A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite
What we are looking for:
Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing

As the Director, Investor Relations & Capital Markets, you’ll play a pivotal role within our Finance team and work closely with leaders across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations & Capital Markets, you’ll partner directly with our CEO and CFO, becoming a trusted collaborator and advisor. What will you be doing?
Investor Relations
Develop and continually refine clear, compelling investor messaging that explains our financial performance, strategy, capital allocation priorities, and market position across earnings materials, presentations, and public disclosures.
Act as a primary point of contact for equity and fixed‑income investors, analysts, and other external stakeholders—managing inbound requests, preparing responses, and supporting ongoing engagement.
Build strong cross‑functional relationships and partner closely with senior executives to research and analyze business topics that shape our disclosure strategy and investor communications.
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, analyst reports, and peer earnings calls; summarize key insights and implications for senior leadership.
Lead the end‑to‑end quarterly earnings process, including drafting the press release, presentation deck, script, Q&A preparation, and coordinating with external vendors for call logistics.
Support major investor‑facing events such as investor days, M&A announcements, conference participation, non‑deal roadshows, and quarterly updates—including preparing materials, briefing leadership, and managing schedules.
Maintain and organize core IR infrastructure, including investor decks, disclosure archives, research summaries, historical materials, and conference documentation.
Use market data platforms and internal tools to support investor targeting, shareholder analysis, ownership tracking, and competitive positioning.
Partner with Finance, Legal, and senior leadership on the preparation and review of the Annual Report, AIF, and materials for the Annual General Meeting to ensure alignment with disclosure requirements.
Capital Markets
Collaborate with Treasury and Legal on capital markets initiatives, supporting preparation of financing materials, rating agency presentations, and related documentation.
Monitor trading activity, shareholder composition, market conditions, and key performance indicators to help guide strategic decision‑making.
Conduct market research, valuation benchmarking, competitive intelligence, and other analyses to support leadership and capital markets strategy.
Partner closely with internal stakeholders and senior executives on strategic analyses, special projects, and ad‑hoc requests.
Identify opportunities to improve IR and capital markets processes, reporting, tools, and workflows in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility public company environment.
What experience do you have?
Experience as a Director (or equivalent) in Investor Relations for a publicly traded company preferred, or 5–7 years in investment banking, consulting, or corporate development.
Undergraduate degree in Finance or Commerce; MBA, CFA, or CBV preferred.
Financial services experience is an asset.
Experience working in a high‑visibility, hands‑on role with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
Strong business judgment and ability to understand the “big picture.”
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to draw insights from complex quantitative and qualitative data.
Solid financial acumen and comfort working with financial statements.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations

We are seeking an individual who will step into a critical leadership role as a Regional Manager. This role is critical to the organization supporting our Northern Ontario easyfinancial team. Direct oversight of 7-10 branches and 26-30 employees in the scope of this regional alignment.

What will you do as a Regional Manager:
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers
Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures
Associate Development & Retention
Ensure new associates are efficiently trained

We are looking for our next Senior Manager, Treasury and Securitization! You will play a key role in the management of goeasy’s secured funding facilities, financial risk management, liquidity forecasting, cash flow analysis, pro-forma financial submissions, and providing actionable insights to our Treasury Leadership Team. You will also be responsible for the evolution of Treasury’s reporting framework, integrating leading software systems to enable better data management, data integrity, and increased reporting flexibility.
What will you be doing?
Manage and operate the company’s securitization warehouse programs and revolving credit facility.
Ensure effective governance, financial risk oversight, and timely reporting to the Senior Leadership Team.
Advance Treasury analytics beyond standard Cost of Funds variance drivers by identifying and solving for underlying factors such as covenant constraints, loan trends, and rate curve shifts.
Assist risk measurement practices related to mismatch positions, hedging strategies, interest rate risk, stress testing, and development of corrective action plans.
Evolve Treasury’s pro-forma funding model by integrating performance-based data and recommending optimized debt structures to maximize funding capacity.
Own the creation and review of Treasury content in financial reports, including financial statements, MD&A, and investor materials. Support executive presentation development.
Support Treasury’s FP&A activities, including weekly Balance Sheet and Cost of Funds forecasts, Finance Cost Allocation, and development of annual budgets and strategic plans.
Take on people management responsibilities as the Treasury team grows, including mentoring new hires and leading analyst-level talent.
What experience do you have?
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a finance management role.
Background in financial services, fintech, or highly regulated environments.
Strong experience in Securitization.
Experience with OneStream or similar CPM systems.
Finance designation (CPA or CFA) is preferred.
Apply strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and complex models, driving data-informed recommendations.
Use advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling to build multi-dimensional models.
Leverage technical acumen to identify and troubleshoot data integrity issues. Experience with structured data analysis, regression techniques, or scenario modeling is a strong asset.

Customer Engagement & Sales

The Director, Merchandising & Buying is a key leadership role at easyhome — responsible for shaping an outstanding product assortment, optimizing pricing and profitability, and driving the merchandising strategy that powers our growth. A day in the life of a Branch Manager:
Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy. In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.
What will you be doing?
Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.
Follow-up on the status of identified findings for assigned audit engagements with management, as required.
Ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner
Execute internal controls testing of business processes as assigned, in support of Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109)
What experience do you have?
Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.
Detailed understanding of Accounting, IFRS, NI52-109/SOX, ITGC testing and Internal Audit principles.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience obtained from a CPA firm and/or IIA accredited Internal Audit department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, testing and sampling methods involved in conducting internal controls testing.
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, document and to present concise oral and written reports.
Strong understanding of internal controls and COSO framework.
Strong critical, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to understand business processes and their risk implications.
Capability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external client groups.
