A day in the life of a Branch Manager:  

Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch, portfolio goals and capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products. 
Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties.
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Manage the health of your branch’s portfolio by ensuring accounts are in good standing and preventing customers from falling into a state of delinquency.

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager, Legal Administration to lead and support a team of Legal Administrative Assistants in a fast-paced legal collections environment. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workflows, driving performance, meeting service and quality standards, and providing hands-on leadership, coaching, and operational support to the paralegal team.
A day in the life of a Team Manager, Legal Administration: 

Lead, coach, and manage a team of Legal Administrative Assistants.
Oversee daily operations and workflow within the ACL legal file management system.
Ensure accuracy, completion, and timeliness of all legal administrative tasks.
Motivate the team to consistently meet or exceed monthly performance targets.
Plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines and service standards are met.
Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing performance support to team members.
Manage team timecards and support scheduling needs.
Maintain and update departmental policies and procedures related to legal administration.
Report team performance, workload status, and key issues to the Director, Legal.
Oversee legal administrative functions, including:
File opening, organization, and maintenance
High-volume correspondence and mail processing

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).

Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)

We’re looking for a Risk Manager, Risk & Analytics to join a collaborative and forward‑thinking risk and analytics team that partners closely with senior leaders across the business. In this role, you’ll support the development, implementation, and oversight of credit risk analysis, monitoring, and controls — helping ensure strong portfolio performance and alignment with our risk appetite. Leveraging strong data mining, modeling, and analytical skills, you’ll identify credit risk trends, inform adjudication and collection strategies, and develop forecasting, benchmarking, and reporting insights that support both business strategy and compliance.
What will you be doing?

Data Mining, Modeling, and Analysis
You will identify, evaluate, review and implement adjudication and collection strategy changes that are aligned with the risk appetite established by Senior Management and approved by the Board.
By identifying, assessing, and monitoring credit risk trends, you will communicate adherence to authorized risk tolerance parameters and support Senior Management decision-making.
Using deep analytical expertise, you will be able to properly diagnose, document and report drivers of unexpected changes to portfolio/origination composition and credit performance. Your superior communication skills will shine as you communicate your findings, including future impacts to losses and delinquency, and propose recommendations to Senior Management as required.
Analyze and make recommendations to improve credit risk decisions around adjudication and collection strategies, along with improvements to existing reports, processes and procedures.
Contribute to the development of a robust data infrastructure for model development and analytics. Create meaningful analysis leading to credit strategy optimization, including but not limited to customer risk segmentation development that improves the portfolio’s risk-reward profile. Apply expertise and knowledge of financial services to understand profitability and performance drivers and build programs to optimize net financial contribution.

Forecasting and Reporting
Build and maintain a standard set of risk and performance reports that evaluate the overall credit risk of the portfolio.
Monitor and maintain a comprehensive set of reports to identify delinquency and charge off trends at the vintage and segment levels. Apply observations to loss forecasting models to capture current trends and communicate to Senior Management to identify risks and opportunities to the forecast.
Oversee and conduct sensitivity and scenario analyses to understand the impact of exogenous factors, policy and operational changes on delinquency and charge off levels.

What experience do you have?

You have 2-4 years of progressively responsible roles in retail and/or financial services credit risk management and analytics coupled with a degree in statistics, math or a related discipline (advanced degree is desired).
You will have sound knowledge of credit risk/portfolio management procedures and principles and knowledge and practical application of data mining and statistical principles involved in model development.
Your analytical, data storytelling,and communication skills will be top-notch, coupled with a proven ability to understand complex problems, detect trends, and understand data to develop and formulate solutions.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, quantifying, managing, and implementing changes to credit risk decisions and underwriting strategies, policies and procedures through the use and application of analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical knowledge of statistical analysis, modeling techniques and their application in a retail credit risk environment.
Possess deep understanding of data extraction/mining/modeling tools including SAS, SQL and Databricks.
Experience with agentic or generative AI is a plus.

Reporting to the Manager of Corporate Reporting and Consolidation, the Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate Reporting (10-month contract) will support goeasy’s corporate head office accounting and consolidation of the Canadian businesses. In this role, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in monthly, quarterly and year-end financial close, consolidation and financial statements preparation, and will be involved in ad-hoc special projects as they emerge.
What will you be doing?

Support the month-end financial statement close process, including the consolidation of Canadian legal entities and internal management accounts, foreign exchange translation and accounting, analyze monthly and year-to-date P&L trends and assist in the preparation of monthly management reports.
Provide support in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements, including note disclosures.
Prepare journal entries with essential backup for the manager’s review and approval, particularly for treasury accounts, payroll, inter-company and other balance sheet and income statements accounts.
Assist in the preparation, interpretation and presentation of monthly P&L results.
Responsible for the preparation, maintenance and support of balance sheet account working papers.
Adherence to all month-end deadlines and timing.
Assist with investigating discrepancies and explaining variances from the budget.
Prepare financial information for management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
Provide support in preparing quarterly and annual regulatory requirements, including note disclosures and shareholder materials.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses.
Liaise with internal and external auditors and ensure the timely provision of information and completion of financial statement audits.
Identify and implement best practices relating to finance functions.
What experience do you have?

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
CPA, CA designation or equivalent is preferred.
3+ years of relevant experience in a corporate finance or accounting role with a strong understanding of performing financial analysis.
Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset.
Strong understanding of IFRS.
Advanced proficiency in Excel with a propensity to create and automate manual processes.
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and organizational skills.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist: 

Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email 
Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store 
Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes 
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily 
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction 
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite 
What we are looking for: 

Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing 
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods 
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction 
Some experience in a customer-facing environment 
Ability to multitask and work efficiently  
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)
