A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.

The Manager, Platform Technology is a delivery-focused and technically fluent leader, responsible for managing vendor development priorities and ensuring the stability and integration of LendCare platforms. This role plays a critical part in coordinating platform enhancements, overseeing support operations, and enabling seamless integration across systems. The Manager works closely with external partners and internal teams to ensure platform capabilities evolve in alignment with business needs. Success in this role requires strong vendor management, technical coordination, and a proactive approach to platform support and optimization.
What will you be doing?
Development Prioritization – Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
Platform Roadmap Support – Support roadmap updates and ongoing maintenance to ensure technology implementations align with business strategies and needs.
Vendor Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact for development and QA partners, ensuring accountability, performance, and timely delivery.
Platform Support Oversight – Lead the day-to-day support of enterprise platforms, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and root causes are addressed.
Integration Management – Oversee the planning and execution of platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.

What experience do you have?
Education – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an asset.

Experience – Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in platform support, software delivery, or technical vendor management within an enterprise environment.
Vendor Management – Demonstrated experience managing third-party development and support partners, including performance tracking and escalation handling.
Platform Operations – Strong understanding of enterprise platform operations, including incident management, release coordination, and integration support.

Reporting to the Director, Centralized Administration, the Team Manager, Billing Administration is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the billing administration team. This includes managing timecards, handling specific requests, monitoring team attendance, and ensuring the smooth operation of billing processes. The role also involves communicating updates and changes to the team and managing various reports and audits.
Day in the life of a Team Manager, Billing Administration:
Oversee daily operations, including reviewing timecards, approving overtime, and responding to emails.
Ensure that all restructure requests are compliant to the policies and eligibility criteria
Complete audits and reconciliation on a daily and weekly basis.
Forward specialized requests (e.g., Equifax disputes, TransUnion updates) to designated channels
Manage the re-opening of loans disposed of in error and ensure ADM (Addendum) reports are received.
Monitor and review ticketing queues, assigning files accordingly.
Distribute restructure tickets and payout package requests efficiently
Monitor and review escalated requests requiring managerial oversight, ensuring timely assignment and resolution within the Billing Administration ticket portal on a daily basis.
Communicate updates on policies, procedures, and projects via email and maintain active communication in the Billing Admin Chat.
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in a managerial role within Billing Administration or a related field.
Familiarity with Asset and Edge systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

We’re looking for a Senior Analyst, Marketing Data & Analytics to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data, is deeply curious, and is passionate about driving performance through actionable insights. In this position, you’ll play a key role in support Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MCP) personalization initiatives and optimizing affiliate marketing performance, while contributing to the broader measurement and analytics strategy for goeasy’s digital marketing efforts.

What experience do you have?

As our next Data Architect, you will be part of our Data Strategy and Engineering team to architect large scale data driven engagements and provide direction as the subject matter expert in Azure, AWS and SQL Server Data architecture. About the Role
The Vice President, Government Relations & Public Affairs plays a crucial role in developing, shaping and executing goeasy’s government relations and public affairs strategy.
This highly visible role will build and manage complex relationships with key government, media, and industry stakeholders. By monitoring relevant government policies, legislation and regulations, you will raise goeasy’s visibility among key decision-makers and help advance proactive strategies that support our business objectives — particularly those impacting consumer lending, financial services, and fintech innovation.
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, this individual will lead a comprehensive policy, public affairs, and stakeholder relations program that strengthens goeasy’s reputation and influence among key external audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Government Relations Strategy & Policy Development
Develop and implement a strategic approach to government relations that balances goeasy’s business requirements with the intricacies of all levels of applicable government.
Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across all jurisdictions and prepare policy briefs, position papers, and testimony for hearings and consultations.
Advise on complex legal matters and tailor recommendations to meet business goals as outlined by the Executive Leadership Team and applicable to a publicly traded company (TSX: GSY).
Collaborate with the Chief Legal Officer to implement the government relations strategy and advance organizational and brand objectives.
Oversee regulatory affairs activity across relevant jurisdictions, consulting with internal stakeholders, tracking developments, and coordinating timely responses to emerging requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
Lead engagement with federal, provincial, and municipal government officials, regulators, and industry associations to raise awareness, influence policy, and position goeasy as a trusted leader in the alternative lending space.
Represent goeasy in meetings with senior government officials, key stakeholders, and third-party influencers.
Manage relationships with government relations agencies, ensuring timely and appropriate completion of assigned work.Ensure compliance with lobbying and political activity regulations.
Public Affairs & Communications
Lead strategic communications related to public policy, regulatory issues, and corporate reputation, working closely with internal and external communications teams.
Develop engaging materials for government and stakeholder engagement, including presentations, briefing notes, speeches, consultation responses, and other communication collateral.
Oversee development of public messaging, press releases, op-eds, and social media content related to policy and advocacy.
Partner with the communications team to manage proactive media outreach and issues management, ensuring clear and timely messaging to all stakeholders.
Legal & Regulatory Advisory
Provide legal direction and oversight on key corporate transactions, regulatory matters, and legal proceedings, including management of external counsel and contract review.
Advise and provide legal direction relating to regulatory and governance requirements for mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and sponsorship initiatives.
Support enterprise risk management and ensure the Chief Legal Officer is apprised of material issues or emerging risks.
Qualifications
10+ years of related experience, either in a legal, public sector, or corporate government relations capacity.
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario (or other provincial equivalent), with demonstrated expertise in all relevant areas of law.
Post-secondary education in a field such as law, government relations, or similar.
Strong government and public relations acumen, including deep knowledge of various levels of government.
Proven experience developing and implementing government relations, public relations, and media relations plans.
Strong presence with superior relationship-building skills and success connecting with functional leaders, partners, and stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; French–English bilingualism is an asset.
High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Confident, proactive self-starter with strong initiative and ability to take plans from concept to execution.

About The Role:
Reporting to the Treasurer, the Director, Treasury Analytics will be responsible for treasury governance, balance sheet management, and financial risk management, including liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and currency risk across the enterprise. This is a brand-new role created to elevate our analytical capability and strengthen oversight as the organization continues to scale. Disciplined treasury management, robust liquidity planning, and effective financial risk oversight are critical to sustaining growth and delivering long-term value.
This role partners closely with senior leadership and plays a central role in shaping funding strategy, optimizing capital structure, and strengthening risk frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Treasury Analytics team, ensuring effective governance, financial risk oversight, and timely reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
Serve as an active member of Treasury Management Committees, with direct accountability for monthly reporting packages and recommendations related to liquidity, funding mix, interest rate positioning, and FX exposure.
Develop and enhance product-level risk management frameworks, including mismatch analysis, duration strategy, and stress testing of liquidity positions and balance sheets.
Support the design and execution of short- and long-term secured and unsecured funding programs, including warehouse facilities and high-yield bond issuances.
Oversee a prudent liquidity risk management program, including development and implementation of internal liquidity stress-testing that scales with the complexity of goeasy’s balance sheet.
Lead risk measurement practices related to mismatch positions, hedging strategies, interest rate risk, stress testing, and development of corrective action plans.
Develop treasury strategies to optimize product profitability and funding efficiency.
Apply advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate funding requirements, scenario outcomes, and risk exposures.
Ensure alignment with goeasy’s risk management framework, policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the Treasury Analytics team, fostering capability building and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
5–7+ years of progressive experience within a treasury function, ideally in financial services or a growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated experience in treasury operations, debt/equity issuance, and liquidity optimization.
Strong knowledge of financial markets, securitization structures, and funding programs.
Proven ability to synthesize complex financial concepts and present clear insights to senior stakeholders.
Experience leading teams and driving execution through others.
Demonstrated ability to balance growth objectives with strong financial discipline.
Advanced analytical capability, accuracy, and attention to detail.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
Strong understanding of budgeting processes within large or distributed organizations.

We’re seeking a dynamic Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our growing HR team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, you’ll play a critical role in advancing our people strategy and optimizing key talent programs that support our high-growth organization.

What experience do you have?

Fluently bilingual in French and English (written and verbal), with strong communication skills to support leaders and employees across regions.
Deep knowledge of Employment Standards, Human Rights, and Health & Safety legislation, with specialized expertise in Quebec’s CNESST requirements.
Proven experience supporting diverse client groups, including senior leadership consultation, employee relations, and performance management.
Analytical and data-driven, able to identify trends and translate workforce insights into actionable HR strategies.

A day in the life of an Entry-Level Loan Processor:
Review loan documents to ensure that they are complete, accurate, and within LendCare's policies and procedures.
Carefully review and assess potential borrower applications to determine their eligibility for a loan and identify potential fraudulent activities.
Verify documentation such as pay stubs, credit reports, financial statements, and other relevant documentation.
Follow up with merchants or customers to clarify important points for applications.
What we are looking for:
One year of experience in customer service, administration, or office roles, with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be computer-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to new software applications.
