Role Overview:   
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

This role will also involve travel to visit key partners and clients, and flexibility will be provided based on business needs.
What you'll lead:

Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base
National Sales & Automotive Finance — dealership partner field representatives, key account relationship owners
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Strategic Vision & Execution:

Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:

Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:

Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:

Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:

Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
 Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:

Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
          
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

The Manager, Risk and Analytics, plays a key role in LendCare’s Risk & Analytics team, responsible for driving data-driven insights, managing portfolio performance reporting, and enhancing credit risk strategies. What will you be doing?

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy.  In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.

Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.

What experience do you have?

Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.

As the Manager, IT Audit, you will support organizational objectives by providing assurance and advisory services for goeasy’s IT-related processes and controls. The role collaborates with stakeholders to encourage ongoing improvements and maintain governance standards within the IT Services team. This role is integral to ensure the continued high-growth of the organization through appropriate compliance and governance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Audit this role will play a hybrid between the traditional audit role while providing technical expertise and knowledge to the department.
What will you be doing?
   • Help maintain the IT audit universe and integrated IT audit plan.
   • Identify emerging IT risks and new developments in IT audit methodology.
   • Work with management to define business (primarily IT) objectives and key risks that guide the audit universe and planning process.
   • Take part in developing and implementing a risk-based methodology to identify and assess risk exposures and key controls, in line with standards from IIA, ISACA, IT Governance Institute, and other relevant organizations.
   • Develop and carry out risk-based audit programs that address Board and senior management needs, considering corporate and IT objectives, strategies, and risks.
   • Assist with scheduling, planning, performing, and coordinating activities for both IT and non-IT audits. Manage audit program execution, including evaluating findings and obtaining management responses and agreements on action plans.
   • Ensure audits are completed within set timeframes.
   • Draft audit findings that specify areas of business processes and controls needing improvement and align findings and corrective actions with the business. Take part in meetings with business management regarding audits.

What experience do you have?

Advanced knowledge of IT systems, risks, and controls. Preferred qualifications include experience in accounting, auditing, finance, procurement, or business operations relevant to IT audit program development and execution.
University degree and a professional IT audit designation, such as CISA or CISSP.
Understanding of IIA Standards and internal auditing practice, demonstrated through more than five years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management practices, and control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST).

goeasy Ltd. seeking a Learning & Documentation Specialist to create engaging learning material for our frontline. In this role, you’ll be partnering with stakeholders to identify business needs and how training fits into their business objectives. Each project you work on requires a deep analysis to ensure we come up with the best learning solution for our frontline. You’ll also be responsible for measuring the success of your learning deliverables and providing recommendations to stakeholders on next steps for the learning topic.  
What will you be doing?
Instructional Design:

Conduct intensive gap analyses with SMEs and stakeholders to identify the best medium and platform for delivering learning.
Align each initiative and learning material with the organization’s sales and collections methodology.
Define measurable learning objectives that drive improvements in frontline performance and KPIs.
Create lesson plans and storyboards using tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate 360, and Adobe.
Design visuals and graphics using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or Adobe Animate.
Collaborate with content developers to determine graphic and visual requirements.
Content Review & Analysis:

Support scheduled and ad hoc reviews of existing learning content.
Apply evaluation methods to measure learning outcomes and instructional impact of both new and existing materials.
Maintain an up-to-date project tracker and provide regular updates on all activities.
Stay informed on trends in adult learning, accessibility, and instructional technology.
