Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints received via inbound phone calls or emails, ensuring a timely response and resolution.
Aim for first-call resolution to enhance the overall customer experience.
Develop skills to accurately identify customer needs or preferences and recommend suitable products or services.
Execute account modifications and handle requests related to payments, credits, and other account inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments by providing insightful feedback to enhance sales, marketing, and business processes.
Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products to confidently address and answer any customer inquiries.
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in a call center environment
Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity
Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced environment and to work independently
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create memorable customer experiences.
Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our paralegal operations for our LendCare subsidiary. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing department performance, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. The successful candidate will drive legal collection initiatives and support team members in achieving and exceeding targets.
*This is a contract position for at least 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Management
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Identify and address training needs; provide ongoing support to team members.
Legal Collections and Initiatives
Lead initiatives to encourage legal collections and generate new ideas to increase recoveries
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly legal collection targets.
Prepare for and attend court appearances as required.
Support team members in preparing pleadings and drafting court documents.
Manage legal settlements.
Oversee monthly legal collections and commission calculations.
Department Coordination
Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure consistency.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.
Performance Monitoring
Monitor and report on department and team performance to the Director, Legal.
Provide constructive feedback to team members and assist with task overflow.
Manage departmental workflow to ensure all deadlines are met.
Compliance and Legal Research
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and current legislation.
Conduct and complete legal research as needed.
Reporting and Documentation
Create and maintain comprehensive departmental reports.
Requirements:
Paralegal Diploma or Certificate
Licensed with the Law Society of Ontario, accreditation in good standing
Management and Legal experience
2-3 years of Small Claims Court experience
Highly confident in the Rules of the Small Claims Court
Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to company systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for court appearances (mileage reimbursed)
Must have / will be willing to get professional liability insurance

We are looking to grow our team of Financial Sales Representatives for our Lendcare subsidiary. Reporting to the Manager, LendCare Loans, this is a business-to-consumer role to assist LendCare customers with personalized loan solutions while enhancing their credit. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and fostering customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs.
Drive Sales and Retention: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and maintain sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
Requirements:
1 year experience working in an outbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
Financial services background is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office

We are in search of for a target-driven Area Sales Representative for our Lendcare subsidiary. The sales representative will be responsible for achieving targeted area volume goals through a disciplined sales approach and by providing outstanding levels of service to LendCare's Powersports partners.
Responsibilities:
Strategically drive sales volumes within your designated territory by employing a methodical sales approach and delivering exceptional service to LendCare's Powersports partners.
Proactively engage with both active and inactive clients to integrate them into LendCare's partnership programs, reigniting and strengthening business ties.
Maintain frequent outbound communication with dealer partners to assist in the seamless processing of loan documents, resolution of credit stipulations, and management of document requirements, all in pursuit of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Spearhead market expansion within your assigned dealer network by effectively managing loan application volumes, ensuring diligent follow-up with partners, and keeping dealer or contact information meticulously up to date.
Articulate our competitive edge clearly and confidently to ensure our products are positioned optimally within dealerships, enhancing brand presence and market penetration.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in inside sales, with a solid history of achieving sales benchmarks.
Experience in Powersports/automotive finance and insurance will be highly regarded.
A self-starter with an unwavering motivation to meet and exceed goals.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbally.
Bilingual in French and English is a plus but not required.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-evolving work setting.
A professional demeanor combined with a friendly and clear telephone presence.
Must be available to work full-time at our Pickering, ON office.
