Requirements:
Experience working inbound customer service or sales roles is an asset
Financial services, healthcare support, or veterinary care support background are a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office
Schedule: Must be available Tuesday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm and Saturday 10am – 5pm
