Day in the life of a Manager, Incentives & Planning:
Plan Health Monitoring:
Continuously monitor the performance incentive plans to ensure they are functioning as intended.
Prepare regular reports on plan health, payout levels, and equity across all incentive plans.
Identify trends, issues, or areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to align incentive strategies with overall business objectives.
Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Performance Data Management:
Consolidate and track monthly performance data from various sources to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Work closely with data providers and internal stakeholders to ensure performance data is objective, accurate, and aligns with the organization’s standards.
Incentive Calculations:
Perform accurate and timely calculations of monthly bonuses and incentives based on performance metrics.
Validate the accuracy of all incentive payments and ensure they align with company policies and procedures.
Equity and Compliance:
Ensure fairness and equity across all incentive plans, taking into account different roles, teams, and performance levels.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies related to incentive compensation.
What we are looking for:
3+ years in a similar role
Experience with sales and collections practices would be an asset
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience using PowerPoint to create presentations to support discussion/decisions
Familiarity with SQL queries would be considered an asset
Analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal and change management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and meet deadlines
Ability to work under pressure and react quickly
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and ability to manage multiple applications across more than one screen.

Day in the life of a Collections Representative at LendCare:
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions.
Perform outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers.
Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts of financial loans.
Expertly engage in negotiations with customers and explore financial resources to secure the optimal arrangement.
Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems.
Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills.
What we are looking for:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a collections, sales, or customer service or call center/contact center role.
Experience with using an automated dialer system is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to multi-task; adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment.
Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel); ability to learn new software applications.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sales manager to lead our Consumer Lending (LendCare/LC Loans) team. This position requires a strategic leader with a strong background in managing sales teams, operational tasks, audit compliance, and ancillary sales. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management:

You will help drive strategic insights and optimize performance across LendCare’s collections portfolio. What will you be doing?
Driving the development and refinement of collections strategies to improve recovery rates, reduce delinquencies, and boost portfolio profitability.
Conducting in-depth portfolio performance reviews and delivering actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
Designing and executing data-driven experiments (e.g., champion/challenger tests) to evaluate and optimize treatment paths.
Building and maintaining reporting frameworks to track strategy effectiveness and identify early warning indicators.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product to support collections initiatives.
Analyzing structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.

What experience do you have?
Bringing 5+ years of experience in credit risk, collections strategy, or portfolio analytics - ideally within consumer lending or financial services.
Earning a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
Using statistical and analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, or SAS with confidence and skill.
Applying analytics to drive decision-making in collections or credit risk environments.
Communicating complex data clearly and effectively to support business-oriented recommendations.
Staying highly organized, curious, and results-driven, with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Assistant:
Efficiently manage a high volume of legal notices, correspondence, and mail, ensuring timely distribution and response.

goeasy is seeking an intelligent and motivated individual to join the Payroll team as an Associate. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all associated Payroll reporting requirements are completed within strict timelines while adhering to established Payroll processes.
What will you be doing?
Prepare and process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for all stores/branches/corporate office as assigned; calculate changes, balance and post-verify payroll.
Administer of UKG Pro Time & Attendance (UTA) system and associated timekeeping activities.
Oversee the payroll shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within pre-defined SLAs.
Maintain strict adherence to payroll processes, to ensure ongoing certification of internal controls including but not limited to preparation and distribution of key reports for approval, exercising diligence around approvals etc.
Keeps abreast of current government legislation.
Communicate with employees on a timely basis regarding any items which may impact their pay.
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
What experience do you have?
College Degree and/or PCP designation; combination of work experience, high school diploma and/or accounting/payroll courses.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in processing full cycle payroll is required.
Previous experience on UKG Pro/Ultipro, Workday, SAP, SAAS, pay@work, people@work is an asset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of customer service.
Flexibility of work hours to meet payroll deadlines.
Must possess excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

Ce que vous ferez
• Appeler les clients existants de LendCare pour vendre des produits financiers complémentaires
• Présenter une gamme d’offres annexes — y compris des garanties prolongées, des régimes de protection, l’assurance GAP et des accessoires après-vente
• Mener des consultations basées sur les besoins, en alignant les recommandations de produits sur les priorités du client
• Expliquer clairement toutes les modalités des produits tout en assurant une pratique de vente éthique et conforme
• Remplir avec exactitude toute la documentation papier et numérique
• Collaborer étroitement avec les chefs des ventes et les collègues pour atteindre et dépasser les objectifs mensuels
Ce que vous apportez
• Expérience dans l’industrie automobile (expérience en tant que Directeur/directrice des services financiers ou Directeur/directrice commercial/e fortement souhaitée)
• Expérience préalable dans la vente de produits complémentaires fortement souhaitée
• Succès avéré en vente interne, télémarketing ou postes axés sur les commissions
• Grande capacité à créer rapidement un lien et à cerner les besoins des clients par la conversation
• Forte rigueur procédurale, avec un esprit ouvert à l’accompagnement et un engagement envers l’apprentissage continu
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication verbale et à la négociation
Horaire
• Horaire à temps plein, du lundi au vendredi, de 9 h à 17 h ou de 11 h à 19 h (selon votre préférence), avec certains samedis (environ une fois par mois)

At our LendCare subsidiary, we specialize in point-of-sale financing for a wide network of 10,000+ merchant partners — with a strong focus on the automotive sector. We’re in a period of rapid growth and are seeking a high-performing Financial Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for existing LendCare customers, reaching out to discuss valuable ancillary products that enhance their original purchase and provide long-term value. Your focus will be on customers who already know and trust our brand — no cold calling, no guesswork, just meaningful conversations that lead to real impact.

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What You Bring
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation
Highly process-driven, with a coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Schedule
Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, either 9AM-5PM or 11AM – 7PM (based on your preference), with occasional Saturdays (once a month)
Availability to work on-site in Pickering, ON
