As an Financial Sales Representative you will:
Manage outbound follow-up to new and existing applicants via telephone and email
Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system
Capitalize on phone-based revenue generation opportunities cross-selling opportunities with particular attention on business retention and revenue generation
Ensure optimum servicing to our existing applicant base by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries on complex multiple inquiries
Comply with outlined policies and procedures (i.e., privacy protection, AML) when servicing clients and performing account maintenance;

What you need to work with us:
A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience is required with telesales experience preferred

Reporting to the Manager, Accounts Payable, the Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for generating all outbound payments and supporting various internal financial processes. You'll collaborate closely with teams across the company and within our Corporate office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in every task.
What will you be doing?
Coding and inputting a high volume of vendor invoices and credits accurately and efficiently into Microsoft D365.
Reviewing invoices for discrepancies and resolving payment issues for internal and external customers.
Processing cheque requisitions.
Preparing, reconciling, and reviewing vendor statements monthly.
Preparing invoice journal entries.
Handling escalated vendor issues related to invoicing and payment disputes, ensuring positive resolutions.
Working with vendors and external auditors, as needed.
Managing and monitoring the AP inbox.
Assisting in month-end close duties.
Managing vendor-specific invoicing requirements and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions as per Bill 198 requirements.
Maintaining job aids and other user training materials.
Matching invoices with purchase orders.
Completing other ad-hoc accounting tasks or projects as assigned.
What experience do you have?
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and expense management in a similar role.
Familiarity with standard accounting concepts, best practices, and procedures.
Ability to reconcile system and vendor accounts.
Intermediate to advanced skill level with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with a large ERP, specifically Microsoft D365.

As our Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage bi-weekly payroll for corporate groups, guide junior staff, and oversee the UKG Pro payroll system and timekeeping activities. You’ll resolve payroll inquiries, maintain high customer service standards, prepare reports, conduct audits, and support the Payroll Manager. Ensuring compliance with policies and legislation, you’ll keep the team informed of updates. You’ll build interdepartmental relationships, prepare payroll reports, support month-end/year-end processes, lead projects, and manage system optimization, including training and troubleshooting.
What will you be doing?
General Payroll Administration:
Process bi-weekly payroll for corporate groups, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Guide and support junior payroll staff, ensuring adherence to processes.
Manage the UKG Pro payroll system and oversee timekeeping activities within the WFM system.
Address and resolve payroll inquiries efficiently through the payroll ticketing system, maintaining high customer service standards.
Communicate promptly with employees regarding payroll issues or discrepancies.
Prepare and maintain reports, queries, and conduct audits to ensure data integrity.
Support the Payroll Manager with team responsibilities as needed.
Compliance and Record-Keeping:
Understand goeasy procedures, payroll processes, and HR policies, sharing relevant information with the team.
Ensure payroll procedures and policies are documented accurately and available for team members.

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant (CEO) to support our Chief Executive Officer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is eager to take on a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the executives' day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while providing critical support to our CEO. In addition to key administrative tasks like calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation, you will gain exposure to strategic decision-making and work on high-impact projects.
What will you be doing?
Manage high-volume meetings and calendar scheduling for the CEO, ensuring all appointments, events, and conference calls are well-coordinated.
Coordinate all logistics for meetings, including booking rooms, ordering catering, and preparing any required materials.
Handle all travel arrangements for the CEO, including preparing detailed schedules and distributing itineraries. Manage last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism.
Prepare draft reports, research, and background information to ensure executives have all necessary context for meetings and key decisions.
Distribute meeting agendas, prepare executives for CEO meetings, and take meeting minutes/action items as needed. Follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Manage the flow of information and emails from both internal and external sources, ensuring timely responses and organization.
Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing sensitive information, internal communications, and high-level meetings.
Support the execution of team and company-wide events, collaborating with other departments to bring our cultural and social initiatives to life.
Assist with preparing materials for Board & Board Committee meetings, including uploading documents to secured platforms for key stakeholders.
Ensure effective communication within the executive team, keeping everyone informed on project progress, deadlines, and relevant updates.
Provide strategic administrative support, proactively identifying potential areas for executives’ efficiency improvement.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and other senior leaders, managing communication and ensuring alignment on priorities.
Monitor CEO's schedules for potential conflicts and provide thoughtful recommendations for time management and prioritization.
What experience do you have?
3-5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives or leadership, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
Undergraduate degree or diploma preferred.
High-energy and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and support our Executives effectively.
Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management skills, and the ability to multitask with grace and professionalism.
Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing demands.
Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable, able to pivot quickly and handle last-minute changes.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to adapt to new technology and systems as required.
Ability to apply discretion and make sound decisions within defined parameters, ensuring the Executives's time and resources are used most efficiently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with various internal teams and external partners.
Experience managing confidential information and exercising discretion in all matters.
Tech-savvy, with an ability to manage systems and applications that improve workflow efficiency.
This role requires on-site attendance at our Mississauga office and occasional travel as needed to support ongoing business initiatives.

What will you be doing?
High volume meeting and calendar management across multiple stakeholder groups to coordinate all appointments, meetings, events and conference calls.

What experience do you have?
2-4 years of experience in a high-demand Administrative position; 1-2 years' experience directly supporting executives/senior leadership.
