Role Overview
We are seeking a Divisional Vice-President (DVP) to lead and own continued and sustainable profitable growth of Division 1 retail financial services portfolio.  Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, easyfinancial Retail, the DVP will provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of 8 Regional Managers and approximately 73 branch locations across British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will work out of our Corporate Mississauga office 2 days per week to maximize on strategic relationship building & partnerships required to propel forward progress within the retail network. The DVP will create and maintain an environment of peak performance, excellent sales and customer service, strong collections execution; and be accountable for the P&L of their respective Division including all revenue and costs, and for achieving financial goals and targets. They will be tasked to ensure consistent process execution across all retail locations, and for coaching, training, and mentoring within the Division – and to bring best practices back to leadership centrally. This individual will have an exceptional grasp of the consumer finance & retail landscape in Canada including environmental/geographic drivers and will possess a good understanding of domestic and global retail trends.
Responsibilities (not limited to):

Lead and communicate a shared vision for Division 1, building morale and clarity across all branch teams, with regular in-person engagement at Mississauga HQ to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Influence and persuade regional managers and branch teams to adopt best practices, drive change initiatives, and achieve divisional goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
Drive results by motivating teams to exceed sales, collections, and profitability targets, establishing clear accountabilities, and monitoring progress across all western branches.

Qualifications:

A strong retail background that includes aggressive and targeted portfolio and outlet growth.
A minimum of 5-10 years of proven success in a multi-location retail management role, with a strong operational and systems background – a key differentiator to early success would be someone who develops a systematic approach to review KPIs and target areas of concern within their division.
Experience/depth in alternative financial services.
Demonstrated strategic leadership with ability to develop comprehensive retail/financial service growth strategies.
Proven ability to build, inspire, lead, motivate and sustain high performing teams.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.

Account Management & Collections

What will you be doing?

What experience do you have?

5-8 years of progressive experience within a Human Resources function, including experience partnering with the business and/or leading programs or initiatives.
Previous experience leading teams is considered a strong asset.
Proven ability to establish credibility with and manage senior stakeholders, including Director+ / Executive-level leaders and influence without authority.
Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to bring structure and discipline to ambiguous environments.
Demonstrated ability to think ahead, anticipate issues, and proactively drive solutions, not just react to problems.

What experience do you have?

Experience managing a high-volume recruitment function, along with strong experience leading corporate and executive recruitment.
A combination of agency and in-house experience is ideal.

Our new opening as a Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Enterprise Reporting sits within our Business Intelligence function and plays a key part in shaping how data and insights are delivered across goeasy. You’ll help build and evolve a Business Intelligence and reporting centre of excellence, focused on standardizing enterprise reporting, enabling self‑serve analytics, and supporting business users with timely, trusted insights as we move toward a world‑class BI platform.
As the process owner for goeasy’s BI Enterprise Reporting and analytics enablement platform (powered by Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy, and complementary tools), you’ll own both the technical architecture and its ongoing implementation. You’ll work closely with business partners to understand their needs, design practical solutions, and ensure reporting and analytics are consistently aligned with how the organization operates and makes decisions.

The Privacy & Data Governance Manager (12-month contract) will support the development and execution of goeasy’s enterprise-wide privacy and data governance programs. This role requires a strong understanding of Canadian privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA, Quebec Law 25), foundational knowledge of international privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and a growing awareness of AI governance principles. The successful candidate will help shape policies, document workflows, conduct research, and support responsible data and AI practices across goeasy and its subsidiaries.
What will you be doing?

Privacy Program Management
Draft, update, and maintain privacy policies, procedures, and standards.
Conduct privacy impact assessments (PIAs) and support privacy-by-design initiatives.
Document data flows and business processes involving personal information.
Monitor and interpret changes in Canadian and global privacy laws and regulations.

Data Governance
Support the development and maintenance of data governance frameworks, including data classification, data lifecycle management, and metadata standards.
Collaborate with IT, Security, and business units to ensure data quality, integrity, and stewardship.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of data inventories.
Promote data accountability and transparency across the organization.

AI Oversight
Contribute to the development of internal guidelines for responsible AI use, including fairness, transparency, and accountability.
Support risk assessments and governance processes for AI-enabled tools and systems.
Monitor evolving AI regulations and standards, and provide recommendations for compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI systems align with privacy and ethical standards.

Research & Collaboration
Conduct research on emerging privacy, data governance, and AI trends.
Provide practical guidance to internal stakeholders on privacy and data-related risks.
Support audits, assessments, and regulatory inquiries.
Work closely with Compliance, IT Security, Product, and other teams to embed privacy and governance into business operations.

What experience do you have?

Minimum 1 year of experience in privacy, data governance, compliance, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Canadian privacy laws; familiarity with international frameworks is an asset.
Understanding of data governance principles and emerging AI governance concepts.
Excellent writing, documentation, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPP/C, CIPM, CDMP, or AI governance-related credentials) are an asset but not required.
Post-secondary education in law, public policy, information management, data science, or a related field preferred.

As Manager, End User Operations, you’ll be at the heart of our technology support strategy - guiding a skilled IT support team across multiple locations. What will you be doing?

What experience do you have?

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
At least 3 years of IT management experience, ideally in multi-site or geographically dispersed environments.
Proven ability to manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets, including planning, forecasting, and cost control to support both operational and strategic goals.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-performing teams, influencing stakeholders, and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Experience supporting executive and C-suite stakeholders with professionalism, discretion, and a white-glove approach to service.
Demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) tools and processes (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management), including tracking, analyzing, and reporting on support trends to drive continuous improvement.
Solid understanding of patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance practices to ensure secure and up-to-date systems.
Broad technical knowledge across computer hardware, Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and enterprise desktop software.
Familiarity with network topologies (LAN/WAN/VPN), protocols, and enterprise network infrastructure.
Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations, thriving in collaborative and fast-paced environments.
Willingness to provide event support and hands-on assistance when needed.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.

Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
