We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Business Technology Analyst to support the management of our core platforms. In this role, you will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partner organizations responsible for platform delivery and maintenance. You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and communicating technical requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational standards.
What will you be doing?
Collaborate with internal business and technology teams to understand platform needs, pain points, and enhancement opportunities.
Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for external platform partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors regarding platform functionality, performance, and change requests.
Monitor platform performance metrics and operational KPIs, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.

What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a business analyst or platform operations role.
Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, cloud-based systems) and their operational lifecycle.
Knowledge of Constellation Financial Software’s Asset and Edge platforms is a plus.
Experience working with external vendors or managed service providers.
Proficiency in documenting technical requirements, workflows, and integration points.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with platform monitoring tools and performance dashboards.
Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or ITIL is a plus.
Experience working in a regulated finance environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Creative thinker with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager, Customer Support, to oversee high-performing Customer Support Representatives of our Direct-to-Consumer team. This role blends traditional customer support leadership with a sales component, focusing on closing warm leads and driving customer engagement through both inbound and outbound calls.
Day in the life of a Team Manager, Customer Support:
Recruit, onboard, and train Customer Support Representatives to deliver exceptional service and sales support.

We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Core Lending Platform team. This role plays a key part in designing scalable solutions, supporting development efforts, and ensuring system changes meet business, quality, and architectural standards. Role Overview:
The Vice President, easyhome Operations, will be a pivotal leadership role responsible for the transformation of the easyhome business. As an established yet evolving Canadian brand, easyhome is entering a new chapter — one focused on operational excellence, scalability, and innovation. This role combines hands-on retail operations expertise with a future-facing mandate to drive organizational transformation, enhanced data insights, and operational efficiency across the easyhome network.
This leader will serve as a key enabler for our Divisional Vice Presidents (DVPs), freeing these leaders to focus on sales by taking ownership of operational initiatives, performance insights, and cross-functional execution. Core functional areas of oversight include: Retail Operations, Merchandising, Analytics and Insights, Real Estate & Facilities
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership & Transformation
Lead the operational strategy for easyhome, ensuring excellence across store operations and alignment with business growth goals.
Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that optimize processes and integrate automation for current and future expansion.
Partner with DVPs to support store-level execution, relieving them of project burden and enabling focus on sales performance.
Data & Performance Management
Build robust analytics capabilities that generate actionable insights across core and emerging business lines.
Manage the Audit & Inspection function to ensure regular field visits and compliance with operational standards.
Advocate for system enhancements to improve data flow and insight generation, operating effectively within current system limitations.
New Business & Product Development
Lead the evaluation, incubation, and operationalization of new business initiatives, including affiliate verticals such as telco and value-added services.
Develop models for new product deployment and performance tracking across the network.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management
Serve as a key liaison between easyhome operations and enterprise functions such as Marketing, IT, Finance, and Real Estate.
Collaborate with Marketing to align brand execution, local store marketing, and campaign deployment.
Optimize purchasing practices to drive cost efficiencies and leverage buying power, while developing strategic vendor relationships aligned with business goals.
Real Estate, Facilities & Organizational Efficiency
Provide strategic input into real estate planning, including site selection, lease strategy, store maintenance, and construction priorities.
Establish streamlined processes for managing ongoing maintenance requests and operational tickets.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in organizational structure, roles, and workflows to enhance productivity and clarity.
Key Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in retail operations or consumer-focused business environments, with at least 5 years in a senior management or executive role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Proven expertise in driving operational transformation, process optimization, and implementing scalable frameworks that align with business growth objectives.
Strong background in data analysis and performance management, with the ability to leverage insights to drive operational efficiency and business performance.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with departments such as Marketing, IT, Finance, and Real Estate to align strategies and drive execution.
Extensive vendor management experience, optimizing purchasing practices to drive cost efficiencies and build strategic vendor relationships.
Track record of successfully managing real estate and facilities operations, including site selection, lease strategy, and maintenance.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the COO at LendCare, we are seeking a Vice President, Central Operations to lead the transformation of our point-of-sale financing business. Overseeing a large, multi-functional team (~200 FTE), this role is responsible for driving operational excellence, process re-engineering, and automation across core functions. The VP will set strategy, optimize workflows, strengthen compliance, and deliver scalable, efficient, and frictionless partner experiences.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in operations leadership within financial services or fintech, a track record of delivering process and productivity improvements at scale, and strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement. What You Bring:
10+ years of senior operations leadership in financial services, fintech, or scaled B2B2C.
Proven experience leading 100–300+ person multi-function teams, with a key focus on developing the next generation of talent.
Strong expertise in process engineering, Lean/Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
Track record of delivering automation, SLA improvements, and productivity gains at scale.
Command of LOS/CRM, telephony/WFM, QA, and BI tools.
Solid understanding of Canadian regulatory frameworks (AML/ATF/KYC, PCI, consumer protection).
Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certification preferred; MBA or graduate degree an asset.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Divisional Vice-President (DVP) to lead and own continued and sustainable profitable growth of Division 1 retail financial services portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, easyfinancial Retail, the DVP will provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of 8 Regional Managers and approximately 73 branch locations across British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will work out of our Corporate Mississauga office 2 days per week to maximize on strategic relationship building & partnerships required to propel forward progress within the retail network. The DVP will create and maintain an environment of peak performance, excellent sales and customer service, strong collections execution; and be accountable for the P&L of their respective Division including all revenue and costs, and for achieving financial goals and targets. They will be tasked to ensure consistent process execution across all retail locations, and for coaching, training, and mentoring within the Division – and to bring best practices back to leadership centrally. This individual will have an exceptional grasp of the consumer finance & retail landscape in Canada including environmental/geographic drivers and will possess a good understanding of domestic and global retail trends.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Lead and communicate a shared vision for Division 1, building morale and clarity across all branch teams, with regular in-person engagement at Mississauga HQ to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Influence and persuade regional managers and branch teams to adopt best practices, drive change initiatives, and achieve divisional goals through effective communication and relationship-building.
Drive results by motivating teams to exceed sales, collections, and profitability targets, establishing clear accountabilities, and monitoring progress across all western branches.
Take full accountability for divisional performance, including financial outcomes, compliance, and operational excellence, proactively resolving issues and driving continuous improvement.
Coach and develop others by dedicating quality time to mentoring regional managers and branch leaders, supporting their growth, and managing succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.
Apply strategic thinking to navigate complex market dynamics, develop long-term growth strategies for western Canada, and ensure divisional plans align with corporate objectives.
Plan and set priorities by identifying key operational actions, leveraging planning systems, and maximizing internal resources to optimize efficiency and achieve divisional goals.
Manage strategic talent by attracting, hiring, engaging, and developing top performers, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to build a high-performing team.
Make deliberative decisions by gathering and evaluating relevant information, balancing risk and opportunity, and making informed choices that support divisional success.
Ensure compliance by setting and communicating clear standards for legal, legislative, and operational requirements, and holding teams accountable for adherence to company policies and protocols.
Foster a culture of inclusion and respect, promoting employee engagement, retention, and a workplace where every team member can do their best work.
Qualifications:
A strong retail background that includes aggressive and targeted portfolio and outlet growth.
A minimum of 5-10 years of proven success in a multi-location retail management role, with a strong operational and systems background – a key differentiator to early success would be someone who develops a systematic approach to review KPIs and target areas of concern within their division.
Experience/depth in alternative financial services.
Demonstrated strategic leadership with ability to develop comprehensive retail/financial service growth strategies.
Proven ability to build, inspire, lead, motivate and sustain high performing teams.
Displays effectiveness as a multi-unit operations leader by achieving through others and holding team members accountable.
Self-starter with strong leadership skills and a desire to lead by example.
Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
