We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

We’re looking for a Bilingual Regional Support Technician to join our Montreal team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support across goeasy’s lines of business, helping employees resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently and professionally. You’ll manage support tickets, coordinate site outages, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless IT operations.
What will you be doing?
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues for all goeasy lines of business
Install hardware, including imaging and replacing devices.
Manage support tickets in accordance with prescribed SLAs.
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by employees
Walk the employees through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel or appropriate departments

Follow-up and update status and information in tickets

Que ferez-vous ?
Servir de premier point de contact pour les questions techniques pour toutes les lignes d'affaires de goeasy
Installation de matériel, y compris l'imagerie et le remplacement d'appareils
Gérer les tickets d'assistance dans le cadre des accords de niveau de service prescrits
Effectuer le dépannage à distance en utilisant des techniques de diagnostic et en posant des questions pertinentes
Déterminer la meilleure solution en fonction du problème et des détails fournis par les employés.
Accompagner les employés dans le processus de résolution des problèmes
Diriger les problèmes non résolus vers le niveau suivant du personnel d'assistance ou vers les services appropriés.
enregistrer les événements et les problèmes, ainsi que leur résolution, dans les journaux de tickets
Assurer le suivi et la mise à jour de l'état et des informations des tickets
Identifier et suggérer des améliorations aux procédures

Quelle est votre expérience ?
Doit être parfaitement bilingue en anglais et en français
Plus de 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information et de l'infrastructure
Expérience confirmée en tant que spécialiste informatique, service d'assistance ou autre rôle de soutien à la clientèle.
Expérience avec Windows 10 & 11, M365, Active Directory, et les systèmes de ticketing ITSM
Une expérience avec SCCM et Intune est un atout majeur.
Bonne compréhension des systèmes informatiques, des imprimantes, de la voix sur IP, du réseau, des appareils mobiles et d'autres produits technologiques.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer with deep expertise in Azure Cloud technologies. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, a technical role within the Business Intelligence Enterprise Reporting team, for a highly motivated and experiences BI professional. You will contribute to all aspects of advanced analytics by scoping, analyzing, developing, automating, enhancing, and validating BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions – delivered both creatively and efficiently.
What will you be doing?
Perform detailed data analysis, validation, report testing to identify data quality and reporting issues.
Monitor report events and subscriptions following EDW data load completion.
Manage report user access and privileges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and validate reporting requirements.
Analyze business needs and design, develop, and implement BI solutions to meet those needs.
Translate business requirements into details technical specifications for BI/report developers.
Contribute to the development of data marts, reports, and dashboards on the Business Insights platform powered by MicroStrategy.
Communicate progress, milestones, challenges, and escalate issues as needed.
Develop deep knowledge of goeasy’s data by integrating diverse datasets, identifying key KPIs, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
Create ad-hoc queries and reports and provide ongoing analytical support.
Support self-service reporting and resolve data/reporting issued promptly to maintain a stable BI environment.
Work closely with BI and Data Solutions Architects, as well as Data and BI Engineers, to ensure adherence to development and deployment standards.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 3 years of hands-on business reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
Proven experience developing reports using documents, grids, graphs, and dashboards in BI environments.
Intermediate SQL skills for building, debugging, and optimizing queries.
Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and utilize the right data to address business problems.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
