Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

What you'll lead:
Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base
National Sales & Automotive Finance — dealership partner field representatives, key account relationship owners
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:
Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:
Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

Day in the life of a Manager, Inside Sales:
Lead and manage a team of ~10-11 outbound sales representatives in a contact center setting.
Directly manage the Retention Specialist, ensuring strategies to save customers and reduce cancellations are effective.
Act as an in-house expert on the phone system, managing phone productivity and reporting.
Develop and implement best sales practices to improve conversion rates, deal volume, and overall team performance.

Experience handling customer escalations and implementing retention strategies.

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end email campaigns using HubSpot, build automated workflows, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and print. Draft and prepare pleadings along with a variety of legal documents with precision.
Proactively plan and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines and maintain workflow.
Liaise with other members of the legal department.

Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.

The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating risks associated with our lending operations while providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.
What will you be doing?
Monitor business performances regularly and generate performance reports for management
Analyze root causes of business problems and recommend corrective actions
Develop business presentations for senior management
Present product/portfolio performance at monthly senior management meetings

The Manager, Risk and Analytics, plays a key role in LendCare’s Risk & Analytics team, responsible for driving data-driven insights, managing portfolio performance reporting, and enhancing credit risk strategies. This position combines technical analytics skills with business understanding to deliver insights that balance portfolio growth with credit quality.
What will you be doing?
Lead development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring accurate and timely insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Conduct loan portfolio analytics, including delinquency, roll rate, recovery and charge-off trend analysis to identify emerging risk and opportunities.
Manage and improve IFRS 9 loss provision models, including segmentation, staging logic and expected credit loss calculation (PD, LGD, EAD).
Deliver clear and concise monthly and quarterly risk reports, including executive-level presentations with business context and recommendations.
Perform deep-dive SQL base data analysis across multiple data sources to support credit strategy, collections and finance initiatives.
Lead analytical projects related to charge-off trending, penalty pricing impact and portfolio performance.
Partner with data, finance and reporting teams to ensure risk alignment with growth targets and operational processes.

What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

Experience with delinquency, charge-off, recovery, and cash received metrics.
Experience building and interpreting different risk models (e.g. Vintage; Roll rate).

Day in the life of a Paralegal:
Draft and prepare pleadings along with a variety of legal documents with precision.

Liaise with other members of the legal department.

What we are looking for:
Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.

As a Senior Manager, Risk Data & Analytics, you will lead the development and implementation of data-driven credit risk strategies that align with the organization’s risk appetite. This role involves deep analytical work to monitor portfolio performance, forecast key metrics, and support senior leadership with actionable insights that optimize credit decisioning and financial outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in building robust data infrastructure and enhancing risk modeling capabilities across the business.
What will you be doing?
Data Mining, Modeling and Analysis
Identify, evaluate, review and implement credit policy and underwriting changes that are aligned with the risk appetite established by Senior Management and approved by the Board
Identify, assess, and monitor credit risk trends, communicating adherence to authorized risk tolerance parameters and supporting Senior Management decision making
Conduct deep analytical dives to properly diagnose, document and report drivers of unexpected changes to portfolio/origination composition and credit performance. Communicate findings including future impacts to losses and proposed recommendations to Senior Management as required.
Assist in the development of risk models for the purposes of origination, account management and collections.
Analyze and make recommendations to improve credit risk decision making and underwriting strategies, along with improvements to existing reports, processes and procedures.
Contribute to the development of a robust data infrastructure for model development and analytics. Create meaningful analysis leading to credit strategy optimization, including but not limited to customer risk segmentation development that improves the portfolio’s risk-reward profile. Apply expertise and knowledge of financial services to understand profitability and performance drivers and build programs to optimize net financial contribution.
Work with various departments to provide risk analytics that evaluate current business processes and enhance decision making capabilities, providing quantitative analysis on a portfolio and segment level
Forecast key business metrics including loss rates, approval rates, loan conversion rates, and credit quality for new initiatives and marketing campaigns
Forecasting and Reporting
Develop and maintain a standard set of risk and performance reports that evaluate the overall credit risk of the portfolio.
Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of reports to identify delinquency and charge off trends at the vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models to capture current trends and communicate to Senior Management to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast.
Oversee and conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of exogenous factors, policy and operational changes on delinquency and charge off levels.
Assist the Vice President, Risk and Analytics in providing an independent assessment of the risk profile and performance of the LendCare (a division of goeasy) portfolio as well as the overall business unit by regularly monitoring key risk indicators, conducting periodic credit reviews, and consistently communicating findings to Senior Management.
What experience do you have?
7+ years of progressively responsible roles in retail and/or financial services credit risk management and analytics.
Sound knowledge of credit risk/portfolio management procedures and principles.
Degree in statistics, math or a related discipline (advanced degree is desired).
Knowledge and practical application of data mining and statistical principles involved in model development.
Superior analytical skills – demonstrated ability to understand complex problems, detect trends, and understand data to develop and formulate solutions.
Previous experience in a management or supervisory capacity leading a team of analysts.
Extensive knowledge of retail credit risk and portfolio management, quantitative methodologies, risk models and tools.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, quantifying, managing, and implementing changes to credit risk decision making and underwriting strategies, policies and procedures through the use and application of analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong technical knowledge of statistical analysis, modeling techniques and their application in a retail credit risk environment.
Possess deep understanding of data extraction/mining/modeling tools including SAS and SQL.
Thrives on working with, and in leading others in a “hands-on” capacity sharing best practices and coaching for future development.

Day in the life of a Area Sales Representative:

Effectively communicate competitive advantages on a transactional and broad basis to ensure proper product positioning within dealerships • Provide financing program training to dealership staff and personnel

Day in the life of a Team Manager, Customer Service:
Manage a team of Customer Services Representatives including recruitment, onboarding, and training
Assist with day-to-day operations, and distribution of workload to the Customer Service team
Review individual staff performance through weekly scorecards, identifying training opportunities, and delivering required coaching

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Technology Analyst to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
What will you be doing?

Role Overview:
Reporting to the COO at LendCare, we are seeking a Vice President, Central Operations to lead the transformation of our point-of-sale financing business. Overseeing a large, multi-functional team (~200 FTE), this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, process re-engineering, and automation across core functions. The VP will set strategy, optimize workflows, strengthen compliance, and deliver scalable, efficient, and frictionless partner experiences.

This role will also involve travel to visit key partners and clients, and flexibility will be provided based on business needs.
What You’ll Lead:
Processing & Underwriting — fast, accurate loan decisioning, quality assurance, SLA adherence.
Partner Verification — merchant onboarding, fraud/KYC/AML controls, periodic reviews.
Billing & Administration — accurate remittances, reconciliations, adjustments, and records.
Partner Support (Contact Centre) — tiered support, workforce management, QA, and voice-of-partner insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute a multi-year operations strategy tied to growth, loss, and partner experience goals.
Lead large-scale process re-engineering and automation initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce cycle times, and increase straight-through processing.
Build and coach a senior leadership team; strengthen capability in workforce management, QA, analytics, and change delivery.
Champion the partner experience—decisioning SLAs, onboarding, issue resolution, and VOC/NPS programs.
Deploy Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement practices to drive efficiency, quality, and defect reduction.
Design and implement KPI dashboards and data-driven reporting that provide real-time visibility into SLA, quality, and cost-to-serve performance.
Oversee regulatory compliance (AML/ATF/KYC, consumer protection, privacy) and maintain audit readiness.
Manage budgets, vendors, and investments that enable automation, system modernization, and productivity improvements.
Lead change management for new policies, systems, and product launches; ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.
Champion a culture of operational excellence that emphasizes accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
10+ years of senior operations leadership in financial services, fintech, or scaled B2B2C.
Proven experience leading 100–300+ person multi-function teams, with a key focus on developing the next generation of talent.
Strong expertise in process engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
Track record of delivering automation, SLA improvements, and productivity gains at scale.
Command of LOS/CRM, telephony/WFM, QA, and BI tools.
Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks (AML/ATF/KYC, PCI, consumer protection).
Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred; MBA or graduate degree an asset.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What We're Looking for:
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation
Highly process-driven, with a coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Schedule
Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, either 9AM-5PM or 11AM – 7PM (based on your preference), with occasional Saturdays (once a month)

Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Assistant:
Efficiently manage a high volume of legal notices, correspondence, and mail, ensuring timely distribution and response.
Open, organize, and maintain legal files with precision, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.
Coordinate email communications and handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a vital link for the legal department.
Gain proficiency in legal file management and administrative tasks to support the legal process.
Draft and prepare correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
Scan, file, and organize company documents, ensuring proper maintenance of records.
Manage all insolvency files including but not limited to completing proof of claims and corresponding with trustee offices
Support the team of Paralegals in drafting legal documents
Administer and maintain registrations of liens within the Personal Property Registry to secure company assets.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in legal administration or a related administrative role.
Proficient in legal software such as Clio, ACL, or similar platforms.
Experience preparing and filing documentation for Small Claims Court processes is an asset.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and file management.
