Monitor and adjust compensation programs to maintain continuous alignment with company goals, compensation philosophy, and growth targets.
Stay ahead of regulatory requirements by monitoring changes, performing detailed analyses, and ensuring all compensation programs remain compliant.
Ensure that base pay and incentive (short and long‑term) programs are both internally equitable and externally competitive.
Partner with senior leaders across the organization to provide analytical insights and administrative oversight for incentive compensation programs.
Participate in senior management and HR business partner discussions related to organizational design changes and compensation program enhancements.
Lead and project manage key initiatives that support the design and delivery of compensation programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with benefits and compensation vendors, consultants, third‑party administrators, brokers, and advisors to ensure goeasy continues to offer high‑quality, competitive programs.
Ensure total rewards programs are effectively communicated to employees and positioned as a competitive advantage that supports talent acquisition, engagement, and retention.
What experience do you have?

Hands‑on expertise in equity compensation, including administering plans and providing guidance to leaders to ensure programs are managed effectively.
Experience working in a publicly traded, retail, and/or financial services organization.
