A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.
Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.
Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.

What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.

goeasy is seeking a dynamic, well experienced and innovative Senior Project Manager for our Project Delivery Office who ensures that our innovative and creative projects are executed and delivered. With our record breaking growth comes a business that is fast paced and exciting and requires this individual to be someone who can handle large, complex projects and successfully navigate risk while being exposed to many areas of the business
What will you be doing?
Lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex projects by partnering with business units, technology leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, planned, and successfully delivered.
Collaborate closely with project sponsors and delivery leaders to develop comprehensive project charters, including scope, objectives, approach, success measures, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
Develop integrated project plans with strong financial acumen, including cost estimates, budgets, resource requirements, and schedules.
Manage project budgets and costs, providing accurate forecasts and analysis related to capitalization, amortization, and expense management.
Provide coaching and mentorship to other Project Managers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Monitor and track project progress, manage variances, and communicate updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.

Motivate project team members to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Work closely with Resource Managers to ensure each project team establishes meaningful key metrics that reflect team performance and progress toward objectives.
Chair regular core team meetings and key governance forums (e.g., team stand-ups, Steering Committees) to review progress with key constituents.
Contribute to the ongoing development and maturity of goeasy’s Project Delivery Office standards, methodologies, processes, and governance.
What experience do you have?
Minimum of 7 years of experience managing complex projects, with budgets exceeding $1M.
Advanced knowledge of Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies, and proficiency with tools like MS Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven effectiveness at the senior executive level.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - with extensive experience delivering executive-level presentations.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; able to navigate ambiguity and complex information.
Demonstrated business and technical acumen, with agility in learning unfamiliar domains.

Day in the life of a Asset Recovery Coordinator:
Portfolio Management: Independently manage a portfolio of accounts or oversee a vendor’s portfolio, ensuring recovery efforts are executed efficiently and in alignment with company policies.
Vendor Coordination: Engage with repossession agents and third-party vendors to assign recovery tasks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
Storage & Impound Coordination: Respond promptly to notifications of located or impounded vehicles. Coordinate with vendors, storage facilities, and internal teams to facilitate timely recovery and minimize associated costs.
Post-Sale Support: Assist with post-sale activities for remarketed vehicles, including uploading bills of sale, filing lien discharges, ensuring accurate fund processing, and transitioning files to the appropriate internal units.
Documentation & Compliance: Maintain detailed records of recovery actions, communications, and outcomes. Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and privacy laws.
Workflow Adherence: Follow established workflows and recovery protocols to ensure consistent, organized, and timely execution of recovery processes.
What we are looking for:
Professional experience in customer service and/or administrative roles.

A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What We're Looking for:
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)

The Risk Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing and evaluating risks associated with our lending operations while providing valuable insights and recommendations to drive informed business decisions.

The Manager, Risk and Analytics, plays a key role in LendCare’s Risk & Analytics team, responsible for driving data-driven insights, managing portfolio performance reporting, and enhancing credit risk strategies. This position combines technical analytics skills with business understanding to deliver insights that balance portfolio growth with credit quality.
What will you be doing?
Lead development and enhancement of risk dashboards and reports in Tableau, ensuring accurate and timely insights for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Conduct loan portfolio analytics, including delinquency, roll rate, recovery and charge-off trend analysis to identify emerging risk and opportunities.
Manage and improve IFRS 9 loss provision models, including segmentation, staging logic and expected credit loss calculation (PD, LGD, EAD).
Deliver clear and concise monthly and quarterly risk reports, including executive-level presentations with business context and recommendations.
Perform deep-dive SQL base data analysis across multiple data sources to support credit strategy, collections and finance initiatives.
Lead analytical projects related to charge-off trending, penalty pricing impact and portfolio performance.
Partner with data, finance and reporting teams to ensure risk alignment with growth targets and operational processes.
Support automation and continuous improvement of risk processes and data pipelines.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
3+ years of experience in risk analytics, credit risk, or financial reporting, preferably within consumer lending industry.
Experience with delinquency, charge-off, recovery, and cash received metrics.
Experience building and interpreting different risk models (e.g. Vintage; Roll rate).
Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools. (e.g. SQL, Tableau, Excel)
Finance designation (CFA or FRM) is preferred.
Strong understanding of IFRS 9 methodology, including PD/LGD/EAD models and staging assessments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply strategic thinking to data-driven solutions.

As the Manager, Internal Audit you will be reporting to the Director, Internal Audit and will be responsible for planning, executing and delivering risk audit engagements while supporting organizational objectives by providing advisory and assurance audit services for goeasy. In addition, the Manager, Internal Audit will perform testing in support of the Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109), as assigned.
What will you be doing?
Establish an effective professional and working relationship with key stakeholders within the Company.
Manage the end-to-end audit engagement, including audit planning, execution, working paper review, analysis of findings and audit reporting.
Draft risk-based control matrices for the assigned audit engagements.
Develop and execute audit programs to meet the needs of the Board and senior management, considering the Company’s business objectives, strategies and risks.
Obtain, analyze and evaluate evidentiary data as a base for an informed objective opinion on the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls within the process and the efficiency of performance of the activities being reviewed through the application of knowledge of business systems and an analysis of the audit results.
Prepare and present in clear and concise audit reports which identify areas or elements of management processes and controls that require improvement and obtain alignment with management on findings and corrective action plans. Participate in discussions with management in audit meetings.
Follow-up on the status of identified findings for assigned audit engagements with management, as required.
Ensure that audits are completed in a timely manner
Execute internal controls testing of business processes as assigned, in support of Company’s annual certification for the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting program (NI 52-109)
What experience do you have?
Accounting degree (CPA) required from Canada.
Detailed understanding of Accounting, IFRS, NI52-109/SOX, ITGC testing and Internal Audit principles.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience obtained from a CPA firm and/or IIA accredited Internal Audit department.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, testing and sampling methods involved in conducting internal controls testing.
An ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts, document and to present concise oral and written reports.
Strong understanding of internal controls and COSO framework.
Strong critical, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to understand business processes and their risk implications.
Capability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external client groups.
