A day in the life of a Financial Service Representative: 

Build strong relationship by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situation and needs and matching them to a suitable financial product.
Educate and empower customers to achieve their financial goals through building their credit.
Capitalize on financial cross-sales and add-on products.
Manage collections activities for all past due financial accounts.
Secure all required information to fulfill customer applications for products and services with strong attention to detail.
What we are looking for: 

Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented, looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction. 
Experience in a customer-facing environment and comfortable interacting with customers over the phone. 
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills. 
Financially motivated sales representatives who thrive in fast-paced and competitive environments. 
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). 
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada on a full-time basis at the time of application; we are not able to provide sponsorship.
$19-$20/hour CAD

Une journée dans la vie d'un spécialiste de la livraison :

Bâtir des expériences de ventes de qualité supérieure en accueillant les clients et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
Soutenir les opérations de vente au détail en soutenant le marchandisage et l'entretien du magasin.
Fournir le meilleur service lors de la livraison de nos produits au domicile des clients.
Entretien général du camion et du magasin tous les jours.
Fournir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel tout au long du processus de déménagement et répondre aux préoccupations des clients pour assurer leur satisfaction.
Coordonner et finaliser les formalités administratives avec les clients sur place.
Ce que nous recherchons :

Permis de conduire de classe complète avec dossier conducteur en règle.
Aptitude à soulever plus de 25 kg et à déplacer de gros articles ménagers.
Excellent communicateur, axé sur les gens et les résultats, cherchant à stimuler les ventes et à accroître la satisfaction des clients.
Une expérience dans un environnement en contact direct avec les clients.
Aptitude à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler efficacement.
