Our LendCare subsidiary is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team in this newly created and exciting role! Your responsibilities will be to track and report on employee performance, support target setting and monitor overall health of incentive plans ensuring payout levels are in the target range and there is equity across plans.
Responsibilities:
Plan Health Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance incentive plans to ensure they are functioning as intended.
Prepare regular reports on plan health, payout levels, and equity across all incentive plans.
Identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to align incentive strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Performance Data Management:
Consolidate and track monthly performance data from various sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Work closely with data providers and internal stakeholders to ensure performance data is objective, accurate, and aligns with the organization’s standards.
Incentive Calculations:
Perform accurate and timely calculations of monthly bonuses and incentives based on performance metrics.
Validate the accuracy of all incentive payments and ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
Equity and Compliance:
Ensure fairness and equity across all incentive plans, taking into account different roles, teams, and performance levels.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to incentive compensation.
Requirements:
3+ years in a similar role
Experience with sales and collections practices would be an asset
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience using PowerPoint to create presentations to support discussion/decisions
Familiarity with SQL queries would be considered an asset
Analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal and change management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to manage multiple applications across more than one screen.
Post-secondary education or equivalent job experience

We are in search of for a Marketing Manager for our Lendcare subsidiary. As the Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing and play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategies that enhance our customer experience and drive our direct-to-consumer efforts. Responsibilities

Own and execute the direct-to-consumer marketing plan, driving growth, retention, and engagement.
Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, paid social, email, and display advertising.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing the lifecycle of our asset portfolio, specifically focusing on the resale and disposition of returned or repossessed items. Your ability to develop and execute innovative remarketing strategies will drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency.

What will you be doing?
Develop and execute the remarketing strategy to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the asset recovery process, including the resale of repossessed, returned, or off-lease equipment.
Work closely with asset management teams to assess the value of returned and repossessed assets, ensuring they are sold at optimal prices through appropriate channels such as online marketplaces, auctions, or direct sales.
Lead the identification and development of the best channels for asset remarketing, exploring online platforms, wholesalers, retail channels, and direct consumer sales. You will innovate to expand remarketing avenues, including exploring sustainable and circular economy models.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, remarketing partners, and auction houses to ensure maximum recovery values. You will negotiate terms and ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of remarketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve KPIs and operational goals. You will foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Analyze market trends, asset recovery data, and sales performance to inform decision-making and improve strategies. Regular reporting on remarketing KPIs such as recovery rates, cycle times, cost per unit sold, and gross margin will be part of your responsibilities.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the remarketing function, ensuring that operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with LendCare's broader objectives.
Collaborate with customer service and collections teams to ensure a seamless process for customers who have returned or repossessed items, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction during the remarketing process.
Ensure all remarketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with asset remarketing will be essential to maintaining integrity and transparency.
What experience do you have?
5+ years of experience in financial services, collections, or automotive environment, strong preference for experience in asset remarketing or asset recovery.
Proven leadership in managing teams, driving performance, and executing operational strategies to meet revenue and recovery goals.
Strong knowledge of asset valuation and remarketing channels, including online marketplaces, wholesalers, auction houses, and direct sales to consumers.
Track record of success in vendor management and establishing profitable partnerships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, sales data, and asset values to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
Experience in the financial services or automotive leasing industry is preferred but not mandatory.

goeasy is seeking an intelligent and motivated individual to join the Payroll team as an Associate. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all associated Payroll reporting requirements are completed within strict timelines while adhering to established Payroll processes.
What will you be doing?
Prepare and process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for all stores/branches/corporate office as assigned; calculate changes, balance and post-verify payroll.
Administer of UKG Pro Time & Attendance (UTA) system and associated timekeeping activities.
Oversee the payroll shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within pre-defined SLAs.
Maintain strict adherence to payroll processes, to ensure ongoing certification of internal controls including but not limited to preparation and distribution of key reports for approval, exercising diligence around approvals etc.
Keeps abreast of current government legislation.
Communicate with employees on a timely basis regarding any items which may impact their pay.
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
What experience do you have?
College Degree and/or PCP designation; combination of work experience, high school diploma and/or accounting/payroll courses.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in processing full cycle payroll is required.

Requirements:

What will you be doing?

Responsible for ensuring the office operations are running smoothly, including being able to manage the reception desk.

What experience do you have?
