We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual Employee Relations (HR) Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.

What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Employee Relations experience.
Fluent in English and French.

Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Director, Asset Recovery & Remarketing at our LendCare subsidiary! In this critical role, you will be responsible for optimizing the lifecycle of our asset portfolio, specifically focusing on the resale and disposition of returned or repossessed items. What will you be doing?
Develop and execute the remarketing strategy to maximize the profitability and efficiency of the asset recovery process, including the resale of repossessed, returned, or off-lease equipment.
Work closely with asset management teams to assess the value of returned and repossessed assets, ensuring they are sold at optimal prices through appropriate channels such as online marketplaces, auctions, or direct sales.
Lead the identification and development of the best channels for asset remarketing, exploring online platforms, wholesalers, retail channels, and direct consumer sales. You will innovate to expand remarketing avenues, including exploring sustainable and circular economy models.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, remarketing partners, and auction houses to ensure maximum recovery values. You will negotiate terms and ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of remarketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve KPIs and operational goals. You will foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Analyze market trends, asset recovery data, and sales performance to inform decision-making and improve strategies. Regular reporting on remarketing KPIs such as recovery rates, cycle times, cost per unit sold, and gross margin will be part of your responsibilities.
Establish and monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) for the remarketing function, ensuring that operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with LendCare's broader objectives.
Collaborate with customer service and collections teams to ensure a seamless process for customers who have returned or repossessed items, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction during the remarketing process.
Ensure all remarketing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Identifying and mitigating risks associated with asset remarketing will be essential to maintaining integrity and transparency.
What experience do you have?
5+ years of experience in financial services, collections, or automotive environment, strong preference for experience in asset remarketing or asset recovery.
Proven leadership in managing teams, driving performance, and executing operational strategies to meet revenue and recovery goals.
Strong knowledge of asset valuation and remarketing channels, including online marketplaces, wholesalers, auction houses, and direct sales to consumers.
Track record of success in vendor management and establishing profitable partnerships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, sales data, and asset values to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and financial reporting.
Experience in the financial services or automotive leasing industry is preferred but not mandatory.

The Manager, Credit Card Processes (Business Processes) will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of business processes that support the delivery and optimization of the credit card portfolio. Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice-President, Financial Accounting & Controllership is a key senior leadership role within the organization. This position requires a seasoned, hands-on executive capable of driving the company’s ambitious growth objectives while ensuring the integrity of its financial structures and controls. Responsibilities (not limited to):
Leadership of the Controllership Function: Provide visionary leadership to a high-performing team responsible for driving financial excellence across the organization. Oversee critical functions including Corporate Accounting, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Taxation, Audit Coordination, Disbursements, Asset & Inventory Management, Vendor & Expense Management, and related financial analysis.
Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance: Full responsibility for producing accurate and timely financial reports and regulatory submissions for the organization’s legal entities and business units. This includes Financial Statements, Management Discussion & Analysis, Annual Report & Information Form, and the Management Information Circular.

Qualifications:
10-12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with most recent scope at a senior leadership level (VP+).
Experience within a publicly-traded organization; relevant financial services experience is an asset.
Chartered Accountant (CPA/CA) with previous progressive experience in an accounting/audit firm.
Consolidation and reporting experience working in a parent company with multiple business units operating in multiple geographies.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in IFRS is required. Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.
Previous experience managing external financial audits is required.
Knowledge of Canadian Income and Indirect Taxation is required. Experience in International Tax is an asset.
Strong financial systems knowledge and experience is required.

Supporting our easyhome subsidiary, we are seeking a data-driven, strategic, innovative, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing initiatives, driving results through strategic planning and innovative activation of promotions. What will you be doing?
Develops and executes comprehensive marketing strategies for easyhome to support business growth, customer acquisition, and retention goals. This includes leading the development and execution of a robust event and promotional calendar, planning, implementing, and evaluating marketing and promotional campaigns that drive in-store traffic and sales.
Anticipates marketing and industry trends and customer needs to inform marketing campaigns and promotional efforts.
Collaborates with stakeholders across operations, purchasing, retail, and finance to align objectives with business priorities.
Ensures consistent and compelling messaging across all marketing channels, including in-store, digital, web, flyer, and lifecycle channels. Recommends, tests, and optimizes the channel mix to ensure full optimization of the budget towards data-backed results.
Works with the internal marketing team and cross-functional stakeholders on project management of sales events/campaigns, new product launches, or product updates, including managing cross-functional department requirements to execute effectively.
Owns the direct mail and printed flyer program for easyhome, including analytics, model optimization, creative testing, and exploration of new customer lead sources and opportunities.

What you will do:
Buildsuperior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Demonstratecompassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
Capitalizeon financial cross-sales and add-on products
Communicatethe terms and conditions of our financial products
Reviewand evaluate prospective loans through financial analysis and other risk assessments
Managecollections activities for all past due financial accounts
Secureall required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail
Who you are as the successful candidate:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction

You bring some experience in a customer-facing environment
