Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

What you'll lead:
Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base
National Sales & Automotive Finance — dealership partner field representatives, key account relationship owners
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:
Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:
Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

Join our dynamic legal team as a Litigation Paralegal, where you’ll take ownership of high-impact cases, from fraud disputes to Small Claims matters. Day in the life of a Litigation Paralegal
Oversee the resolution and management of legal disputes, including fraud-related matters and Small Claims cases.
Prepare, review, and manage complex legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Coordinate and negotiate settlements, balancing legal risk and business objectives.
Represent the company at court appearances, including settlement conferences and trials, demonstrating professionalism and strong advocacy skills.
Plan and manage workflow to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
Liaise and communicate with internal departments to facilitate smooth throughout the litigation process.

What we are looking for:
Paralegal Diploma/Certificate and licensed with the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
At least 3 years’ experience in Small Claims Court, including debt collection and trial preparation.
Strong knowledge of provincial legislation (including but not limited to Consumer Protection Act, Personal Property Security Act) and Small Claims Court Rules.
Skilled in legal research, documentation, and case management; familiarity with other provincial small claims processes is an asset.
Excellent computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to company systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a team or independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for court appearances (mileage reimbursed).

A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products

The Manager, Platform Technology is a delivery-focused and technically fluent leader, responsible for managing vendor development priorities and ensuring the stability and integration of LendCare platforms. This role plays a critical part in coordinating platform enhancements, overseeing support operations, and enabling seamless integration across systems. The Manager works closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure platform capabilities evolve in alignment with business needs. What will you be doing?
Development Prioritization – Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.

Reporting to the Director, Centralized Administration, the Team Manager, Billing Administration is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the billing administration team. This includes managing timecards, handling specific requests, monitoring team attendance, and ensuring the smooth operation of billing processes. The role also involves communicating updates and changes to the team and managing various reports and audits.
Day in the life of a Team Manager, Billing Administration:
Oversee daily operations, including reviewing timecards, approving overtime, and responding to emails.
Ensure that all restructure requests are compliant to the policies and eligibility criteria
Complete audits and reconciliation on a daily and weekly basis.
Forward specialized requests (e.g., Equifax disputes, TransUnion updates) to designated channels
Manage the re-opening of loans disposed of in error and ensure ADM (Addendum) reports are received.
Monitor and review ticketing queues, assigning files accordingly.
Distribute restructure tickets and payout package requests efficiently
Monitor and review escalated requests requiring managerial oversight, ensuring timely assignment and resolution within the Billing Administration ticket portal on a daily basis.
Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and projects via email and maintain active communication in the Billing Admin Chat.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a managerial role within Billing Administration or a related field.
Familiarity with Asset and Edge systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.

Accurately process departmental expenses in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), handling a high volume of expense items each month, with volume expected to increase as the team grows and KPIs expand.

Day in the life of a Billing Administration Associate:
Manage account restructures: data entry, prepare addendums, confirm revised loan terms.
Annotate accounts to facilitate debt sales and improve recovery efforts.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Technology Analyst to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Collection Analytics & Strategy (Credit Risk), who is passionate about joining a winning team and growing their career! Your role is part of a collaborative risk and analytics team and you will work in partnership with executives and management who lead the different areas of our business that support our continued growth, with dedicated support to LendCare Collection Department.
What will you be doing?
Data Mining, Modeling, and Analysis
Identify, evaluate, and review the collections portfolio to uncover opportunities for developing a risk-based segmentation strategy that optimizes collection activities.
Assess and monitor credit risk trends, ensuring adherence to authorized risk tolerance parameters, and provide insights to support senior management decision-making.
Apply deep analytical expertise to diagnose, document, and report drivers of unexpected changes in portfolio/origination composition and credit performance. Communicate findings, forecast potential impacts on losses, and present recommendations to senior management.
Analyze and recommend improvements to collections decisions, underwriting strategies, and existing reports, processes, and procedures.
Contribute to building a robust data infrastructure for model development and analytics. Deliver meaningful analysis that drives collection strategy optimization, including customer risk segmentation to improve the portfolio’s risk-reward profile. Use financial services knowledge to understand profitability and performance drivers and design programs that optimize net financial contribution.
Forecasting and Reporting
Build and maintain a standard set of risk and performance reports to evaluate overall credit risk, with a focus on collections.
Monitor and maintain comprehensive reports to identify delinquency and charge-off trends at vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models and communicate risks and opportunities to senior management.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of external factors, policy changes, and operational adjustments on delinquency and charge-off levels.
What experience do you have?
4–6 years of progressive experience in retail and/or financial services credit risk management and analytics, supported by a degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of credit risk and portfolio management principles, with practical experience in data mining, statistical modeling, and risk segmentation.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems, detect trends, and translate data into actionable solutions, supported by excellent communication skills.
Experience leading a team of analysts, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive collaboration.
Hands-on expertise in credit risk decisioning, underwriting strategies, and policy implementation, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
