Engagement des clients et ventes
Bâtir des relations clients de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
Interroger les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins financiers et personnels et leur proposer la solution financière, de location et/ou de produit de service la plus appropriée.
Communiquer de manière transparente les modalités de location et de crédit et informer les clients sur les possibilités de développement du crédit.
Maximiser les ventes de services financiers et d'articles ménagers de goeasy grâce à des méthodes telles que la vente croisée.
Gestion des comptes et recouvrement
Gérer les comptes clients, y compris l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, la mise à jour des dossiers, le traitement des versements et le suivi des comptes en souffrance.
Effectuer des tâches administratives et obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires à l'exécution des contrats de produits et de services conclus avec les clients, y compris l'évaluation de la situation financière du demandeur et de sa capacité de remboursement.

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management, to lead all aspects of IT vendor management, sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, and performance optimization within our VMO (Vendor Management Office). Working in close partnership with the IT Leadership and Legal teams, you will play a critical role in maximizing commercial value, minimizing risk, and ensuring vendor partnerships align with our broader technology and business goals.
This role requires a high degree of business and financial acumen, deep contracting experience, and a proven ability to negotiate and manage complex IT engagements across software, services, cloud, hardware, and consulting categories. You will also have demonstrated your ability to work with highly demanding stakeholders, with competing priorities, withing tight timeframes.
What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities:
IT Strategy & Sourcing including Vendor Strategy
Own and evolve the IT category strategy, aligned with enterprise goals and evolving technology needs.
Negotiate and structure contract commercial terms, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and balancing cost, value, and risk exposure.
Drive industry scans, vendor market research, and competitive sourcing processes (RFx).
Lead vendor evaluation, scoring, and selection with key business and technical stakeholders.
Contracting & Commercial Negotiation
Lead end-to-end contract execution for IT deals—scope, pricing models, SLAs, delivery commitments, renewal options, and commercial terms.
Collaborate with Legal, Security, Procurement, and Finance to ensure holistic deal structuring.
Negotiate best-in-class commercial outcomes in both new agreements and renewals/extensions.
Vendor Performance & Relationship Management
Act as the primary relationship manager for strategic IT vendors.
Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards; oversee vendor QBRs.
Working closely with IT leadership team, drive post-contract performance reviews and continuous improvement conversations.
Own and manage the annual IT Vendor Conference, including innovate on vendor engagement and relationships.
Governance & Optimization
In close partnership with the Legal team, maintain and streamline contracting processes, playbooks, and escalation frameworks.
Support IT leadership with vendor risk, cost, and performance reporting.
Monitor contract renewals, retirements, and develop proactive renewal strategies.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
8–10+ years of experience in IT procurement, category management, vendor management, or IT sourcing.
Deep understanding of IT commercial models, contract terms, and risk mitigation.
Proven track record managing large, complex vendor portfolios (SaaS, IaaS, professional services, etc.).
Strong negotiation, influencing, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent financial, analytical, and business storytelling capabilities.
Experience working within a VMO or IT PMO is a strong asset.

We’re looking for a Bilingual Regional Support Technician to join our Montreal team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across goeasy’s lines of business, helping employees resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll manage support tickets, coordinate site outages, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
What will you be doing?
Respond to Deskside Support (i.e. Level 1/2) problem tickets that have been escalated by the Service Desk agents or other areas (emails, MS Teams chats, walk up area).
Diagnose, analyze, and resolve problems and issues of small to medium complexities for desktop/laptop systems, mobiles, printers, meeting room technology by referencing existing documentation or knowledge gained from previous work experience.
Successful candidates should be customer service-oriented and proactive in anticipating and resolving problems while maximizing efficient use of computing resources.
Provide advice and guidance to end users with all technical inquiries.
Install and support applications/software on desktops/laptop, tablets, and mobiles onsite/remotely.
Configure, deploy, maintain, and support desktop/laptops, printers, mobile devices, tablets, office meeting room equipment onsite/remotely.
Create and maintain knowledge articles for new and existing known errors to educate team members.
Assist and support all C-Level executives and board members for any technical issues they have.
Liaise with 3rd party vendors to solve technical problems where appropriate.
Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), providing support and incident management on a two-week cycle.
Assist in the setup of audio and video equipment for Teams virtual and hybrid meetings for Internal events and employee resource groups.
What experience do you have?
Knowledge of SCCM is a must.
Experience with Windows 10 & 11, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, imaging systems, updating tickets within a ticketing system (FreshWorks or others), Android, and iOS devices is a must.
2-3 years work technical support experience in a medium (100 – 500+ staff) to a large (500 - 2,000+ staff) professional organization.
Having knowledge of Mac OS is an asset.
Post-secondary or industry equivalent technical training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Intune and JAMF is a strong asset.
Working knowledge of Crestron devices and MTR devices is an asset.
Willing to support our multiple corporate offices (downtown Toronto, Pickering) and travel as required.

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Manager to lead our Unsecured Loan Processing team within our Central Loan Approval Office. This individual will be a key driver of operational excellence, policy and process innovation, and people leadership. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of project management expertise, independent ownership, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.
What will you be doing?
Leading by example to develop and preserve an energetic, highly effective CLAO (Central Loan Approval Office) culture that inspires employee engagement, effective processes and subsequently surpasses even the most difficult stakeholder expectations.
Establish standards for service levels, queue management, and performance monitoring measures as it relates to underwriting, providing subordinates with prioritization, direction, and support during periods with heightened demand.
Oversee CLAO Unsecured Loan Processing operations, including but not limited to staffing, scheduling, and planning to ensure company expectations are met.
Lead and deliver complex initiatives from concept to completion. Demonstrating strong planning, prioritization, and execution skills driving measurable outcomes.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve underwriting guidelines and processes.
Generate and implement ongoing reporting to track efficiencies, staff activity and continuously improve on defined KPIs.
Collaborate with the retail branch network, regional managers, and the indirect teams to craft solutions to meet customer and merchant needs, creating processes to capture, analyze, leverage, and share branch insights to improve overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the Director, Underwriting regularly to enhance the Loan Underwriting Manual and other policies and procedures as they relate to the processing of loan applications.
What experience do you have?
5-7+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on loan operations or credit adjudication.
3+ years in a leadership role managing teams and cross-functional projects.
Call centre management experience is preferred.
Strong understanding of unsecured lending products, policies, and regulatory considerations.
Experience with process optimization, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience managing reports, analyzing results and implementing change based on findings independently with minimal supervision.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, a technical role within the Business Intelligence Enterprise Reporting team, for a highly motivated and experiences BI professional. You will contribute to all aspects of advanced analytics by scoping, analyzing, developing, automating, enhancing, and validating BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions – delivered both creatively and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
Perform detailed data analysis, validation, report testing to identify data quality and reporting issues.
Monitor report events and subscriptions following EDW data load completion.
Manage report user access and privileges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and validate reporting requirements.
Analyze business needs and design, develop, and implement BI solutions to meet those needs.
Translate business requirements into details technical specifications for BI/report developers.
Contribute to the development of data marts, reports, and dashboards on the Business Insights platform powered by MicroStrategy.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What We're Looking for:
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation
Highly process-driven, with a coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Schedule
Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, either 9AM-5PM or 11AM – 7PM (based on your preference), with occasional Saturdays (once a month)
Availability to work on-site in Pickering, ON

Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.

Are you an operational leader with a passion for driving performance and efficiency in collections? LendCare is seeking a Director, Collections to oversee the execution of our collections strategy, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure optimal performance across our teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Portfolio Servicing, this role is critical in delivering strong recovery outcomes, maintaining compliance, and supporting workforce planning and resource optimization.
You’ll bring a hands-on leadership style, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of collections operations to lead a high-performing team and drive continuous improvement across the collections lifecycle.
What will you be doing?
Overseeing daily operations across our collections portfolios, ensuring consistent execution and performance.
Managing a large, distributed team across centralized call centres and remote locations, with a focus on coaching, engagement, and accountability.
Driving workforce management strategies, including staffing models, scheduling, and productivity planning to meet service level and recovery targets.
Implementing initiatives to improve recovery rates, reduce delinquency, and mitigate credit losses.
Collaborating with internal partners to align collections efforts with broader portfolio goals.
Using data and performance metrics to identify trends, optimize workflows, and support forecasting and resource planning.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including Canadian collections standards.
Presenting operational insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
What experience do you have?
8+ years of leadership experience in collections, credit risk, or call centre operations (financial services experience preferred).
Proven success managing large teams and delivering operational results in fast-paced environments.
Strong understanding of workforce management principles and tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable operational strategies.
Experience with centralized collections models and remote team structures.
Knowledge of Canadian collections laws and compliance frameworks (an asset).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A university degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).

Day in the life of a Legal Administrative Assistant:
Efficiently manage a high volume of legal notices, correspondence, and mail, ensuring timely distribution and response.
Open, organize, and maintain legal files with precision, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.
Coordinate email communications and handle incoming and outgoing calls, serving as a vital link for the legal department.
Gain proficiency in legal file management and administrative tasks to support the legal process.
Draft and prepare correspondence with attention to detail and accuracy.
Scan, file, and organize company documents, ensuring proper maintenance of records.
Manage all insolvency files including but not limited to completing proof of claims and corresponding with trustee offices
Support the team of Paralegals in drafting legal documents
Administer and maintain registrations of liens within the Personal Property Registry to secure company assets.
What we are looking for:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in legal administration or a related administrative role.
Proficient in legal software such as Clio, ACL, or similar platforms.
Experience preparing and filing documentation for Small Claims Court processes is an asset.
