We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of easyhome, the Divisional Vice President (DVP) will lead the strategic and operational direction of easyhome’s retail business. goeasy is seeking an intelligent and motivated individual to join the Payroll team as an Associate. As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring all associated Payroll reporting requirements are completed within strict timelines while adhering to established Payroll processes.
What will you be doing?
Prepare and process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for all stores/branches/corporate office as assigned; calculate changes, balance and post-verify payroll.
Administer of UKG Pro Time & Attendance (UTA) system and associated timekeeping activities.
Oversee the payroll shared mailbox and respond to inquiries within pre-defined SLAs.
Maintain strict adherence to payroll processes, to ensure ongoing certification of internal controls including but not limited to preparation and distribution of key reports for approval, exercising diligence around approvals etc.
Keeps abreast of current government legislation.
Communicate with employees on a timely basis regarding any items which may impact their pay.
Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, queries, and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity.
What experience do you have?
College Degree and/or PCP designation; combination of work experience, high school diploma and/or accounting/payroll courses.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in processing full cycle payroll is required.
Previous experience on UKG Pro/Ultipro, Workday, SAP, SAAS, pay@work, people@work is an asset.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
High level of customer service.
Flexibility of work hours to meet payroll deadlines.
Must possess excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills.

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Lake Specialist to join our team, with a focus on supporting and optimizing cloud-based data infrastructure built on Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks. This role bridges the gap between the Data Engineering and Data Operations teams, enabling efficient software delivery through automation, CI/CD practices, and collaborative tooling. As a key member of the Data Operations team, you will manage deployments, automate infrastructure, troubleshoot pipeline issues, and ensure security and performance across a modern Data Lakehouse architecture.
What will you be doing?
Drive DevOps practices across the data platform by bridging development and operations within Azure Data Lake and Azure Databricks environments.
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Terraform to deploy infrastructure, notebooks, and data workflows.
Monitor and maintain system performance using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Databricks job tracking to proactively identify and resolve issues.
Automate repetitive tasks, including deployments, cluster provisioning, and job scheduling, using Databricks CLI, REST APIs, and scripting tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within ETL pipelines, Delta Lake tables, and ingestion processes to ensure data quality and reliability.

Optimize system and pipeline performance through Spark tuning, efficient partitioning, and storage best practices in Azure Data Lake.

Conduct data analysis and impact assessments using Databricks SQL and Azure Purview for data lineage and change tracking.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through robust validation, schema enforcement, and Delta Lake transactional guarantees.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in DevOps, Data Operations, or a related role within a cloud-based data ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (Gen2) and Azure Databricks.
Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and Terraform, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Solid understanding of data pipeline monitoring, performance optimization, and incident resolution in cloud environments.
Familiarity with data governance, access controls, and compliance standards in Azure.

Reporting to the Director, Solution Delivery and Relationship Management, you’ll take the lead on technical and systems analysis for our Credit Card Program. This is your chance to help shape and implement scalable, forward-thinking solutions that make a real difference. You’ll be the go-to person ensuring that every system change aligns with business needs, quality standards, and architectural best practices. What will you be doing?
Collaborating with business, architecture, and technology teams to define and deliver new functionality that enhances business outcomes and improves the customer experience.
Applying strong analytical skills and experience navigating technology in large organizations to help teams deliver impactful results.
Gathering, documenting, and analyzing system requirements related to credit card processes and translating them into functional specifications to guide development and enhancements.
Partnering with IT and business teams to design and implement system solutions that streamline workflows and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Reviewing test plans and test cases to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Acting as a liaison between internal IT teams and external vendor stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on credit card-related projects and initiatives.
Staying current on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the credit card space.
Collaborating with our vendor partner, Brim, and developing a strong understanding of the platform’s capabilities and functions.
Identifying and documenting gaps between the platform solution and business requirements, and developing solutions to address those gaps.
Designing and developing custom solutions where needed to close functionality gaps.
Maintaining comprehensive technical documentation of systems, processes, and procedures related to the credit card platform.
Becoming a subject matter expert on system configurations within the credit card platform.
What experience do you have?
A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in software development (e.g., Java, Python, .NET).
5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in system development within the banking or financial services industry.
2+ years of hands-on experience working with platforms such as Brim or Neo.
Strong understanding of credit card systems, payment processes, and industry standards (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, TSYS).
Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including system requirements gathering and documentation.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Working knowledge of Salesforce is considered an asset.
Background in implementing credit card platforms is a strong asset.
