Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.

We are seeking a process-driven Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Operations Specialist to join our Centralized Administration team, reporting to the Director of Centralized Administration. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and service-level agreements, in partnership with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) tasks. Day in the life of a AML & Operations Specialist:
Review and resolve AML investigation tickets related to applications, merchants, and customers, escalating complex cases as needed.
Compile and distribute comprehensive reports of AML activities to relevant stakeholders.
Conduct regular audits of administrative functions (e.g., billing, payment processing) to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards associated with AML and supporting functions.
Identify compliance and operational performance gaps in relation to AML/KYC and supporting functions, recommending and supporting the implementation of corrective actions.
Develop and maintain audit tools, checklists, and documentation aligned with evolving requirements.
Monitor control frameworks and track compliance metrics for AML and supporting functions, providing timely reports to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support risk mitigation and quality assurance efforts.
Serve as a liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure audit and regulatory review readiness.
Support automation and continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing audit data and recommending process enhancements.
What we are looking for:
At least 3 years of administrative experience working in finance, accounting or a related field.
Experience in an AML function is an asset.

Reporting to the Vice President of Treasury, the Senior Manager, Securitization and Treasury will play a key role in the management and expansion of goeasy’s Securitization facilities and Revolving Credit Facility. Additional responsibilities include liquidity forecasting, cash flow analysis, pro-forma financial submissions, and providing actionable insights to the Vice President of Treasury. You will also be responsible for the evolution of Treasury’s reporting framework, integrating leading software systems to enable better data management, data integrity, and increased reporting flexibility. This role also has accountability for leading Treasury’s work on product profitability, including detailed analytics on how each loan type performs within the company’s structured finance facilities.
What will you be doing?
Manage and operate the company’s securitization warehouse programs and revolving credit facility.
Lead the integration and ongoing enhancement of the OneStream platform for Treasury reporting and analytics, including defining data architecture, improving automation, and ensuring scalability for new funding structures.
Advance Treasury analytics beyond standard Cost of Funds variance drivers by identifying and solving for underlying factors such as covenant constraints, loan trends, and rate curve shifts.
Drive product-level profitability analysis by determining marginal funding costs by loan type and uncovering drivers of funding rate differentials.
Provide strategic recommendations to the VP of Treasury on portfolio trends within structured finance facilities, identifying root causes of unfavorable trends and proposing remediation plans.
Evolve Treasury’s pro-forma funding model by integrating performance-based data and recommending optimized debt structures to maximize funding capacity.
Own the creation and review of Treasury content in financial reports, including financial statements, MD&A, and investor materials. Support executive presentation development.
Support Treasury’s FP&A activities, including weekly Balance Sheet and Cost of Funds forecasts, Finance Cost Allocation, and development of annual budgets and strategic plans.
Play a key role in launching new debt facilities by mapping operational elements, building models, journal templates, and reports, and establishing controls while ensuring integration with accounting and reporting systems.
Take on people management responsibilities as the Treasury team grows, including mentoring new hires and leading analyst-level talent.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a finance management role.
Background in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
Strong experience in Securitization.
Experience with OneStream or similar CPM systems.
Finance designation (CPA or CFA) is preferred.
Apply strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and complex models, driving data-informed recommendations.
Use advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling to build multi-dimensional models.
Leverage technical acumen to identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues. Experience with structured data analysis, regression techniques, or scenario modeling is a strong asset.

What will you be doing?

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end email campaigns using HubSpot, build automated workflows, and manage multi-channel marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social media, and print. A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:
Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail
What we are looking for:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
