About the Role:
Talent Acquisition Manager (Corporate & Technical)
goeasy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our corporate and technical portfolios. This role will be accountable for managing end-to-end searches, partnering closely with business leaders, and delivering strong hiring outcomes across specialized, professional, and hard-to-fill roles.
This is a hands-on recruitment leadership role for someone who can operate as a true talent advisor while also owning the details of each search. The successful candidate will bring strong sourcing capability, technical recruitment experience, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to support senior-level hiring, including Director-level and above recruitment.
What will you be doing?
Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and technical roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and fulfillment.
Act as the main point of accountability for assigned requisitions, ensuring each search has a clear strategy, timeline, sourcing plan, and path to close.
Partner with leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and provide practical recruitment recommendations.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for specialized, technical, and hard-to-fill roles, including market mapping, direct sourcing, pipeline development, and passive candidate outreach.
Support Director-level and above recruitment, including search strategy, candidate identification, stakeholder coordination, and partnership with external search firms when required.
Lead hiring strategy meetings and advise leaders on job profiles, candidate competencies, interview structure, selection criteria, and market conditions.
Assess candidates through structured interviews and business-aligned screening to ensure strong capability, fit, and alignment to goeasy’s values.
Own the candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a professional, engaging, barrier-free, and bias-free recruitment process.
Provide regular updates to hiring managers and leaders on search progress, pipeline health, market feedback, risks, and recommended solutions.
Use recruitment data and market intelligence to support hiring decisions, compensation discussions, and workforce planning.
Manage third-party agency and search firm relationships when applicable.
Ensure recruitment administration, tracking, reporting, and documentation are completed accurately and in real time.
Support continuous improvement across sourcing, process, reporting, candidate experience, employer branding, and talent attraction.
What experience do you have?
5+ years of progressive recruitment experience supporting corporate, technical, professional, and senior-level roles.
Strong technical recruitment experience, with the ability to source for technology, digital, data, product, engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or other specialized roles.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Demonstrated ability to conduct deep sourcing, market mapping, passive candidate outreach, and talent pipeline development.
Experience supporting senior-level or Director-level recruitment is preferred.
Experience with in house corporate and agency/search firm environments is preferred
Strong business acumen and the ability to advise, influence, and challenge leaders in a professional and solutions-focused way.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with leaders, HR partners, candidates, and external vendors.
Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and maintain a high standard of quality in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment standards, human rights legislation, and barrier-free hiring practices.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing platforms, and recruitment reporting tools.
A continuous improvement mindset, with curiosity around new sourcing methods, process improvements, and ways to strengthen the recruitment function.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.

As a Financial Sales Representative, you will support customers helping them understand their options, complete applications and receive the right level of service throughout their journey.
A day in the life of a Financial Sales Representative:
Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email
Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system
Identify opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services
Provide timely, accurate and professional support to customers responding to a variety of inquiries
Comply with outlined policies and procedures, including privacy protection and AML requirements, when servicing customers and performing account maintenance
Collaborate with Sales leadership to support business unit priorities and continuous improvement
Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets and performance expectations
What we are looking for:
Sales experience over the phone in a contact center environment is considered an asset
Working knowledge of loans and financial service products is desirable
Strong communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to clearly explain information and confidently position products and services

A day in the life of a Team Manager, Collections:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Collectors, fostering a high‑performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
Oversee and validate accurate timekeeping for the team.

Handle and de‑escalate complex customer complaints while maintaining a positive and professional company image.

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing second-and third-level support for business-critical applications and managing the triage process across internal teams and external service providers. You’ll also play a key role in core IT service management functions, including Major Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Request Management. Reporting into the Manager of IT Service Delivery, you will work alongside them to implement a Configuration Management Database.
What will you be doing?
Build and manage a Device42 CMDB with accurate discovery, data governance, and ITSM integration.
Take ownership of major incidents by coordinating resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders, and conducting post-incident reviews.
Issue major incident management notices and collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional groups to restore services.
Review and approve internal change requests; participate in and occasionally host weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings; report scheduled changes to senior leadership.
Provide reporting on service breaches and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Proactively monitor business-critical applications and recommend improvements to IT service delivery processes and procedures.
Deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and post-mortem reports to business stakeholders.
Support daily operations across all ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Asset, and Configuration Management.
Drive the implementation of service improvement plans by providing guidance, content, and collaboration with resolution groups and service providers.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to gather requirements for new or modified services.
Participate in internal and external service review meetings, including those with external service providers.
Identify, recommend, and contribute to the implementation of service improvements related to ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) operations.
On-Call Support:
The IT Service Management team participates in on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities include attending Major Incident Management bridge calls during severity-level incidents, requesting regular updates from technical teams involved, and communicating those updates to business stakeholders.
The on-call team member is responsible for managing and driving the severity incident through to resolution, under the guidance of the Major Incident Management team.
What experience do you have?
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience on an IT service desk and 3–5+ years in an IT Service Management role.
Proven ability to lead, make decisions, solve problems, and operate effectively in high‑pressure environments.
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to execute against competing demands.
Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate critical issue status verbally and in writing to leadership.
Demonstrates flexibility and agility when transitioning between responsibilities.
Capable of producing clear, concise business documentation.
Solid understanding of Incident, Service Request, Problem, and Change Management processes.
Experience with CMDB population and management (compliance, accuracy, completeness), including CI naming conventions and standards; experience with Device42 or comparable enterprise CMDB platforms is an asset.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:
Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

A day in the life of a Collections Specialist:
Make a large volume of outbound calls using the NICE telephony system
Leverage data within Salesforce to verify client account information
Update accounts using Wealthview to ensure updates are communicated across the business
Handle difficult conversations related to client accounts and help them work towards their goal of building their credit
Quickly understand customer situations, showing empathy while working towards curing balances and outstanding accounts

We’re looking for a seasoned, forward‑thinking Director, Credit Risk Management & Loss Forecasting to help shape goeasy’s credit risk strategy across our consumer lending portfolios. This role plays a critical part in portfolio management decisions and planning — while leading the organization’s Loss Forecasting & Credit Risk Monitoring Centre of Excellence (COE) in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will lead a team responsible for credit risk analytics, credit loss forecasting, stress testing, portfolio monitoring, and enterprise‑wide risk insights. You will work closely with Risk, Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Collections, and Data teams to ensure a unified, consistent, and well‑governed approach to credit risk and loss forecasting across all business units.
What will you be doing?
Own and govern the credit loss forecasting methodology for the entire organization, ensuring a unified, consistent approach across business units.
Lead the development, oversight, and continuous enhancement of loss forecasting models, scenario analysis, and stress testing.
Drive R&D initiatives related to loss forecast modeling, exploring advanced methodologies and analytics to improve accuracy and insight.
Provide consulting and oversight on analytics and model design, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk strategy and financial planning.
Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, using loss and risk insights to shape overarching credit risk strategy and risk appetite.
Monitor the credit risk health of the entire organization, identifying emerging risks, trends, and loss drivers through ongoing portfolio surveillance and deep dives.
Develop and maintain a unified customer risk view and relevant external metrics to support enterprise‑level decision making.
Create support materials and deliver training for Business Unit teams, reinforcing consistent application of COE standards and methodologies.
Lead the compilation and delivery of enterprise loss forecasts based on the unified COE framework, with Business Units supplying data, reporting, and context.
Support multiple engagement levels, ranging from advisory oversight to hands‑on end‑to‑end execution, depending on business needs.
Provide consulting oversight of credit risk monitoring frameworks, investigations, and targeted analytical deep dives.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional designations are an asset.
7+ years of progressive experience in credit risk management, portfolio analytics, loss forecasting, or related disciplines within financial services or consumer lending.
Deep expertise in credit loss modeling, forecasting, stress testing, and portfolio analytics, ideally within non‑prime or near‑prime environments.
Proven experience leading enterprise‑level loss forecasting frameworks or COE‑style models across multiple business units.
Strong partnership experience with Finance, FP&A, and senior leadership on forecasting and strategic decision‑making.
Experience operating in a regulated environment, with exposure to audit, governance, and risk oversight forums.
Demonstrated people leadership experience, including building, mentoring, and leading analytical teams.
Strong technical acumen and comfort working closely with data and modeling teams (experience with SQL, analytics tools, or modeling platforms is an asset).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex risk concepts into clear insights for executive audiences.
