As an UAT Tester, you are expected to work with the UAT lead in creating test cases, test steps and execute the test cases based on the test plan. You are expected to report the defects found, perform retesting and regression testing as required. You are also expected to provide timely UAT progress reports.
Responsibilities:
Review business requirements, user stories, issues log and clarify any ambiguity ensuring testing conditions are understood.
Develop, document and maintain UAT functional, end-to-end and regression test cases and other test artifacts.
Track and report the progress of test case execution.
Find and document unexpected behaviour, issues and bottlenecks.
Track and report all defect status and ensure resolution of defects according to schedule.
Execute UAT test plan and test cases within the agreed upon timelines to ensure the application is performing as expected.
Coordinate the test case execution with the different testers.
Help in the documentation of the process as part of the UAT output.
Capable of working with partners and leadership to identify business test scenarios based on requirements, acceptance criteria.

We are seeking a creative, analytical and results-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing to manage, grow and lead the easyfinancial brand and customer acquisition strategies throughout our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for planning and managing all marketing activities and promotions across various channels – including mass media, in-branch POS, and direct mail. The ideal candidate will be a curious, customer-obsessed marketer that is eager to leverage consumer data and insights to optimize acquisition and growth campaigns. You are passionate about the retail customer experience, eager to lead internal teams and external partners to drive growth, and unafraid to champion new marketing ideas.
Responsibilities
Ownership of Integrated Marketing Calendar: Ownership of easyfinancial’s annual marketing campaign calendar including seasonal campaigns, promotions and all sales activities
Promotion and Offer Development: Work with the finance team and other stakeholders on campaign/offer development, cost benefit analysis and results measurement
Brand Management: Own the easyfinancial brand and its evolution, including managing the strategy development and execution of brand communications
Media Planning and Execution: Work with agency partners to develop and bring to market easyfinancial’s annual integrated media plans (including channel allocation, budget management, creative asset development) to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition
Creative Execution: Responsible for working with our internal creative team and integrated agency partners to manage all creative development (including messaging, look and feel), from the briefing process through to execution across all mass media channels
New Customer Acquisition and Growth: Leverage customer insights to develop marketing plans and campaigns that drive revenue and new customer growth
In-Branch POS: Manage all in-branch POS materials, to optimize the retail customer journey and tell our brand story

We are seeking a creative, analytical and results-oriented Senior Manager, Marketing to manage, grow and lead the easyfinancial brand and customer acquisition strategies throughout our next phase of growth. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Senior Manager, Marketing will be responsible for planning and managing all marketing activities and promotions across various channels – including mass media, in-branch POS, and direct mail. Responsibilities
Ownership of Integrated Marketing Calendar: Ownership of easyfinancial’s annual marketing campaign calendar including seasonal campaigns, promotions and all sales activities
Promotion and Offer Development: Work with the finance team and other stakeholders on campaign/offer development, cost benefit analysis and results measurement
Brand Management: Own the easyfinancial brand and its evolution, including managing the strategy development and execution of brand communications
Media Planning and Execution: Work with agency partners to develop and bring to market easyfinancial’s annual integrated media plans (including channel allocation, budget management, creative asset development) to drive brand awareness and new customer acquisition
Creative Execution: Responsible for working with our internal creative team and integrated agency partners to manage all creative development (including messaging, look and feel), from the briefing process through to execution across all mass media channels
New Customer Acquisition and Growth: Leverage customer insights to develop marketing plans and campaigns that drive revenue and new customer growth
In-Branch POS: Manage all in-branch POS materials, to optimize the retail customer journey and tell our brand story

As a Bilingual Sales Representative you will:
Manage outbound contacts to new and existing applicants via telephone, email and text message
Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system
Implement adaptive selling techniques by adjusting your sales approach based on the communication style and needs of the customer
Demonstrate empathy by understanding the perspective of the customer and have empathetic concern for their situation, while overcoming their objections
Demonstrate a sense of urgency when it comes to helping our new and existing customers when there are time sensitive requests.
Capitalize on phone-based revenue generation opportunities cross-selling opportunities with attention on business retention and revenue generation
Ensure optimum servicing to our existing applicant base by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries on complex multiple inquiries
Comply with outlined policies and procedures (i.e., privacy protection, AML) when servicing clients and performing account maintenance;
Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and continuously improve the business unit
Responsible for achieving and maintaining sales targets
Maintain a high number of outbound dials against leads provided to generate business
Possess the ability to switch gears at any moment during the day to balance inbound and outbound activity depending on call volumes
What you need to work with us:
Bilingual: English and French
A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required with outbound telesales experience preferred
Working knowledge of Loans and Financial Service Products is desirable
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent active listening
Self-motivated with high energy and an achievement orientation
Ability to work well in a fast paced, performance driven environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

So what will a Sales Specialist do?
Create great customer sales experiences in our retail stores by providing excellent customer service and selling home furnishing and electronics leases to new and existing retail customers
Maximize retail store growth - Sales Specialists drive the profitability of the retail store, ensuring that every sale is optimal for both the customer and our retail business
Manage overall day to day retail operations – Sales Specialists manage customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver positive customer sales experiences in every interaction, while also ensuring that all prospect customers at the retail store are greeted in a warm and empathetic manner
Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products opportunities by paying attention to customer needs while providing high quality customer service
Be Open. transparently communicate the terms and conditions of our lease agreements and follow best in class sales practices to minimize future collections
Here’s what we are looking for:
Sales and or/Collections experience is an asset, but we really want people who are motivated by success and surpassing targets. A competitive attitude in sales and customer service is key to our retail business
Experience working in a sales-target driven retail setting with high attention to customer service is a strong asset
People Oriented, Enterprising and an excellent communicator with the ability to create memorable customer experiences for every financial sale
Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs
Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced sales environment
Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity with every sale – really care for our customers!
Experience driving a delivery truck an asset but not required; physically able to move home furnishings within the retail store
Valid driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract (for the past 3 years), and able to clear our background check
Additional Information:
