A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative: 

Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations

The Manager, Platform Technology is a hands-on, delivery-focused leader who cares deeply about building stable, high-performing platforms that people can rely on every day. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the health, evolution, and performance of LendCare’s platforms—leading delivery through a blend of vendor partnerships, team leadership, and thoughtful technical oversight. You’ll play a key role in shaping platform enhancements, guiding support operations, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together. Working closely with business leaders, Technical Product, Architecture, and external partners, you’ll help bring ideas to life while championing modern engineering, quality, and DevSecOps practices.
What will you be doing?

Platform Delivery and Engineering Leadership

Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
Drive best practices using Agile and DevSecOps approaches to enable faster, more reliable delivery cycles.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, reduce technical debt, and optimize overall platform performance.
Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on platform performance, development progress, and support metrics.
Maintain high standards for quality assurance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality changes are deployed.
Act as the primary point of contact for development and QA partners, ensuring accountability, strong performance, and timely delivery.
Support a core technology roadmap that aligns IT initiatives with the business’s short- and long-term goals.

Platform Operations and Reliability
Lead the day-to-day support of enterprise platforms, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and root causes are addressed.
Support release management activities by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and minimize disruption.
Maintain clear visibility into platform issues and defects, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement in support processes.
Assist in major incident management by bringing together the right resources and supporting investigation and resolution efforts.

Integration & Solution Enablement
Oversee the planning and execution of platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.
Ensure platform documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with operational standards, including support procedures and integration specifications.

What experience do you have?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or platform-specific credentials (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are an advantage.
5–7 years of experience in platform support, software delivery, or technical vendor management within an enterprise environment.
Experience managing third-party development and support partners, including performance tracking and escalation management.
Strong understanding of enterprise platform operations, including incident management, release coordination, and integration support.
Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive resolution through collaboration and structured analysis.

  A day in the life of a Loan Document Specialist, Secured: 

Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
Manages/action requests for title search on property.
Manages/action requests for property value confirmation.
Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review.
Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.
What we are looking for: 

Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9:00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis.
A willingness to learn.
Past or current experience with the following platforms would be beneficial: Salesforce
Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills

Assist the Employee Relations team with case administration, including organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, preparing letters, and maintaining accurate case records.
Respond to general employee and leader inquiries and direct more complex matters to the appropriate HR team member.
Follow up with employees with upcoming work permit expiries and PR updates.
Maintain employee files, trackers, reports, templates, and other HR documentation.
Support the coordination and administration of employee programs and HR initiatives.
Prepare routine employee correspondence, including leave-related letters, employment confirmations, and other standard HR documents.
Complete data entry and updates within HR systems while ensuring information remains accurate and confidential.
Assist with reporting, audits, document collection, and other administrative requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes, templates, and tracking tools as well as provide feedback on company AI tools.
Provide additional administrative and project support to the broader HR team as required.
What experience do you have?

Recently completed a college diploma or university degree in Human Resources Management or a related HR program.

Customer Engagement & Sales

goeasy is looking for a Director, Project Delivery Office (PDO) who is an operational leader with deep experience progressively designing, building and scaling a centralized corporate portfolio and project delivery office. You will be responsible for driving the successful management and execution of initiatives, portfolios, programs and projects across goeasy. Reporting to the Vice President, IT Portfolio Management and Transformation, you will lead a team of seasoned Project Managers to oversee the development, management, reporting and the ultimate delivery of our portfolio and related PM functions to ensure the execution of initiatives that are critical to goeasy’s ambitious growth plans.
The Director will help evolve and align fit-for-purpose process designs and SDLC implementation methodologies (waterfall, lean/agile, hybrid) to meet stakeholder expectations, while mitigating risks across the many areas of the business. This role requires an individual who can handle large, complex programs, projects and support teams and drive decisions that hold team members at all levels of leadership accountable.
What will you be doing?

Portfolio/Project Delivery, Management and Reporting:
Lead the PDO team in proactively driving the delivery of all projects meeting time, budget and scope expectations through robust project execution principles and methodologies.
Expertly guide resources and capacity planning considering both traditional SDLC processes and emerging methods.
Maintain regular, detailed status updates on progress, activities and issues on each initiative and present to Senior Leadership and major project stakeholders.
Step in as a project manager if/when necessary.

Process Management and Design:
Actively support the organization’s process for compiling, prioritizing, monitoring and reporting all projects for various audiences and forums.
Contribute to the maturation of goeasy’s Project Delivery standards, methodologies, processes, documentation and governance.
Collaborate with Finance to help manage planning, budgeting, reporting, forecasting of the portfolio including iterative and ongoing financial processes and reviews.
Drive demand management by evaluating resource demands against the available capacity across the organization, vendors, and processes required to execute on prioritized activities.

Relationship Management:
Partner closely across the company’s Business Owners and IT Leaders.
Serve as a primary liaison between all team resources assigned to a project, IT and the Executive Team.
Maintain regular communications to an established cadence with PMs and business stakeholders to ensure necessary steps are taken to resolve obstacles and ensure project objectives are met.
Foster relationships with vendors on large organizational initiatives, ensuring that all contracts support the needs of the business, and that all suppliers meet their contractual service levels and deliverables.

Leadership:
Inspire, mentor and develop a team of program and project managers leveraging best practices to plan, manage and successfully deliver key initiatives on time and on budget.
Organize and lead regular core team and key governance forums (e.g. team stand-ups, Steering Committees) to review progress with key stakeholders.
Provide portfolio leadership and vision around departmental objectives, driving balance to deliver while fostering growth in team members’ ability to manage complex initiatives.

What experience do you have?

10+ years of cross-functional experience managing delivery in a portfolio of projects of all sizes and levels of complexity – a strong preference for experience in delivering on Software and Technology deployments.
Proven experience leading Program Management Processes that drive strategic execution with Senior Leadership.
A university degree is required with a focus in engineering or a related discipline; a PMP Designation is definitely considered an asset.
Experience managing a team of project managers who simultaneously work on multiple projects at a time with individual budgets > 1M.
Ability to manage ambitious and driven Executive stakeholders and hold them to high expectations; the ability to influence without direct authority and “punch above your weight”.
Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and financial acumen.
The ability to deal with situations where information is difficult to obtain, complex or ambiguous.
Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated agility in learning and ability to quickly become comfortable with unfamiliar businesses areas or of technologies.
Strong leadership skills, and the ability to lead teams from varied backgrounds (business, technology, operations, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to team members and top management. Extensive experience building and delivering presentations.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Reporting, the Senior Manager, Corporate Reporting will play a central role in overseeing goeasy’s corporate head office accounting and the consolidation of its Canadian businesses. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical financial reporting processes, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of results throughout each reporting cycle.
You’ll lead key components of the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, while also supporting ad hoc initiatives and projects that contribute to process improvements and business growth. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help elevate reporting capabilities and provide insights that support informed decision-making at the corporate level.
What will you be doing?

Lead the month-end financial statement close process including the consolidation, Canadian legal entity reporting and management reporting processes and ensure reporting deadlines are met and potential issues that could affect the results are resolved prior to closing the books.
Develop procedures and processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of consolidation.
Manage and ensure that proper processes are in place for the timely and accurate elimination of intercompany transactions and balances.
Manage corporate accounting including payroll and treasury accounting, among others.
Perform balance sheet and income statement analysis.
Coordinate all interactions with the external auditors to ensure support is provided and audit issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Provide support in preparing quarterly and annual regulatory requirements including the preparation of note disclosures and shareholder materials.
Support the CEO/CFO certification processes, including supporting the internal audit team in their control testing and identifying opportunities to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of controls.
Oversees the OneStream platform by managing and developing management reports and external financial reports within the platform.
Keep abreast of new accounting pronouncements and analyze their impact.
Identify and implement best practices across finance functions.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses, as required.
What experience do you have?

CPA, CA designation or equivalent is required.
Experience in public accounting is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
6+ years of experience in finance role including recent experience in accounting and consolidation, a minimum of 2 years of post-designation experience in management capacity is an asset.
Strong understanding of IFRS.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft D365, OneStream, MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
Highly analytical thinker with a team-oriented, solutions-focused approach.

A day in the life of a Billing Administration Associate: 

Manage account restructures: data entry, prepare addendums, confirm revised loan terms. 
Annotate accounts to facilitate debt sales and improve recovery efforts. 
Handle insurance claims: file tagging, liaising with insurers, and customer updates. 
Address customer inquiries via phone/email, provide accurate info, resolve concerns promptly. 
Issue administrative/financial documents: balance letters, release letters, contracts, payment schedules. 
Maintain organized records of interactions, activities, complaints, and correspondence. 
Review account files for compliance, flag discrepancies, initiate corrections. 
Prepare Ministry of Transport (MTO) documentation: contracts, bill of sales, Power of Attorney (POA), PPSA documents.

A day in the life of a Loan Processing Specialist: 

Review loan applications using Wealthview and Salesforce to approve loans to our customers across Canada 
Verify all documents and application information to ensure compliance with our internal policies and that only healthy loans are funded 
Act quickly, multitasking between several windows reviewing documents such as customer pay stubs, credit reports,bank statements, etc. exhibiting excruciating attention to detail 
Support the field through strong communication skills, ensuring customer and business needs are being met 
Identify fraudulent documents during the verification process and report these to the appropriate departments

As an Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, operating, and optimizing our cloud-based infrastructure. You’ll be part of a highly skilled team focused on delivering scalable, secure, and resilient cloud solutions.
In this role, you will manage service requests, incidents, and operational tasks across hybrid and cloud environments, supporting both Windows and Linux workloads. You will work with modern infrastructure practices, leveraging cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools to continuously improve reliability and efficiency while supporting a growing, dynamic environment.
What will you be doing?

Support day-to-day operations of our hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure, on-prem, identity platforms), ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
Manage and resolve incidents and service requests through our ITSM platform, meeting defined SLAs and continuously improving response quality.
Assist in the administration and integration of identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta) and SaaS applications (e.g., Microsoft 365).
Perform core system administration tasks including user access management, group policies, service accounts, and role-based access controls.
Support foundational network services (DNS, DHCP, VPN) and help troubleshoot connectivity issues.
Contribute to system patching, vulnerability remediation, and root-cause analysis of incidents.
Assist with provisioning and configuration of infrastructure (Windows/Linux servers, cloud resources) following defined standards.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineering, Security, and Architecture teams to support governance, compliance, and operational best practices.
Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and improvement of operational runbooks and procedures.
Identify repetitive operational tasks and support efforts to automate them using scripting (PowerShell, CLI tools).
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support incidents, changes, and project activities.
Participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support when required.
Ability to travel between sites when needed.
What experience do you have?

2+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Operations in an enterprise environment.
Associate's, bachelor's or diploma’s degree in the IT field or a related area of study.
Foundational understanding of cloud concepts (both AWS & Azure exposure is a plus).
Curiosity and exposure to emerging technologies such as generative AI and LLM-based tools, with some hands-on experimentation.
Experience with or exposure to identity platforms (Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta).
Working knowledge of Windows and/or Linux system administration.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN, IP addressing).
Familiarity with IT Service Management practices (e.g., ITIL) and ticketing systems.
Exposure to scripting or automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, or similar) is an asset.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working across infrastructure, cloud, data, and security teams.
