What will you do as Loan Processor?
Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies and exception approvals.
Assess and analyze loan applications; review, evaluate and analyze credit and financial history of applications including capacity to pay to make final processing decision.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor
Provide rationale to branch managers in regards to the underwriting process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Adhere to acceptable review timeframes for analysis of applications and processor best practices
Incorporate new (or changes to) policies and procedures in a live environment fluidly so as not to disrupt workflow for the processing unit.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process
What you need to work with us:

High level of computer literacy, Intermediate to Advance skill level in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, Word and Outlook)

About the Opportunity:
This is a challenging role that requires accuracy while maintaining SLA targets in a fast-paced environment. Rotational support is required as we cover all hours across Canada.

Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)

About the Opportunity:
This is a challenging role that requires accuracy while maintaining SLA targets in a fast-paced environment. Rotational support is required as we cover all hours across Canada.
Responsibilities:
Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)

goeasy is seeking an IT Analyst to work in our Mississauga Support Centre. As the successful applicant, you will report directly to the Manager, End User Technology working in a department in which roles and personnel will evolve as customer needs and technologies change. You will carry out tasks and responsibilities in a supportive and collaborative manner with other members of the IT Services department to provide exceptional customer service to clients as well as the corporate office.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for all Audio Video technologies across multiple goeasy offices.
Support of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs and Yealink hardware.
Understanding of Audio Video technologies such as camera functionality, mixers, microphones, speakers.
Diagnose and support audio video issues, controllers, AV over IP.
Comfortable being in front of a crowd and supporting senior leadership with events and live broadcasts.
Respond to Deskside Support (i.e. Level 1/2) problem tickets that have been escalated by the Service Desk agents or other areas (emails, MS Teams chats, etc.).
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems and issues of small to medium complexities for desktop/laptop systems, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology by referencing existing documentation or knowledge gained from previous work experience.
Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
Provide advice and guidance to end users with all technical inquiries.
Install and support applications/software on desktops/laptop, tablets, and mobiles onsite/remotely.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, office meeting room equipment onsite/remotely.
Create and maintain knowledge articles for new and existing known errors to educate team members.
May provide remote or on-site implementation support with hardware and/or software installation.
What experience do you have?
Experience with various audio video technologies, Crestron, Yealink, Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of microphone setup, loudspeaker setup, mixers.
Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, imaging systems, updating tickets within a ticketing system (FreshWorks or others), Android, and iOS devices is a must.
Knowledge of SCCM is an asset.
2-3 years work technical support experience in a medium (100 – 500+ staff) to a large (500 - 2,000+ staff) professional organization.
Having knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in our head office in Mississauga, ON with some travel to other offices and out of province.

goeasy is seeking an IT Analyst to work in our Mississauga Support Centre. As the successful applicant, you will report directly to the Manager, End User Technology working in a department in which roles and personnel will evolve as customer needs and technologies change. You will carry out tasks and responsibilities in a supportive and collaborative manner with other members of the IT Services department to provide exceptional customer service to clients as well as the corporate office.
What will you be doing?
Responsible for all Audio Video technologies across multiple goeasy offices.
Support of Microsoft Teams Rooms, Surface Hubs and Yealink hardware.
Understanding of Audio Video technologies such as camera functionality, mixers, microphones, speakers.
Diagnose and support audio video issues, controllers, AV over IP.
Comfortable being in front of a crowd and supporting senior leadership with events and live broadcasts.
Respond to Deskside Support (i.e. Level 1/2) problem tickets that have been escalated by the Service Desk agents or other areas (emails, MS Teams chats, etc.).
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems and issues of small to medium complexities for desktop/laptop systems, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology by referencing existing documentation or knowledge gained from previous work experience.
Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
Provide advice and guidance to end users with all technical inquiries.
Install and support applications/software on desktops/laptop, tablets, and mobiles onsite/remotely.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, office meeting room equipment onsite/remotely.
Create and maintain knowledge articles for new and existing known errors to educate team members.
May provide remote or on-site implementation support with hardware and/or software installation.
What experience do you have?
Experience with various audio video technologies, Crestron, Yealink, Surface Hubs, Microsoft Teams.
Knowledge of microphone setup, loudspeaker setup, mixers.
Experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, imaging systems, updating tickets within a ticketing system (FreshWorks or others), Android, and iOS devices is a must.
Knowledge of SCCM is an asset.
2-3 years work technical support experience in a medium (100 – 500+ staff) to a large (500 - 2,000+ staff) professional organization.
Having knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work in our head office in Mississauga, ON with some travel to other offices and out of province.
