We are looking for our next Human Resources (HR) Coordinator to join goeasy! You will complete the onboarding of all employees into the HR/payroll systems; and providing support to employees and managers during the employment lifecycle.  You’ll be responsible for responding to employee inquiries and assist all company employees through the entire employee lifecycle at goeasy. 
What will you be doing?

Working as part of the Payroll team and maintaining positive employee relations by facilitating open communication with all employees through the onboarding and employment processes.

Prepare job offer letters.
Preparing HR documentation as required including but not limited to job verification letters.
Supporting benefits administration by coordinating employee enrollments and changes with Sun Life and ensuring accurate setup with the third-party benefits provider.
Processing new hire paperwork, change, and termination requests.
Actively participates in updating and documenting processes and procedures.
Providing HR support including (but not limited to) employee programs, project assistance, maintenance/tracking of HR data and metrics, annual performance appraisal process, etc.
Helping manage our service award program as well as our employee referral program.

What experience do you have?

As the Manager, IT Service Delivery, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional IT experiences for our end users. You will lead the optimization of ITIL processes, manage our IT Service Management platform (Freshservice), and advance our Configuration Management Database (Device42) capabilities. We are looking for a tech savvy HR Systems Analyst to join our team that will manage and support our suite of systems within HR. This role will be responsible for leveraging our systems to create opportunities for automation, process improvement, and enhanced user experience. The HR Systems Analyst possesses experience working with HRIS platforms, supporting HR functions, and has a strong understanding of HR process. They will also support building and managing HR analytics to identify insights and trends. 
What will you be doing?
Systems Management

Support new module setups and test releases for the HRIS Platform (UKG Pro).
Manage data flow, conduct system audits, and ensure data integrity.
Develop and maintain technical documentation.
Collaborate with HR teams and vendors on upgrades, review release notes, and assist in testing and documentation updates.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide resolutions.
Identify test scenarios, propose scripts, and execute testing for technology projects.
Maintain system configuration, including business rules and workflows.
Monitor support requests related to HR systems and analytics.
Assist in cross-functional projects to address system-related issues.
Create dashboards, integrations, and automations to improve processes and analytics.
Data Collection

Partner with teams to collect data points for analysis.
Implement new data collection methods and maintain regular data collection processes.
Generate and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
Exploratory Analytics & Reporting

Collaborate with HR leaders to gather insights and context for data trends.
Generate and support various reports and queries using appropriate tools.
Build, maintain, and audit custom reports.
Pilot Program Support

Provide analytics expertise for HR pilot programs.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and conduct training.

What experience do you have?

A background in HR analytics, business analytics, or data analytics (1-3 years of experience in the field is an asset).
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems and writing reports using reporting tools.
Experience with UltiPro/UKG Pro and Cognos Business Intelligence is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure data governance in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Collection Analytics & Strategy (Credit Risk), who is passionate about joining a winning team and growing their career! Your role is part of a collaborative risk and analytics team and you will work in partnership with executives and management who lead the different areas of our business that support our continued growth, with dedicated support to LendCare Collection Department.
What will you be doing?
Data Mining, Modeling, and Analysis

Identify, evaluate, and review the collections portfolio to uncover opportunities for developing a risk-based segmentation strategy that optimizes collection activities.
Assess and monitor credit risk trends, ensuring adherence to authorized risk tolerance parameters, and provide insights to support senior management decision-making.
Apply deep analytical expertise to diagnose, document, and report drivers of unexpected changes in portfolio/origination composition and credit performance. Communicate findings, forecast potential impacts on losses, and present recommendations to senior management.
Analyze and recommend improvements to collections decisions, underwriting strategies, and existing reports, processes, and procedures.
Contribute to building a robust data infrastructure for model development and analytics. Deliver meaningful analysis that drives collection strategy optimization, including customer risk segmentation to improve the portfolio’s risk-reward profile. Use financial services knowledge to understand profitability and performance drivers and design programs that optimize net financial contribution.
Forecasting and Reporting

Build and maintain a standard set of risk and performance reports to evaluate overall credit risk, with a focus on collections.
Monitor and maintain comprehensive reports to identify delinquency and charge-off trends at vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models and communicate risks and opportunities to senior management.
Conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of external factors, policy changes, and operational adjustments on delinquency and charge-off levels.
What experience do you have?

4–6 years of progressive experience in retail and/or financial services credit risk management and analytics, supported by a degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related discipline (advanced degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of credit risk and portfolio management principles, with practical experience in data mining, statistical modeling, and risk segmentation.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems, detect trends, and translate data into actionable solutions, supported by excellent communication skills.
Experience leading a team of analysts, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and drive collaboration.
Hands-on expertise in credit risk decisioning, underwriting strategies, and policy implementation, using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced technical knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques in a retail credit risk environment.
Proficiency in data extraction and modeling tools, including SAS and SQL.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple demands, and deliver results under tight timelines.
