A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.

What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)

Review loan documents to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within LendCare's policies and procedures.

Reporting to the VP Legal & Corporate Affairs, goeasy is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice and guidance to the goeasy team on a variety of matters, including: contract review and contract lifecycle management, contract negotiation and interpretation, and compliance with all applicable laws that impact business operations.
What will you be doing?
Identifying, addressing, and managing business needs in support of strategic objectives, while providing support and triage of matters to the VP, Legal & Corporate Affairs.
Leading the legal process and review in contract lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the vendor lifecycle - including vendor selection, onboarding, contract review and approval while recommending process enhancements.

What experience do you have?
2–4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a dynamic corporate legal department.
In-house legal experience supporting financial services and/or public companies is preferred.
Regulatory experience is considered an asset.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with demonstrated expertise in applicable areas of law.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.

The Director, Merchandising & Buying is a key leadership role at easyhome — responsible for shaping an outstanding product assortment, optimizing pricing and profitability, and driving the merchandising strategy that powers our growth. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, leveraging strong vendor relationships and sharp commercial instincts to ensure easyhome delivers the right products, at the right value, with operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
Exceed growth, margin, and category performance targets for the easyhome product portfolio.
Evaluate, define, and implement buying and merchandising strategies in partnership with the VP, easyhome Operations.
Build and evolve our product assortment through strong category management and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Develop price architecture, margin models, and profit forecasts to support sustainable growth.
Source merchandise in open markets, selecting products for easyhome’s corporate and franchise lease-to-own locations.
Identify new product and revenue opportunities that strengthen competitive positioning.
Monitor performance indicators—including sales per square foot, product mix, inventory levels, and profitability—and adjust strategies based on real-time insights.
Recommend space allocation strategies that maximize sales productivity and align with product performance.
Analyze category and product participation trends to optimize assortment and drive stronger outcomes.
Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and merchandising activity; propose strategies to improve or defend market position.
Lead sourcing initiatives and conduct negotiations (with guidance from the VP) to secure best pricing, terms, and supply conditions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, distributors, sales reps, and external partners.
Lead and coach a high-performing team to deliver merchandising excellence in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Oversee reporting, forecasting, and business development activities related to merchandising and buying.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
5–10 years of progressive buying and merchandising experience, ideally within electronics or consumer durables.
Proven track record of growing categories and improving assortment profitability.
Strong negotiation skills and expertise in cost optimization.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment and a sense of urgency.

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:
Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
