We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

Maintain a high market profile within the assigned territory by building and maintaining relationships with key dealers, strategic partners, and contacts
Drive origination volume of all assigned accounts through face-to-face meetings, identifying decision makers within targeted leads to generate interest and provide overview of process.
Grow volume with existing dealer partners while getting new dealers in assigned territory signed up and generating consistent volume.
Pursue market growth within the assigned market area of dealer partners according to the agreed upon growth objectives by managing the volume, flow and yield of a dealer loan application pipeline.
Maintaining effective follow-up with existing dealers and update dealer or contact information accurately and in a timely fashion.
Effectively communicate competitive advantages on a transactional and broad basis to ensure proper product positioning within dealerships.
Provide financing program training to dealership staff and personnel.

Day in the life of a Asset Recovery Coordinator:
Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts or oversee a vendor’s portfolio, ensuring recovery efforts are executed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
Vendor Coordination: Engage with repossession agents and third-party vendors to assign recovery tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
Storage & Impound Coordination: Respond promptly to notifications of located or impounded vehicles. Coordinate with vendors, storage facilities, and internal teams to facilitate timely recovery and minimize associated costs.
Post-Sale Support: Assist with post-sale activities for remarketed vehicles, including uploading bills of sale, filing lien discharges, ensuring accurate fund processing, and transitioning files to the appropriate internal units.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of recovery actions, communications, and outcomes. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws.

What we are looking for:
Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What We're Looking for:
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation

The Manager, Risk and Analytics, plays a key role in LendCare’s Risk & Analytics team, responsible for driving data-driven insights, managing portfolio performance reporting, and enhancing credit risk strategies. This position combines technical analytics skills with business understanding to deliver insights that balance portfolio growth with credit quality.
What will you be doing?
Lead development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring accurate and timely insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy. In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.
What will you be doing?
Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.

What experience do you have?
Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.

As the Manager, IT Audit, you will support organizational objectives by providing assurance and advisory services for goeasy’s IT-related processes and controls. The role collaborates with stakeholders to encourage ongoing improvements and maintain governance standards within the IT Services team. This role is integral to ensure the continued high-growth of the organization through appropriate compliance and governance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Audit this role will play a hybrid between the traditional audit role while providing technical expertise and knowledge to the department.
What will you be doing?
• Help maintain the IT audit universe and integrated IT audit plan.
• Identify emerging IT risks and new developments in IT audit methodology.
• Work with management to define business (primarily IT) objectives and key risks that guide the audit universe and planning process.
• Take part in developing and implementing a risk-based methodology to identify and assess risk exposures and key controls, in line with standards from IIA, ISACA, IT Governance Institute, and other relevant organizations.
• Develop and carry out risk-based audit programs that address Board and senior management needs, considering corporate and IT objectives, strategies, and risks.
• Assist with scheduling, planning, performing, and coordinating activities for both IT and non-IT audits. Manage audit program execution, including evaluating findings and obtaining management responses and agreements on action plans.

What experience do you have?

Overview
We are seeking a Manager, Financial Modeling & Analytics to play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s capital allocation strategy and long-term growth trajectory. In this highly visible position, you will design and lead sophisticated analytics that influence how we invest, manage risk, and unlock value across our portfolio.
This role goes far beyond traditional FP&A: you will build advanced financial decision models, including Monte Carlo simulations and optimization frameworks, that provide the Board and executive leadership with clear, data-driven answers to complex questions. Should we deploy capital into M&A or internal projects? How much risk exposure is acceptable on a new product suite? What’s the optimal balance between growth investments and return of capital? You will bring the analytical structure to answer these questions with precision.
You will be at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations, collaborating with leaders across Corporate Development, FP&A, Treasury, and Product to ensure our capital is deployed with maximum efficiency. This is an opportunity to build decision-making frameworks from the ground up, while presenting your findings directly to senior executives who rely on your insights to guide multi-million-dollar decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design & Optimize Financial Decision Models
Build and refine optimization models (e.g., linear programming, Excel Solver) to support capital planning, budget allocation, and resource optimization across business units.
Develop risk-weighted analytics that clearly communicate potential upside and downside exposure to senior leadership.
Build dynamic scenario-based models to assess the impact of macroeconomic factors (market trends, inflation, regulatory changes) on investments, M&A, and capital strategy.
Apply Monte Carlo simulation techniques to forecast variability and improve the resilience of capital allocation decisions.
2. Support Capital Allocation & Portfolio Strategy
Provide decision frameworks for capital allocation at the Board and executive level, including ROI, loss-rate assumptions, and probability-adjusted outcomes.
Partner with FP&A and Corporate Development on M&A evaluations, assessing portfolio fit and financial viability.
3. Visualize Insights for Executive Stakeholders
Translate complex analytics into intuitive dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream.
Present clear, data-backed recommendations to executives and other senior decision-makers.
4. Integrate with Forecasting & Planning
Incorporate advanced analytics into forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, working closely with the FP&A team.
Build models that align strategic initiatives with operational realities.
5. Drive Special Projects
Lead and support ad hoc and high-impact financial analytics projects, including product suite evaluations, loss-rate analysis, and portfolio optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, capital planning, or strategy, with strong hands-on modelling experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Solver, scenario analysis, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Strong experience with data visualization tools: Power BI, Tableau, or OneStream.
Knowledge of capital budgeting, investment valuation, and risk-adjusted return methodologies.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to simplify complex data for senior leaders.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership or Boards.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite
What we are looking for:
Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
Some experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)

Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit
Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products
Support retail operations by managing customer accounts, collection activities, the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Verifying pricing on items daily
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail
Communicating the terms and conditions of our lease agreements and follow best in class sales practices to minimize future collections
What we are looking for:
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
Combination of technical and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with repetitive tasks + ability to multitask
Comfortable following up with customers via phone + attention to detail
Some experience in a customer-facing environment

Understanding customer's needs by providing the solutions that fits them best
Communicate the terms and conditions of our financial products and how we can help them achieve their goals on a weekly and monthly basis
Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers by interacting with them on a daily basis
