A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).

The Director, Merchandising & Buying is a key leadership role at easyhome — responsible for shaping an outstanding product assortment, optimizing pricing and profitability, and driving the merchandising strategy that powers our growth. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, leveraging strong vendor relationships and sharp commercial instincts to ensure easyhome delivers the right products, at the right value, with operational excellence.
What will you be doing?
Exceed growth, margin, and category performance targets for the easyhome product portfolio.
Evaluate, define, and implement buying and merchandising strategies in partnership with the VP, easyhome Operations.
Build and evolve our product assortment through strong category management and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Develop price architecture, margin models, and profit forecasts to support sustainable growth.
Source merchandise in open markets, selecting products for easyhome’s corporate and franchise lease-to-own locations.
Identify new product and revenue opportunities that strengthen competitive positioning.
Monitor performance indicators—including sales per square foot, product mix, inventory levels, and profitability—and adjust strategies based on real-time insights.
Recommend space allocation strategies that maximize sales productivity and align with product performance.

What experience do you have?

Day in the life of a Bilingual Paralegal:
Draft and prepare pleadings along with a variety of legal documents with precision.
Proactively plan and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines and maintain workflow.
Liaise with other members of the legal department.
Manage and maintain a high volume of legal files, ensuring organization and accessibility.
Actively prepare for and attend court appearances, providing solid support to our legal team.
Oversee and coordinate legal settlements and collections processes.
Efficiently locate individuals and assets using Skip Tracing techniques.

What we are looking for:
Paralegal Diploma or Certificate.

As the Manager, IT Audit, you will support organizational objectives by providing assurance and advisory services for goeasy’s IT-related processes and controls. The role collaborates with stakeholders to encourage ongoing improvements and maintain governance standards within the IT Services team. Help maintain the IT audit universe and integrated IT audit plan.
Identify emerging IT risks and new developments in IT audit methodology.
Work with management to define business (primarily IT) objectives and key risks that guide the audit universe and planning process.
Take part in developing and implementing a risk-based methodology to identify and assess risk exposures and key controls, in line with standards from IIA, ISACA, IT Governance Institute, and other relevant organizations.
Develop and carry out risk-based audit programs that address Board and senior management needs, considering corporate and IT objectives, strategies, and risks.
Assist with scheduling, planning, performing, and coordinating activities for both IT and non-IT audits. Manage audit program execution, including evaluating findings and obtaining management responses and agreements on action plans.
Ensure audits are completed within set timeframes.
Draft audit findings that specify areas of business processes and controls needing improvement and align findings and corrective actions with the business. Take part in meetings with business management regarding audits.
Report audit conclusions, recommendations, planned management actions, and follow-up status to Management as needed. Track the progress and resolution of management actions for identified control gaps.
Lead the planning and execution of IT General Controls testing, including access management, change management, and IT operations, ensuring comprehensive coverage and alignment with compliance requirements.
Support business audit team in IT Application Controls testing to evaluate automated business process controls, data integrity, and system configurations, collaborating closely with process owners and IT teams to address any identified gaps.
Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, facilitating information requests, walkthroughs, testing and discussions related to IT controls and scope. Support the resolution of auditor queries and ensure timely provision of required documentation.
Assist Internal Audit leadership to prepare periodic departmental updates to goeasy executive leadership and board of directors.
What experience do you have?
Advanced knowledge of IT systems, risks, and controls. Preferred qualifications include experience in accounting, auditing, finance, procurement, or business operations relevant to IT audit program development and execution.
University degree and a professional IT audit designation, such as CISA or CISSP.
Understanding of IIA Standards and internal auditing practice, demonstrated through more than five years of related experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management practices, and control frameworks (COSO, COBIT, NIST).
Demonstrated leadership and strong analytical and communication skills.

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy. In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.
What will you be doing?
Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.
Follow-up on the status of identified findings for assigned audit engagements with management, as required.

What experience do you have?
Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.
Detailed understanding of Accounting, IFRS, NI52-109/SOX, ITGC testing and Internal Audit principles.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience obtained from a CPA firm and/or IIA accredited Internal Audit department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, testing and sampling methods involved in conducting internal controls testing.
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, document and to present concise oral and written reports.
Strong understanding of internal controls and COSO framework.

Experience servicing customers in a multi – channel environment, phone, chat, email, social media
Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service.

Skill in the use of computer and telephone-related software, with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, internet and intranet search tools, and call center technologies.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a customer-facing measured work/call center environment considered an asset
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to create positive customer experiences
Achievement and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude and attention to detail
Ability to quickly problem solved and identify customer's needs
Empathetic, compassionate and operate with integrity
Proficient with Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs

$18.00 - $21.00/hour CAD

Une journée dans la vie d'un agent de recouvrement:
Faire preuve de compassion et d’empathie envers nos clients en comprenant leur situation, leurs besoins et en proposant des solutions.
Effectuer des appels sortants pour recouvrer les comptes en retard en négociant des modalités de remboursement appropriées avec les clients.
Soutenir les opérations en gérant les comptes clients et les activités de recouvrement sur les prêts financiers en souffrance ou en retard.
Mener habilement des négociations avec les clients et explorer leurs ressources financières afin d’obtenir l’arrangement optimal.
Effectuer les premières démarches de repérage à l’aide d’outils en ligne et de systèmes de gestion de comptes.
Documenter les activités et processus de recouvrement grâce à d’excellentes compétences administratives.
Ce que nous recherchons:
Minimum de 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en recouvrement, en vente, ou dans un rôle de service à la clientèle ou de centre d’appels / centre de contact.
L’expérience avec un composeur automatique (automated dialer) est un atout.
Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite.
Capacité démontrée à gérer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à s’adapter à un environnement dynamique.
Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel) et capacité à apprendre de nouvelles applications logicielles.
Capacité à réussir les vérifications d’antécédents (criminels, emploi et crédit).

Une journée dans la vie d’un Spécialiste du traitement des prêts:
Examiner les demandes de prêt en utilisant Wealthview et Salesforce afin d’approuver des prêts pour nos clients partout au Canada.
Vérifier tous les documents et les informations de la demande pour garantir la conformité à nos politiques internes et s’assurer que seuls des prêts sains sont financés.
Agir rapidement, en multitâche entre plusieurs fenêtres pour examiner des documents tels que les talons de paie des clients, les rapports de crédit, les relevés bancaires, etc., en faisant preuve d’une attention méticuleuse aux détails.
Soutenir le terrain grâce à de solides compétences en communication, en veillant à ce que les besoins des clients et de l’entreprise soient satisfaits.
Identifier les documents frauduleux lors du processus de vérification et les signaler aux départements appropriés.
