As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
In this role, you will manage service requests, incidents, and operational tasks across hybrid and cloud environments, supporting both Windows and Linux workloads. You will work with modern infrastructure practices, leveraging cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools to continuously improve reliability and efficiency while supporting a growing, dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?

Support day-to-day operations of our hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure, on-prem, identity platforms), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through our ITSM platform, meeting defined SLAs and continuously improving response quality.
Assist in the administration and integration of identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta) and SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365).
Perform core system administration tasks including user access management, group policies, service accounts, and role-based access controls.
Support foundational network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and help troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Contribute to system patching, vulnerability remediation, and root-cause analysis of incidents.
Assist with provisioning and configuration of infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, cloud resources) following defined standards.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams to support governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and improvement of operational runbooks and procedures.
Identify repetitive operational tasks and support efforts to automate them using scripting (PowerShell, CLI tools).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support incidents, changes, and project activities.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required.
Ability to travel between sites when needed.
What experience do you have?

2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations in an enterprise environment.
Associate's, bachelor's or diploma’s degree in the IT field or a related area of study.
Foundational understanding of cloud concepts (both AWS & Azure exposure is a plus).
Curiosity and exposure to emerging technologies such as generative AI and LLM-based tools, with some hands-on experimentation.
Experience with or exposure to identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta).
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP addressing).
Familiarity with IT Service Management practices (e.g., ITIL) and ticketing systems.
Exposure to scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is an asset.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across infrastructure, cloud, data, and security teams.

The Senior IT Security Advisor, Application Security plays a critical role in protecting and enabling goeasy's technology landscape. As a senior security expert, you'll lead security assessments, influence architecture decisions, and partner with teams across the organization to embed security into every stage of the development and delivery lifecycle.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping identify and manage security risks across applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, and strategic technology initiatives. Combining strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, risk-based approach, you'll drive security best practices, mature application security capabilities, and help ensure goeasy continues to deliver innovative solutions securely and confidently.
What will you be doing?

Lead security risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, cloud, network, and enterprise technology initiatives using ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and internal security standards to identify, assess, document, and communicate security risks and remediation strategies.
Conduct security architecture and design reviews to ensure solutions align with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Perform threat modelling, vulnerability analysis, and impact assessments to identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to provide security guidance throughout project lifecycles.
Present security findings, risk recommendations, and remediation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Promote Security by Design principles throughout project delivery lifecycles and enterprise technology initiatives.
Champion Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including secure coding standards, shift-left security, automated testing, and CI/CD integration.
Manage and mature application security programs, including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, vulnerability management, and API security.
Manage third-party application security testing activities, validate findings, and drive remediation efforts based on risk.
Identify security gaps across the technology landscape and recommend scalable, practical solutions to strengthen goeasy's security posture.
Act as a trusted advisor on information security, privacy, compliance, and risk management matters.
Evaluate existing security technologies and processes, recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and security maturity.
Support and maintain security controls and compliance initiatives, including PCI DSS, SOC 2, Bill 198, and other regulatory requirements.
What experience do you have?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field; postgraduate education is considered an asset.
8+ years of Information Security experience, including 5+ years specializing in Application Security, Security Architecture, Security Risk Assessments, and Threat Modeling within complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of secure software development practices (SSDLC), DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding principles, and modern application security frameworks.
Hands-on experience with application security testing and vulnerability management, including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and API security.
Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, network, and web application security, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and remediation methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives, influencing technical and business stakeholders, and working within regulated environments such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, SOX, and/or Bill 198.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms is required; previous Information Security Architect experience, programming/scripting experience (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, Apex, or R), and Linux/Unix administration are considered strong assets.

A day in the life of a Loan Servicing Specialist: 

Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)
Liaise with the Retail Network to identify potential opportunities for training and process improvement
Providing customer service, coaching and support to the retail network
Processing adjustments to customer’s loan accounts as required – frequency changes, due date changes, interest waives, NSF fee waivers, loan voids, etc. within established SLA’s
Providing back up coverage to other peers within the Central Operations Department
Ensure that the systems are used to their full capacity and constantly seek improvements, modifications and changes to further improve the efficiencies of the organization
Ensuring all processes/and or tasks are fully documented and/or maintained. Meet and or exceed SLA's as defined
Any administrative and customer service support as required for the Indirect Channel
What we are looking for: 

1 - 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role
Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook, Basic financial knowledge 
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner
Strong administration skills, documenting and communicating details to various stakeholders 
Willing to work in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition & Human Resources, the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will play a pivotal role in advancing goeasy's employer brand and recruitment strategy, supporting the company’s continued growth. With a clear vision and the ability to lead, coach, and elevate a highly engaged TA team, this leader will drive strategies that attract, assess, and secure top talent across the organization. The Senior Manager leads an engaged TA team responsible for end-to-end hiring across Retail, Corporate/Technical, and Executive functions. As a strategic business partner, the Senior Manager will strengthen our Talent Acquisition practice by fostering proactive, impactful partnerships with our retail and corporate leadership teams.
What will you be doing?

Lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition function across retail, corporate, and executive hiring, ensuring strong delivery against hiring plans and alignment to business priorities.
Provide mentorship and coaching to the TA team, strengthening capability in recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, and delivery across complex searches.
Foster a highly engaged TA team by creating a positive, inclusive, and high-performance environment, recognizing that strong engagement is foundational to delivering exceptional hiring outcomes.
Drive a performance and feedback-driven culture within the TA team, setting clear expectations, providing ongoing coaching, and holding the team accountable to high standards of delivery and stakeholder experience.
Lead staffing strategy and execution for senior leadership roles (in partnership with the SVP, HR and CPO), while supporting broader corporate hiring as needed.
Own end-to-end talent acquisition delivery across all levels and business units, including high-volume retail hiring and corporate recruitment.
Champion and evolve goeasy’s employment brand as a platform to attract and engage top talent in the market.
Create an equitable and barrier-free talent acquisition process by aligning talent strategy with goeasy’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and enhance high-volume recruitment through sourcing strategies, vendor partnerships, systems, process improvements, and assessment tools.
Build a data-driven function, using insights to guide sourcing strategies, vendor investments, and hiring decisions.
Maintain strong visibility on workforce trends and hiring activity, providing insights that may impact operating costs and planning.
Partner with HR to support talent management and succession planning, creating visibility and opportunity for internal talent.
Oversee the company-wide relocation program.
Stay current on market best practices in talent acquisition, including technology, social media, and niche sourcing channels.
Manage Talent Acquisition operations, including budget, vendors, and external partners, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
What experience do you have?

7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading and managing a high-performing function in a medium to large organization.
University or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience managing a high-volume recruitment function, along with strong experience leading corporate and executive recruitment.
A combination of agency and in-house experience is ideal.
Demonstrated team leadership and people management, with a track record of developing talent and building capability within teams.
Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, with the ability to adapt based on business needs and market conditions.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and establish trust, credibility, and influence with stakeholders.
Adaptable, a self-starter, and comfortable in a high-growth environment where ambiguity and pace are expected. You are motivated by building and improving, not maintaining the status quo.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer, a technical role within the Business Intelligence Operational Reporting team, for a highly motivated and experienced BI professional. You will contribute to all aspects of advanced analytics by scoping, analyzing, developing, automating, enhancing, and validating BI reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions – delivered both creatively and efficiently.
What will you be doing?

Perform detailed data analysis, validation, report testing to identify data quality and reporting issues.
Monitor report events and subscriptions following EDW data load completion.
Manage report user access and privileges.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture and validate reporting requirements.
Analyze business needs and design, develop, and implement BI solutions to meet those needs.
Translate business requirements into details technical specifications for BI/report developers.
Contribute to the development of data marts, reports, and dashboards on the Business Insights platform powered by MicroStrategy.
Communicate progress, milestones, challenges, and escalate issues as needed.
Develop deep knowledge of goeasy’s data by integrating diverse datasets, identifying key KPIs, and delivering insights to support business decisions.
Create ad-hoc queries and reports and provide ongoing analytical support.
Support self-service reporting and resolve data/reporting issued promptly to maintain a stable BI environment.
Work closely with BI and Data Solutions Architects, as well as Data and BI Engineers, to ensure adherence to development and deployment standards.
What experience do you have?

Minimum 3 years of hands-on business reporting experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field (preferred).
At least 3 years of experience with BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.
Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL Server or similar relational database systems.
Proven experience developing reports using documents, grids, graphs, and dashboards in BI environments.
Intermediate SQL skills for building, debugging, and optimizing queries.
Strong technical aptitude and analytical thinking.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify and utilize the right data to address business problems.
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.

At goeasy, we’re looking for a Manager, Channel Planning who’s excited to play a key role in supporting and shaping the success of our 400+ easyfinancial and easyhome retail locations across Canada. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Channel Planning & Reporting, you’ll sit at the heart of how our retail network operates—bringing together reporting, analytics, campaigns, and target setting to drive smarter decisions and stronger performance.

What will you be doing?

Own channel-level top-line planning and target setting for Retail and Call Centre teams across goeasy business units (easyfinancial, easyhome, NSSC, and LendCare), translating enterprise goals into actionable targets for front-line and leadership teams across a broad suite of metrics (e.g., sales, growth, charge-offs, compliance, productivity).
Oversee budget and P&L performance for assigned business units, ensuring results are tracked, explained, and managed against financial plans, forecasts, and leadership expectations.
Analyze performance drivers and identify root causes of over-or under-performance, using data to pinpoint gaps, assess risks, and recommend corrective correlative actions or strategic adjustments.
Continuously evaluate and recalibrate targets and forecasts as business conditions, strategies, or priorities change, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives.
Partner cross-functionally with Finance, BI, Operations, HR, and senior leadership to improve planning processes, performance measurement, and reporting consistency.
Contribute to annual and multi-year planning processes, including budgeting, headcount modeling, incentive/bonus forecasting, and long-term roadmap development for team capability and channel strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
What experience do you have?

University degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related discipline.
Understanding of retail banking.
Ability to present to large groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into meaningful insights.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Python, SAS, and/or SQL is considered an asset.
