible for managing, executing, and advancing the talent programs on a day-to-day basis—driving the planning, coordination, and delivery of core succession activities that strengthen our leadership pipeline.
The ideal candidate combines a strong understanding of best-in-class talent practices with an ability to manage complex and sensitive processes, prepare high-impact materials, and engage senior stakeholders across the business. They will work closely with executives, HR Business Partners, and the broader HR team to embed a consistent and rigorous approach to talent development, succession planning and goeasy’s leadership readiness. 
What will you be doing?
1) Succession Planning & Talent Reviews

Play a key role in the end-to-end management of the annual succession planning process, including talent review cycles and calibration discussions.
Facilitate and coordinate talent calibration sessions with senior leaders to ensure alignment in how talent is assessed and prioritized.
Support identifying successors for key roles, assess pipeline strength, and track readiness over time.
Monitor succession risk gaps and advise on targeted development actions, talent moves, or external strategies as needed.
Maintain and evolve succession planning frameworks, tools, and templates to meet business needs.
2) Talent Identification & Leadership Development Alignment

Support the identification and tracking of high-potential talent through consistent frameworks and practices.
Collaborate with the Leadership Development team to ensure individual development plans align with succession needs.
Track progress of development plans and movement of identified successors.
3) Program Coordination & Execution

Serve as the day-to-day driver of the succession program, including scheduling and preparing materials for executive and Board meetings.
Manage timelines, milestones, and project deliverables to ensure program success.
Partner with HR and business leaders to support execution and drive consistency across functions.
4) Insights & Reporting

Manage inputs into the system of record for Succession Planning, develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into succession health, bench strength, and talent mobility.
Analyze trends and gaps in succession data to inform strategy and decision-making.
Prepare materials and summaries for senior leadership and board-level discussions.
Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related HR discipline, with direct exposure to succession planning, talent reviews, or leadership pipeline strategy.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders, including executives and board members.
Strong program and project management skills with a track record of delivering end-to-end initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills — both written and visual — with the ability to prepare compelling, executive-ready materials.
Strong analytical and data storytelling skills; able to translate trends and metrics into actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CHRP) an asset.
Preferred Attributes

Experience managing executive-level or board-facing talent programs.
Familiarity with leadership potential models and calibration tools (e.g., 9-box, Korn Ferry, Hogan).
Exceptional facilitation and influence skills.

About the Role
The Vice President, Government Relations & Public Affairs plays a crucial role in developing, shaping and executing goeasy’s government relations and public affairs strategy.
This highly visible role will build and manage complex relationships with key government, media, and industry stakeholders. By monitoring relevant government policies, legislation and regulations, you will raise goeasy’s visibility among key decision-makers and help advance proactive strategies that support our business objectives — particularly those impacting consumer lending, financial services, and fintech innovation.
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this individual will lead a comprehensive policy, public affairs, and stakeholder relations program that strengthens goeasy’s reputation and influence among key external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Government Relations Strategy & Policy Development

Develop and implement a strategic approach to government relations that balances goeasy’s business requirements with the intricacies of all levels of applicable government.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across all jurisdictions and prepare policy briefs, position papers, and testimony for hearings and consultations.
Advise on complex legal matters and tailor recommendations to meet business goals as outlined by the Executive Leadership Team and applicable to a publicly traded company (TSX: GSY).
Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to implement the government relations strategy and advance organizational and brand objectives.
Oversee regulatory affairs activity across relevant jurisdictions, consulting with internal stakeholders, tracking developments, and coordinating timely responses to emerging requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Representation

Lead engagement with federal, provincial, and municipal government officials, regulators, and industry associations to raise awareness, influence policy, and position goeasy as a trusted leader in the alternative lending space.
Represent goeasy in meetings with senior government officials, key stakeholders, and third-party influencers.
Manage relationships with government relations agencies, ensuring timely and appropriate completion of assigned work.Ensure compliance with lobbying and political activity regulations.

Public Affairs & Communications

Lead strategic communications related to public policy, regulatory issues, and corporate reputation, working closely with internal and external communications teams.
Develop engaging materials for government and stakeholder engagement, including presentations, briefing notes, speeches, consultation responses, and other communication collateral.
Oversee development of public messaging, press releases, op-eds, and social media content related to policy and advocacy.
Partner with the communications team to manage proactive media outreach and issues management, ensuring clear and timely messaging to all stakeholders.

Legal & Regulatory Advisory

Provide legal direction and oversight on key corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and legal proceedings, including management of external counsel and contract review.
Advise and provide legal direction relating to regulatory and governance requirements for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
Support enterprise risk management and ensure the Chief Legal Officer is apprised of material issues or emerging risks.

Qualifications

10+ years of related experience, either in a legal, public sector, or corporate government relations capacity.
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (or other provincial equivalent), with demonstrated expertise in all relevant areas of law.
Post-secondary education in a field such as law, government relations, or similar.
Strong government and public relations acumen, including deep knowledge of various levels of government.
Proven experience developing and implementing government relations, public relations, and media relations plans.
Strong presence with superior relationship-building skills and success connecting with functional leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French–English bilingualism is an asset.
High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Confident, proactive self-starter with strong initiative and ability to take plans from concept to execution.

Day in the life of a Billing Administration Associate: 

Manage account restructures: data entry, prepare addendums, confirm revised loan terms.
Annotate accounts to facilitate debt sales and improve recovery efforts.
Handle insurance claims: file tagging, liaising with insurers, and customer updates.
Address customer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate info, resolve concerns promptly.
Issue administrative/financial documents: balance letters, release letters, contracts, payment schedules.

We are seeking a Data QA Engineer to join our Data Engineering team. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and quality across our data pipelines and integrations. We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, is deeply curious, and is passionate about driving performance through actionable insights. In this position, you’ll play a key role in support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCP) personalization initiatives and optimizing affiliate marketing performance, while contributing to the broader measurement and analytics strategy for goeasy’s digital marketing efforts.
You collaborate closely with stakeholders across Digital Marketing, Lifecycle, Affiliate, Business Intelligence, and Risk & Analytics, supporting campaign performance measurement, channel attribution, and customer segmentation strategies that enable more effective, data-driven decision-making.
What you will be doing?

Analyze and report on marketing performance across key channels, including affiliate marketing, email/SMS (via Salesforce Marketing Cloud), paid media (Google, Meta), web, and emerging platforms.
Collaborate with lifecycle marketers and Salesforce MCP users to track, analyze, and optimize personalized journeys, ensuring timely and relevant insights are shared with campaign owners.
Develop performance dashboards and automated reporting solutions to provide visibility into personalization KPIs, customer engagement metrics, and the affiliate channel’s contribution to loan growth and revenue.
Support the execution of our multi-touch attribution model to evaluate and improve cross-channel performance throughout the customer journey.
Work with internal BI and analytics teams to integrate first-party data into segmentation strategies and enhance targeting precision across CRM and paid channels.
Contribute to tagging, tracking, and attribution frameworks for affiliate and MCP campaigns, ensuring proper UTM usage and consistent source data across platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.).
Assist with the implementation and management of GA4 and GA360 to ensure accurate capture of digital marketing activity and enable robust performance analysis.  
Partner with external stakeholders (e.g. Salesforce, affiliate networks, agencies) to maximize platform value and apply best practices that drive ROI.  
Deliver regular and ad hoc insights to marketing stakeholders to inform budget allocation, test-and-learn strategies, and campaign optimization.
Build models or forecasts to support loan volume growth, customer acquisition goals, and personalized offer effectiveness using internal and third-party data sources.
What experience do you have?

3–5 years of experience in marketing or digital analytics, ideally in a performance-driven environment.
Strong understanding of digital media, affiliate marketing, and CRM analytics.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and affiliate marketing platforms or networks is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, UTM frameworks, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Comfortable working with data manipulation tools like advances Excel; experience with SQL or BigQuery is a plus.
Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for both operational and executive audiences.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, data, and technology teams to drive measurable outcomes.
