Our contact center plays a vital role in supporting over 400 retail locations across the country, helping Canadians reach their personal and financial goals. Through specialized, high-impact teams, we deliver the expert service, care, and support that fuel goeasy’s success.
The Senior Loan Service Specialist will be responsible for supporting Loan Servicing Agents with tasks, inquiries, and training opportunities, planning and organizing the workflow to ensure all deadlines and SLA’s are met.
A day in the life of a Senior Loan Servicing Specialist:
Ticket Queue: Manage ticket queues by distributing work evenly, reassigning tasks as needed, and monitoring throughout the day (4–5 times daily). Handle escalations and complex or high-risk tickets to ensure timely and accurate resolution
Genius Bar: Coordinate Genius Bar support by assigning agents, monitoring participation, and tracking unnecessary escalations. Provide weekend coverage support as required.
E-transfers: Perform daily balancing of eTransfer reports, resend returns, and follow up with branches on missing tickets
Pending approvals:Monitor pending approvals every two hours, follow up with Regional Managers, and ensure accurate reporting practices using Fresh Ticketing
Term Adjustments (ECT): Oversee the Term Adjustment queue and assigning workload based on agent capacity and performance metrics
Cumulative Management: Review cumulative errors daily and routing them to responsible agents for correction
WV vs LAMS Discrepancy Report: Generate a daily report to ensure the disbursal status of loans in Wealthview matches the funding status in SalesForce
Maintain and monitor procedures to ensure consistency, accuracy, and team understanding
Partner with the Retail Network to identify training needs and process improvement opportunities
Provide daily team status updates and adjust workload allocation based on staffing and priorities
What we are looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to handle escalations and complex situations
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience working with WealthView, Salesforce, or similar systems is an asset

The Content Designer is a senior role in Knowledge Management, leading projects of medium-to-large size or complexity to create clear and concise digital learning and documentation content for the goeasy frontline team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel Communications and Documentation, this role leads the assessment of projects, helps the Senior Manager establish internal standards, and leads in determining learning and content strategy. This includes keeping up to date on current trends in learning and documentation design and management. This role is a key member of KM as well as project teams, collaborating with colleagues and continuously challenging teammates to think outside the box and come up with creative ways to keep goeasy at the forefront of digital learning and documentation.
What will you be doing?
Design, develop, write and organize engaging learning experiences and documentation on our digital learning platform and corporate intranet for projects of medium-to-large complexity or size.
Lead large-scale documentation projects to rewrite and update legacy content to be easy to find and use by the frontline, using up-to-date content and learning technology.
Lead projects of different types, whether a user experience research project or content development project, being sure to deliver as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Research advancements in tools, technology, and learning and documentation methodologies.
Establish and enhance standards for content design and search engine optimization.
Contribute to building and maintaining the information architecture for the corporate intranet.
Mentor and supervise junior members, helping teach content design principles, helping with complex coding and functions, and vetting intranet page layout.
Conduct user testing during maintenance releases and upgrades to intranet platform (e.g., Unily, Salesforce Knowledge).
Design new intranet page types, and vet the page designs of junior team members.
Work with KM Senior Managers and stakeholders to determine learning and content strategy, build and deliver content, and evaluate effectiveness and impact.
Work with KM team and stakeholders to keep content up to date.
Lead the work with KM and other partners to research the newest, most innovative and effective knowledge transfer methodologies.
Provide backup support for intakes, routine communications and ad hoc content, home page and site maintenance as needed.
Help team members & stakeholders learn about and follow Knowledge Management’s (KM) process for content governance.
Apply best practices for UX to help maintain and enhance the user’s experience.
Collaborate with head office support teams and other SMEs to ensure flawless execution of learning and documentation projects and programs.
Learn the learning delivery and intranet platforms inside and out to deliver the best possible experience, helping our users access the information they need, when they need it.
What experience do you have?
Excellent writing and editing skills, with ability to break down complex ideas and large, unclear bodies of content into concise, easily absorbed pieces of information and learning.
Advanced knowledge of instructional and information design principles, with a portfolio of past work.
Ability to bring content to life with simple language, clear instructions and effective visuals—including the ability to write in both explanatory and procedural styles tailored to specific audiences, and to coach more junior members to do the same.
Extensive experience in the field of learning or technical writing and communications.
Advanced knowledge and experience in plain language and design, learning and information design, and micro-learning.
Experience with a variety of content development software (for example, Articulate, Adobe and Evolve), and good working knowledge of content management systems.
Experience designing and developing large learning and documentation plans and schedules.

goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Manager, Legal Services to lead and support a team of Legal Account Managers. This role is responsible for driving both individual and team performance through strong, inspirational leadership, while fostering engagement and continuous skill development through coaching and training.
A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Legal Services:
Lead the vision, strategy, and daily operations of the National Unsecured Legal Program
Ensure team performance and service standards are consistently achieved
Develop and implement processes to capture, analyze, and leverage customer insights to enhance the overall customer experience
Identify gaps in processes, training, knowledge, and policies at both field and team levels, and drive improvements
Utilize legal reporting to provide actionable insights and updates to the Director of Collections
Directly manage and support the Team Manager of Unsecured Services overseeing delinquent accounts
Oversee performance and accountability of all third-party vendors providing legal services on behalf of goeasy
Facilitate weekly meetings with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and performance
Produce regular reports on collection and recovery activities, including weekly and monthly recovery forecasts
Support and lead change management initiatives by ensuring clear communication, alignment, and adoption across teams
Provide leadership, guidance, and prioritization support during periods of high customer demand
What we are looking for:
Experience in a people leadership role, with a strong ability to coach and develop teams

Familiarity with Canadian collections laws and small claims processes (considered an asset)

Reporting to the senior technology leadership team, the Director, Software Engineering & Quality Assurance plays a key role in shaping how we build, deliver, and continuously improve our technology. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity to elevate engineering and quality practices across the organization, while guiding teams through complex, high-impact initiatives.
This role is accountable for driving engineering excellence across software delivery, quality engineering, test automation, cloud-native development, platform reliability, and operational performance. Success comes from building strong, capable teams; strengthening QA and automation maturity; and improving delivery predictability—all while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, resilient, and aligned to business priorities.
The ideal leader brings a strong people-first approach, partnering closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to foster a culture rooted in quality, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
Software Engineering & Quality Engineering Leadership:
Lead and inspire high-performing Software Engineering and QA Automation teams responsible for building, enhancing, testing, and operating modern applications, services, and APIs.
Drive engineering excellence across full-stack development, test automation, and cloud-native architectures.
Act as a hands-on technical and people leader on high-priority initiatives, guiding solution design, architecture decisions, test strategy, delivery execution, and operational readiness.
Champion modern engineering and quality practices including DevSecOps, CI/CD, test-driven development, and shift-left quality principles.
Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, secure coding practices, and Agile best practices, with a strong emphasis on quality engineering, test coverage, and defect prevention.
Platform & Solution Development:
Lead the design, development, and scaling of secure, scalable, and performant applications.
Partner with Product, Architecture, and Business Partners to translate business requirements into high-quality, maintainable software solutions with embedded quality throughout the lifecycle.
Oversee end-to-end delivery, from design and development through testing, release, and production support, ensuring strong quality gates and automation.
Establish engineering and QA standards, tools, and frameworks to accelerate delivery, improve reusability, and reduce technical debt.
Quality Engineering & Test Automation:
Define and implement a comprehensive QA strategy, covering automated testing across unit, integration, API, performance, and regression layers.
Drive adoption of robust automation frameworks, test data management practices, and continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines.
Establish and track quality KPIs such as defect leakage, test coverage, release stability, and mean time to detect/resolve issues.
Promote a culture of shared quality ownership, fostering close collaboration between developers and QA engineers to deliver high-quality, reliable software.
Delivery, Reliability & Operational Excellence:
Accountable for predictable and high-quality delivery of software initiatives, balancing speed, quality, security, and scalability.
Ensure platforms are resilient, observable, and supportable, with clear ownership for production support, incident management, and continuous improvement.
Continuously improve engineering velocity, automation coverage, platform reliability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments.
People Management & Capability Building:
Build, lead, and develop a diverse organization of Software Engineers, QA Automation Engineers, Engineering Managers, and technical leaders.
Attract and retain top engineering and QA talent, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, psychological safety, and accountability.
Mentor and coach leaders and high-potential individuals, strengthening capabilities across both engineering and quality disciplines.
Enhance employer brand as a destination for high-performing software engineering and QA talent.
Strategy & Roadmap Leadership:
Partner with Product, Business, and Architecture leaders to align with enterprise strategy, translating priorities into multi-year engineering and quality roadmaps.
Contribute to portfolio planning, investment decisions, and build-versus-buy strategies.
Stay current on emerging trends in software engineering, automation, and cloud platforms, recommending innovations that improve delivery reliability and customer experience.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Financial services, lending, fintech, retail finance, or regulated industry experience is considered an asset.
Experience developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating a culture of accountability, quality, learning, and continuous improvement.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner across Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and business teams.
Demonstrated ability to establish engineering standards, improve delivery maturity, reduce technical debt, and increase automation coverage.
Experience with cloud platforms, scalable architecture, platform reliability, observability, and production support models.
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding practices, test-driven development, and shift-left quality principles.
Experience leading Agile delivery teams in complex, fast-paced environments with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Strong experience with QA automation strategy, test automation frameworks, continuous testing, and modern quality engineering practices.
Proven experience leading full-stack software engineering teams responsible for modern applications, services, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
8+ years of people leadership experience, including leading software engineering, QA automation, or multi-disciplinary technology teams.
10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, technology delivery, quality engineering, or platform leadership.
