As the Senior Manager, Employee Experience, you'll play a key role in shaping a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment that brings out the best in our team. Reporting to the VP, Leadership Development & Culture, this strategic role combines creativity, data-savvy insights, and a people-first approach to elevate workplace culture and drive organizational success.

You'll be the go-to expert in translating data into meaningful strategies, turning numbers into actions that make a real difference. From improving engagement to enhancing performance, you'll ensure our employees feel valued, connected, and empowered to succeed.

What will you be doing?

Employee Experience Strategy:

  • Developing and implementing strategies that enhance the employee experience, aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identifying key drivers of employee engagement and creating initiatives to address gaps and opportunities.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to embed employee-centric practices across the organization.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Collaborating with leadership and HR teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders on employee experience trends and best practices.

Program Management & Continuous Improvement:

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs, iterating and evolving approaches based on data-driven results.
  • Staying informed on emerging trends in employee experience and workplace analytics.
  • Testing and iterating on programs and initiatives to ensure alignment with employee needs, including rewards and recognition.
  • Driving innovation in how the organization collects and utilizes employee feedback.

Data Analytics:

  • Designing and managing surveys, focus groups, and other tools to collect employee feedback and sentiment data.
  • Analyzing employee lifecycle data (e.g., onboarding, engagement, promotion, performance, turnover) to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Creating dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to employee experience and engagement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

  • Managing the collection and analysis of employee demographic data.
  • Incorporating DEI principles into employee experience strategies and data analysis efforts.
  • Using data to identify disparities and developing initiatives to promote an inclusive workplace culture.

What experience do you have?

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Has 5+ years of experience in employee engagement, HR analytics, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience using data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
  • Proficient in designing and interpreting employee surveys and other feedback tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
  • Deep understanding of employee experience principles and practices.
  • Familiar with HR systems and platforms (e.g., UKG, Qualtrics, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

We offer a Flexible Work Program that provides you the ability to work three days onsite per week, from our Mississauga office.
