A day in the life of a Bilingual Customer Service Representative:
Efficiently manage and resolve customer complaints received via inbound phone calls or emails, ensuring a timely response and resolution.
Aim for first-call resolution to enhance the overall customer experience.
Develop skills to accurately identify customer needs or preferences and recommend suitable products or services.
Execute account modifications and handle requests related to payments, credits, and other account inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments by providing insightful feedback to enhance sales, marketing, and business processes.

The Director, Merchandising & Buying is a key leadership role at easyhome — responsible for shaping an outstanding product assortment, optimizing pricing and profitability, and driving the merchandising strategy that powers our growth. What will you be doing?
Exceed growth, margin, and category performance targets for the easyhome product portfolio.
Evaluate, define, and implement buying and merchandising strategies in partnership with the VP, easyhome Operations.
Build and evolve our product assortment through strong category management and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Develop price architecture, margin models, and profit forecasts to support sustainable growth.
Source merchandise in open markets, selecting products for easyhome’s corporate and franchise lease-to-own locations.
Identify new product and revenue opportunities that strengthen competitive positioning.
Monitor performance indicators—including sales per square foot, product mix, inventory levels, and profitability—and adjust strategies based on real-time insights.

Perform collection skip-tracing activities to locate customer contact information.
Utilize company provideded internal and external skip tools and the phone to locate customers and recover accounts.
Attempt verbal contact with our customer, references, landlords, workplace, and associates via phone.
Communicate with third parties for the purpose of obtaining customers’ location information.
Review and analyze credit applications and reports.
Proper handling of inbound/out bound skip calls.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.

Account Management & Collections

We’re looking for a seasoned, forward‑thinking Director, Credit Risk Management & Loss Forecasting to help shape goeasy’s credit risk strategy across our consumer lending portfolios. This role plays a critical part in portfolio management decisions and planning — while leading the organization’s Loss Forecasting & Credit Risk Monitoring Centre of Excellence (COE) in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.
As a trusted partner to senior leadership, you will lead a team responsible for credit risk analytics, credit loss forecasting, stress testing, portfolio monitoring, and enterprise‑wide risk insights. You will work closely with Risk, Finance, FP&A, Treasury, Collections, and Data teams to ensure a unified, consistent, and well‑governed approach to credit risk and loss forecasting across all business units.
What will you be doing?
Own and govern the credit loss forecasting methodology for the entire organization, ensuring a unified, consistent approach across business units.
Lead the development, oversight, and continuous enhancement of loss forecasting models, scenario analysis, and stress testing.

What experience do you have?

Deep expertise in credit loss modeling, forecasting, stress testing, and portfolio analytics, ideally within non‑prime or near‑prime environments.

Build and manage a Device42 CMDB with accurate discovery, data governance, and ITSM integration.
Take ownership of major incidents by coordinating resolution efforts, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders, and conducting post-incident reviews.
Issue major incident management notices and collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and cross-functional groups to restore services.
Review and approve internal change requests; participate in and occasionally host weekly CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings; report scheduled changes to senior leadership.
Provide reporting on service breaches and SLAs (Service Level Agreements) to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Proactively monitor business-critical applications and recommend improvements to IT service delivery processes and procedures.
Deliver RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and post-mortem reports to business stakeholders.
Support daily operations across all ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, Asset, and Configuration Management.
Drive the implementation of service improvement plans by providing guidance, content, and collaboration with resolution groups and service providers.
Collaborate with other IT and business teams to gather requirements for new or modified services.
Participate in internal and external service review meetings, including those with external service providers.
Identify, recommend, and contribute to the implementation of service improvements related to ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) operations.
On-Call Support:
The IT Service Management team participates in on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Responsibilities include attending Major Incident Management bridge calls during severity-level incidents, requesting regular updates from technical teams involved, and communicating those updates to business stakeholders.
The on-call team member is responsible for managing and driving the severity incident through to resolution, under the guidance of the Major Incident Management team.
What experience do you have?
University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent preferred.
2+ years of experience on an IT service desk and 3–5+ years in an IT Service Management role.
Proven ability to lead, make decisions, solve problems, and operate effectively in high‑pressure environments.
Strong prioritization skills with the ability to execute against competing demands.
Effective communicator, able to clearly articulate critical issue status verbally and in writing to leadership.
Demonstrates flexibility and agility when transitioning between responsibilities.

goeasy is looking for a Director, Project Delivery Office (PDO) who is an operational leader with deep experience progressively designing, building and scaling a centralized corporate portfolio and project delivery office. You will be responsible for driving the successful management and execution of initiatives, portfolios, programs and projects across goeasy. Reporting to the Vice President, IT Portfolio Management and Transformation, you will lead a team of seasoned Project Managers to oversee the development, management, reporting and the ultimate delivery of our portfolio and related PM functions to ensure the execution of initiatives that are critical to goeasy’s ambitious growth plans.
The Director will help evolve and align fit-for-purpose process designs and SDLC implementation methodologies (waterfall, lean/agile, hybrid) to meet stakeholder expectations, while mitigating risks across the many areas of the business. This role requires an individual who can handle large, complex programs, projects and support teams and drive decisions that hold team members at all levels of leadership accountable.
What will you be doing?
Portfolio/Project Delivery, Management and Reporting:
Lead the PDO team in proactively driving the delivery of all projects meeting time, budget and scope expectations through robust project execution principles and methodologies.
Expertly guide resources and capacity planning considering both traditional SDLC processes and emerging methods.
Maintain regular, detailed status updates on progress, activities and issues on each initiative and present to Senior Leadership and major project stakeholders.
Step in as a project manager if/when necessary.
Process Management and Design:
Actively support the organization’s process for compiling, prioritizing, monitoring and reporting all projects for various audiences and forums.
Contribute to the maturation of goeasy’s Project Delivery standards, methodologies, processes, documentation and governance.
Collaborate with Finance to help manage planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting of the portfolio including iterative and ongoing financial processes and reviews.
Drive demand management by evaluating resource demands against the available capacity across the organization, vendors, and processes required to execute on prioritized activities.
Relationship Management:
Partner closely across the company’s Business Owners and IT Leaders.
Serve as a primary liaison between all team resources assigned to a project, IT and the Executive Team.
Maintain regular communications to an established cadence with PMs and business stakeholders to ensure necessary steps are taken to resolve obstacles and ensure project objectives are met.
Foster relationships with vendors on large organizational initiatives, ensuring that all contracts support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual service levels and deliverables.
Leadership:
Inspire, mentor and develop a team of program and project managers leveraging best practices to plan, manage and successfully deliver key initiatives on time and on budget.
Organize and lead regular core team and key governance forums (e.g. team stand-ups, Steering Committees) to review progress with key stakeholders.
Provide portfolio leadership and vision around departmental objectives, driving balance to deliver while fostering growth in team members’ ability to manage complex initiatives.
What experience do you have?
10+ years of cross-functional experience managing delivery in a portfolio of projects of all sizes and levels of complexity – a strong preference for experience in delivering on Software and Technology deployments.
Proven experience leading Program Management Processes that drive strategic execution with Senior Leadership.
A university degree is required with a focus in engineering or a related discipline; a PMP Designation is definitely considered an asset.
Experience managing a team of project managers who simultaneously work on multiple projects at a time with individual budgets > 1M.
Ability to manage ambitious and driven Executive stakeholders and hold them to high expectations; the ability to influence without direct authority and “punch above your weight”.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and financial acumen.
The ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous.
Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar businesses areas or of technologies.
Strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead teams from varied backgrounds (business, technology, operations, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to team members and top management. Extensive experience building and delivering presentations.
