What will you do as a Sales Specialist?
Create great customer sales experiences in our retail stores by providing excellent customer service and selling home furnishing and electronics leases to new and existing retail customers
Maximize retail store growth - Sales Specialists drive the profitability of the retail store, ensuring that every sale is optimal for both the customer and our retail business
Manage overall day to day retail operations – Sales Specialists manage customer accounts, collection activities, and the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver positive customer sales experiences in every interaction, while also ensuring that all prospect customers at the retail store are greeted in a warm and empathetic manner
Capitalize on cross-sales and add-on products opportunities by paying attention to customer needs while providing high quality customer service
Be Open. transparently communicate the terms and conditions of our lease agreements and follow best in class sales practices to minimize future collections
What we are looking for:
Sales and or/Collections experience is an asset, but we really want people who are motivated by success and surpassing targets. A competitive attitude in sales and customer service is key to our retail business
Experience working in a sales-target driven retail setting with high attention to customer service is a strong asset
People Oriented, Enterprising and an excellent communicator with the ability to create memorable customer experiences for every financial sale
Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs
Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a fast-paced sales environment
Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity with every sale – really care for our customers!
Experience driving a delivery truck an asset but not required; physically able to move home furnishings within the retail store
Valid driver’s license, and a clean driver’s abstract (for the past 3 years), and able to clear our background check

We are looking for a highly-organized Office Administrator to support our day-to-day office duties including managing the reception desk, supplies ordering, maintenance of office and equipment, meeting room set up and take down, restocking the kitchens, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and courier. Responsibilities:
Greet and direct internal and external visitors
Keep a clean and professional reception area
Answer phone calls and emails from internal staff and provide support as needed
Maintain office equipment like copiers and printers
Maintain a weekly inventory of stationary and other supplies, keep storage rooms organized
Coordinate daily mail and courier services; distribute incoming deliveries, arrange pick-up of outgoing courier and mail

Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office kitchen; ensuring beverage fridges are fully stocked
Provide support in filing and completing office paperwork like insurance documents
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role in an office environment, or:
Post-secondary education in office administration or similar programs
Computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong customer service skills
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced office environment

They manage requests for exceptions & conditions of approval. Loan Processor Specialist - Secured plays a very important role in the Secured CLAO structure.
What will you do as Loan Processor Specialist- Secured?
Processors apply detailed knowledge and understanding of company policies.
Grant approvals applications in accordance with company policy or as delegated by the Risk and Analytics department as a loan processor.
Provide rationale to branch managers regarding the loan review process and the analysis that took place where such applications are either approved or refused.
Answer queries from sales staff pertaining to applications submitted for analysis and/or exception approval from the processing team.
Pinpoint fraudulent documents during analysis and report these to appropriate departments and the processing unit.
Match and validate application information such as income, paystubs, and credit ratings to make a final processing decision in the approval process.
Verify customers requested loan amount is within qualified loan amount.
Confirms property meets Go Easy’s guidelines.

Responding to partner questions and requests (both through telephone, chat and email).

Vos responsabilités :
Bâtir des expériences de vente de qualité supérieure en accueillant les clients et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel
Faire preuve de compassion et d'empathie pour nos clients en comprenant leur situation, leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions
Communiquer les conditions générales de nos produits financiers et la manière dont nous pouvons les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs
Soutenir les opérations de vente au détail en soutenant le marchandisage et l'entretien du magasin
Fournir le meilleur service lors de la livraison de nos articles au domicile des clients
Votre profil en tant que candidat retenu :
Excellent communicateur, axé sur les gens et les résultats, cherchant à stimuler les ventes et à accroître la satisfaction des clients
Vous faites preuve de compassion et d'intégrité dans chaque vente – vous vous préoccupez profondément de nos clients !
Une expérience dans un environnement en contact direct avec les clients
Permis de conduire de classe 5 permanent avec dossier de conduite en règle
Aptitude à soulever plus de 25 kg et à déplacer de gros articles ménagers
