We’re looking for an experienced Team Manager, Collections to oversee and develop a team of Collectors while driving strong performance and operational excellence. This role is responsible for coaching, reporting, forecasting, and handling escalations, while also contributing individually to key performance goals and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
A day in the life of a Team Manager, Collections:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Collectors, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee and validate accurate timekeeping for the team.
Deliver ongoing training and development to support skill growth and career progression.
Handle and de‑escalate complex customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional company image.
Conduct monthly one‑on‑one meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set clear goals.
Prepare and submit accurate daily productivity forecasts for the team.
Compile detailed daily reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Address minor policy issues promptly and escalate more serious concerns in line with company procedures.
Consistently meet or exceed individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), setting a strong example for the team.
Review accounts to identify potential fraudulent activity and escalate concerns to management as needed.
Support special projects and additional assignments as directed by management
What we are looking for:
Strong knowledge of the collections industry, including processes, best practices, and related technologies.
At least 2 years experience in a leadership role in a contact center setting.
Proven track record of success in collections or a comparable role.
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Bilingual proficiency in French is a plus.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Asset Recovery Coordinator for our LendCare subsidiary to support the administrative and coordination aspects of vehicle recovery—managing accounts, vendors, documentation, and compliance to ensure organized, timely, and cost-effective outcomes
Day in the life of a Asset Recovery Coordinator:
Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts or oversee a vendor’s portfolio, ensuring recovery efforts are executed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
Vendor Coordination: Engage with repossession agents and third-party vendors to assign recovery tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
Storage & Impound Coordination: Respond promptly to notifications of located or impounded vehicles. Coordinate with vendors, storage facilities, and internal teams to facilitate timely recovery and minimize associated costs.
Post-Sale Support: Assist with post-sale activities for remarketed vehicles, including uploading bills of sale, filing lien discharges, ensuring accurate fund processing, and transitioning files to the appropriate internal units.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of recovery actions, communications, and outcomes. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws.
Workflow Adherence: Follow established workflows and recovery protocols to ensure consistent, organized, and timely execution of recovery processes.
What we are looking for:
Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.
Experience in asset recovery, collections, financial services, or in the auto industry are highly regarded.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate difficult conversations.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

The Senior Manager, Asset Recovery & Remarketing is accountable for leading LendCare’s end‑to‑end repossession and recovery operations. This role is critical to improving net recoveries, strengthening operational infrastructure, and building leadership capabilities within a growing team.
With oversight of a large repossession portfolio, a team of approximately 15 to 20 employees, and multiple external vendors, this leader brings a strong collections perspective, sound operational judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a high‑impact, high‑risk environment.
A day in the life of a Senior Manager, Asset Recovery & Remarketing:
Strategic Leadership & Recovery Performance
Own the overall repossession and asset recovery strategy, aligned to enterprise recovery and financial goals.
Drive sustained improvement in net recoveries, with clear accountability for results across internal teams and external vendor partners.
Translate recovery and collections objectives into actionable execution plans, performance targets, and governance routines.
Operational Oversight & Capability Building
Establish and mature a scalable, disciplined operating model for the repossession function.
Lead the development and execution of process mapping, inventory controls, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks, aligned to core operational fundamentals.
Ensure operations are designed for long‑term sustainability, not just short‑term recovery gains.
Team Leadership & Talent Development
Lead, coach, and develop a multi‑layered team, including two people managers and their teams.
Build leadership capability within the function by providing structure, feedback, and development opportunities.
Establish clear accountability, role clarity, and performance expectations across the team.
Foster a culture of ownership, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Vendor Management & External Partnerships
Provide senior‑level oversight of external repossession vendors, holding them accountable to performance, compliance, cost, and service standards.
Evaluate vendor performance and capability, making data‑driven recommendations on optimization or change as needed.
Collections Integration & Stakeholder Partnership
Apply a collections‑informed perspective to repossession and recovery strategies, improving outcomes across the account lifecycle.
Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on recovery priorities and execution.
Serve as the primary point of ownership for the repossession function across the organization.
What we are looking for:
Experience within the collections industry, with direct exposure to recovery‑focused operations.
Proven people leadership experience, managing managers and/or larger frontline teams.
Strong operational leadership capability, including building or transforming processes, controls, and performance frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to operate independently, exercise judgment, and lead with minimal oversight.
