Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base

Strategic Vision & Execution:
Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:
Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:
Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Technology Analyst to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. Day in the life of a Billing Administration Associate:
Manage account restructures: data entry, prepare addendums, confirm revised loan terms.
Annotate accounts to facilitate debt sales and improve recovery efforts.
Handle insurance claims: file tagging, liaising with insurers, and customer updates.
Address customer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate info, resolve concerns promptly.
Issue administrative/financial documents: balance letters, release letters, contracts, payment schedules.
Maintain organized records of interactions, activities, complaints, and correspondence.
Review account files for compliance, flag discrepancies, initiate corrections.
Prepare Ministry of Transport (MTO) documentation: contracts, bill of sales, Power of Attorney (POA), PPSA documents.
Obtain e-signatures, upload finalized documents to accounts.
Distribute billing documents: balance letters, transaction histories, payment schedules, contracts.
Ensure protocol compliance through file reviews and follow-ups.

A day in the life of a Bilingual Loan Processor Specialist - Secured:
Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor.
Provide rationale to branch managers regarding the loan review process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs, and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process.
Verify customers requested loan amount is within qualified loan amount.
Confirms property meets Go Easy’s guidelines.

Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
Manages/action requests for title search on property.
Manages/action requests for property value confirmation.
Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review.
Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our high-volume recruitment team! You will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet the company’s fast-paced and growing hiring needs. This position requires the ability to efficiently handle numerous requisitions simultaneously, delivering a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. What will you be doing?

Proactively source top talent nationwide, handling an average of 20-30 requisitions simultaneously to meet the organization's dynamic hiring needs.
Play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's financial performance by infusing top-tier talent, contributing to a competitive edge and sustainable growth.
Deliver recruitment consultation and coaching to line management.
Review staffing requirements for assigned portfolios and recommend hiring strategies based on company targets.
Actively build relationships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and community outreach platforms as a means of sourcing candidates.

What experience do you have?
Have 2-3 years of experience in a recruitment role, managing multiple requisitions and clients, with exposure to both corporate and agency environments.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experienced in developing strategies for new roles, which is crucial for a growing organization where new roles frequently arise.
Demonstrated a strong track record in high-volume recruitment, managing multiple portfolios effectively.
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines.
Solid experience with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
Bilingual in French and English, which is highly preferred.
