We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

We are looking for a tech savvy HR Systems Analyst to join our team that will manage and support our suite of systems within HR. This role will be responsible for leveraging our systems to create opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced user experience. The HR Systems Analyst possesses experience working with HRIS platforms, supporting HR functions, and has a strong understanding of HR process. They will also support building and managing HR analytics to identify insights and trends.
What will you be doing?
Systems Management
Support new module setups and test releases for the HRIS Platform (UKG Pro).
Manage data flow, conduct system audits, and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with HR teams and vendors on upgrades, review release notes, and assist in testing and documentation updates.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Identify test scenarios, propose scripts, and execute testing for technology projects.
Maintain system configuration, including business rules and workflows.
Monitor support requests related to HR systems and analytics.
Assist in cross-functional projects to address system-related issues.
Create dashboards, integrations, and automations to improve processes and analytics.

What experience do you have?
A background in HR analytics, business analytics, or data analytics (1-3 years of experience in the field is an asset).

Experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro and Cognos Business Intelligence is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data governance in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Technology Analyst to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to understand platform needs, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for external platform partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors regarding platform functionality, performance, and change requests.

What you will do as a Loan Servicing Specialist:
Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Core Lending Platform team. This role plays a key part in designing scalable solutions, supporting development efforts, and ensuring system changes meet business, quality, and architectural standards. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with hands-on experience in financial systems, strong database and programming knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
What will you be doing?
Design system interfaces and solutions across loan management systems (LMS).
Conduct code and design reviews to identify bugs and improve code quality.
Provide design and system analysis for application development, data migrations, and new functionality.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts.
Work with onshore and offshore development teams to implement projects.
Ensure compliance with design and corporate development standards.
Partner with software architects and developers to resolve technical issues.
Review test protocols and support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
Propose creative and scalable technology solutions.

Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for business applications, including after-hours on-call support.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and proficiency in SQL / PLSQL.
Solid understanding of SDLC and experience in application development (preferred).
Experience troubleshooting within applications and resolving technical issues.

Role Overview:
The Vice President, easyhome Operations, will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for the transformation of the easyhome business. As an established yet evolving Canadian brand, easyhome is entering a new chapter — one focused on operational excellence, scalability, and innovation. This role combines hands-on retail operations expertise with a future-facing mandate to drive organizational transformation, enhanced data insights, and operational efficiency across the easyhome network.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Transformation

A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative:
Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
What we are looking for:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone.
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments.
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
