Reporting to the Divisional Vice President, as Regional Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, direction and support to all easyfinancial branches within your portfolio. The incumbent for this position will plan, implement and drive operations to ensure consistent growth in results and brand for easyfinancial. This multi-faceted leadership role contributes to the bottom line by owning the hiring, development and retention of talent and managing the broader team’s performance through expert management practice.
As Regional Manager you will:
Coach your team to create exceptional customer experiences by having team members engage, listen and understand the needs of potential customers for sales and match their needs to our financial lending solutions; demonstrating compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help
Ensure that the goeasy brand promise is delivered by each location by knowing and implementing your business objectives, sales strategies, and ensuring ongoing sales and collection performance
Build, manage and develop an effective and high-performing talent network within your region – this is the way you grow your loan book!
Lead the interviewing, hiring, and training of sales employees and the planning, assigning, and directing of work; appraising performance
Oversee new business development and develop site by site strategies to meet sales goals and be accountable for a strong collections practice within the region
Regional Managers are accountable for the day-to-day operations of multiple locations within the Region and maintaining a voice with centralized leadership in the organization
Maintain frequent visibility and provide leadership to each store location and audit (both formally and informally) to ensure best practices are occurring for every sale

The Manager, Data Operations will be leading the Data Operations team that plays an integral role in maintaining, monitoring and evolving data platform. This includes Operational Data Store (ODS) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) platforms. The Data Operations team is mainly responsible for ensuring that data platform and applications provide outstanding data availability and stability.
Responsibilities:
Oversee production support activities by Level 2 and Level 3 support teams on daily basis and provide direction in troubleshooting data issues such as ETL load errors. In order to ensure data availability and daily load completion, investigate impact and identify an interim/long term solution in fixing/mitigating the load errors.
Responsible for proactively communicating any data availability delays that could impact the clients by raising incidents via incident management team.
Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
Draft, analyze and document ongoing production issues through JIRA or Sharepoint.
Enhance Data Operations manual and publish artifacts for warehousing and business insight/reporting platforms.
Perform periodic review of user access, security related aspects at database and server level in order to be complaint with established data governance and security policies.
Oversee database/ETL code implementation in production environment by the DBA.
Participate in mapping of data sources, data movement and interfaces with the goal of ensuring data quality, awareness, visibility and re-use.
Perform data source discovery through reverse engineering and participate in various ad-hoc data analysis required for reporting.
Work closely with Data engineering team to identify and document process improvements, and work with Data team to set priorities and implement change.
Support Data Governance lead in enabling capacity planning, archiving and recovery strategies for master data.
Collaborate with data practitioners (Data engineering team, BI team, Data Governance team, Business stakeholders) who with others define, manage and support the entire data and analytics operations for goeasy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors level degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years experience leading production support teams in a data management setting.
5-7 years experience working with large volumes of data (structured and unstructured).
Hands on experience on developing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing, ETL (such as SSIS) and real-time/batch data exchanges and working with related technologies.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture, data mining methodologies and business intelligence.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of RDBMS concepts with hands on experience in SQL Server, Postgres.
Proficiency in scripting, Batch, PowerShell, etc. and experience with programming languages such as .NET, Java.
Experience with Big Data Technologies (NoSQL, HDFS, Hive, Pig, Spark, Cloudera etc.) is preferred.

Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports.
Draft, analyze and document ongoing production issues through JIRA or Sharepoint.
Enhance Data Operations manual and publish artifacts for warehousing and business insight/reporting platforms.
Perform periodic review of user access, security related aspects at database and server level in order to be complaint with established data governance and security policies.
Oversee database/ETL code implementation in production environment by the DBA.
Participate in mapping of data sources, data movement and interfaces with the goal of ensuring data quality, awareness, visibility and re-use.
Perform data source discovery through reverse engineering and participate in various ad-hoc data analysis required for reporting.
Work closely with Data engineering team to identify and document process improvements, and work with Data team to set priorities and implement change.
Support Data Governance lead in enabling capacity planning, archiving and recovery strategies for master data.
Collaborate with data practitioners (Data engineering team, BI team, Data Governance team, Business stakeholders) who with others define, manage and support the entire data and analytics operations for goeasy.
Qualifications:
Bachelors level degree in technical or business discipline, or equivalent work experience.
3-5 years experience leading production support teams in a data management setting.
5-7 years experience working with large volumes of data (structured and unstructured).
Hands on experience on developing and implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing, ETL (such as SSIS) and real-time/batch data exchanges and working with related technologies.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing architecture, data mining methodologies and business intelligence.
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of RDBMS concepts with hands on experience in SQL Server, Postgres.
Proficiency in scripting, Batch, PowerShell, etc. and experience with programming languages such as .NET, Java.
Experience with Big Data Technologies (NoSQL, HDFS, Hive, Pig, Spark, Cloudera etc.) is preferred.

So What Will A Delivery Driver Do?
Be Friendly. As a Delivery Driver, our customers depend on us to deliver, assemble, and place leased items. With a keen eye and a friendly manner, you are in a great position to suggest other pieces from our line that would help their place feel more like a home.
Be Prompt. Delivery Drivers are key team members; you will have multiple deliveries and pick ups over the course of a day. It’s up to you to manage your time and get where you need to be efficiently.
Be Fit. A Delivery Driver will move and manage home furniture and electronics on a daily basis and maintain store facilities.
Be Smart. A Delivery Driver maintains safety standards in your vehicle, store, customers' homes, and on the road.
Here’s What We Are Looking for:
A valid, full, driver's license and a clean driver's abstract with no driving complaints (for the past three years)
Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy merchandise consistently on a daily basis while on a delivery
Good time management and organizational skills
A Secondary School Diploma is preferred

So, what will you do as a Financial Service Representative?
You will build superior customer sales experiences by engaging, listening and understanding the financial needs of potential customers and matching their needs to our lending solutions in a pleasurable sales environment
You will demonstrate compassion and empathy toward customers to be able to hear their story and help with the most appropriate sale of our financial services based on individual needs
You will welcome and engage customers visiting your branch location or by actively prospecting new clients through a combination marketing and outbound sales call activity with a view to achieving and exceeding branch sales targets
You will capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products by paying attention to customer needs to specifically pinpoint sales opportunities while clearly and openly communicating the terms and conditions of our financial products
Review and evaluate online financial loan applications, assess the applicants’ credit worthiness, perform financial analysis, and other risk assessments to improve quality of the sale and limit future collection items
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts, maintaining an impeccable level of service
Accurately secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and maintain information and records to limit errors
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing targeted sales environment; experience in either consumer finance or pay day loan industries is strongly preferred
Secondary school diploma is required; post-secondary education with a background in Business or a Finance is preferred
People Oriented, Enterprising and an excellent communicator with the ability to build memorable customer experiences for every financial sale
Proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook), strong keyboarding skills and an ability to learn and master new software programs
Ability to multi-task, adapt to change in a dynamic sales environment
Achievement and results oriented with a positive personality to drive sales and increase customer happiness
