Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

This role will also involve travel to visit key partners and clients, and flexibility will be provided based on business needs.

Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base
National Sales & Automotive Finance — dealership partner field representatives, key account relationship owners
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:
Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:
Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.

What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations

We're looking for a Tax Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with complex data, and is passionate about ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities, including preparing tax filings, assisting with provision calculations, supporting audits, and conducting research to ensure adherence to federal and provincial tax regulations.
What will you be doing?
Gather, analyze, and reconcile data required for tax compliance.
Review corporate income tax filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
Prepare monthly and annual HST / PST returns and ensure timely payments.
Prepare supporting documentation, analyze general tax ledger activity, and perform reconciliations and variance analysis of tax-related accounts.
Assist with preparing tax-related disclosures for financial statements.
Support income and indirect tax audits and work directly with CRA and other tax authority auditors.
Respond to inquiries from external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Maintain accurate tax records and support internal control processes.
Research changes in tax laws and regulations to assess potential impacts on the company.
Assist with the implementation of tax planning strategies and process improvements.
Participate in special projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
What experience do you have?
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax is preferred.
Knowledge of Canadian tax reporting and filing processes is considered an asset.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and automate manual processes.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.

Join our dynamic legal team as a Litigation Paralegal, where you’ll take ownership of high-impact cases, from fraud disputes to Small Claims matters. You’ll lead negotiations, craft complex legal strategies, and represent the company in court—making a real difference while collaborating across departments and influencing business outcomes.
Day in the life of a Litigation Paralegal
Oversee the resolution and management of legal disputes, including fraud-related matters and Small Claims cases.
Prepare, review, and manage complex legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.
Coordinate and negotiate settlements, balancing legal risk and business objectives.
Represent the company at court appearances, including settlement conferences and trials, demonstrating professionalism and strong advocacy skills.
Plan and manage workflow to ensure all deadlines are consistently met.
Liaise and communicate with internal departments to facilitate smooth throughout the litigation process.
Oversee the use of the legal file management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to the Director of Legal, highlighting case status and key developments.
What we are looking for:
Paralegal Diploma/Certificate and licensed with the Law Society of Ontario in good standing.
At least 3 years’ experience in Small Claims Court, including debt collection and trial preparation.
Strong knowledge of provincial legislation (including but not limited to Consumer Protection Act, Personal Property Security Act) and Small Claims Court Rules.
Skilled in legal research, documentation, and case management; familiarity with other provincial small claims processes is an asset.
Excellent computer proficiency and the ability to adapt to company systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, and customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Able to work in a team or independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.

Engagement des clients et ventes
Bâtir des relations clients de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
Interroger les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins financiers et personnels et leur proposer la solution financière, de location et/ou de produit de service la plus appropriée.
Communiquer de manière transparente les modalités de location et de crédit et informer les clients sur les possibilités de développement du crédit.
Maximiser les ventes de services financiers et d'articles ménagers de goeasy grâce à des méthodes telles que la vente croisée.
Gestion des comptes et recouvrement
Gérer les comptes clients, y compris l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, la mise à jour des dossiers, le traitement des versements et le suivi des comptes en souffrance.
Effectuer des tâches administratives et obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires à l'exécution des contrats de produits et de services conclus avec les clients, y compris l'évaluation de la situation financière du demandeur et de sa capacité de remboursement.

We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing second- and third-level support for business-critical applications and managing the triage process across internal teams and external service providers. You’ll also play a key role in core IT service management functions, including Major Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management.
What will you be doing?
Take ownership of major incidents by coordinating resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders, and conducting post-incident reviews.
Issue major incident management notices and collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional groups to restore services.
Review and approve internal change requests; participate in and occasionally host weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings; report scheduled changes to senior leadership.
Provide reporting on service breaches and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Proactively monitor business-critical applications and recommend improvements to IT service delivery processes and procedures.
Deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and post-mortem reports to business stakeholders.
Support daily operations across all ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management.
Drive the implementation of service improvement plans by providing guidance, content, and collaboration with resolution groups and service providers.
Collaborate with other IT departments to gather requirements for new or modified services.
Participate in internal and external service review meetings, including those with external service providers.
Identify, recommend, and contribute to the implementation of service improvements related to ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) operations.
On Call Support:
The IT Service Management team participates in on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities include attending Major Incident Management bridge calls during severity-level incidents, requesting regular updates from technical teams involved, and communicating those updates to business stakeholders.
The on-call team member is responsible for managing and driving the severity incident through to resolution, under the guidance of the Major Incident Management team.
What experience do you have?
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience working on an IT service desk.
3–5+ years of experience in an IT Service Management role.
Proven ability to lead, make decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Strong ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
Skilled in communicating critical issue status clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to leadership.
Demonstrates flexibility and agility in transitioning between roles within the team.
Capable of writing business documentation in a clear and concise manner.
Solid understanding of Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Experience populating the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with a focus on compliance, correctness, and completeness is considered an asset.
Familiarity with maintaining Configuration Item (CI) naming conventions and identification standards for object types, environments, and processes is also considered an asset.
Experience managing and implementing service improvement projects or plans is desirable.
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
Experience using IT Service Management tools such as Freshservice, ServiceNow, or Remedy is a plus.
ITIL v3/v4 Foundation certification preferred.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.
