A day in the life of a Loan Document Specialist:
Provide administrative support, from our Central Loan Approval Office (CLAO) to the Easy Financial branch network.
Manages/action requests for title search on property.
Manages/action requests for property value confirmation.
Prepares and sends applicable Secured Loan Documents for signing along with relevant document to branches.
Escalate any documentation issues to the Loan Processor and/or Manager for review.
Adhere to policy/procedures to ensure AML and Quality Assurance requirements are met.
Meet and maintain service levels as defined internally and work with vendors to ensure outsourced service levels are maintained or exceeded.
Assist the Central Loan Approval Office in identifying training or process opportunities.
Gather critical customer (branch) feedback to help transform and streamline processes.
What we are looking for:
Ability to work a variety of shifts from 8:00am to 9.00pm and Saturdays on a rotational basis.
A willingness to learn.
Past or current experience with the following platforms would be beneficial: Salesforce
Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, as candidates will be dealing with the retail network.
Intermediate level MS Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

Reporting to the VP Legal & Corporate Affairs, goeasy is seeking a Legal Counsel to provide legal and regulatory advice and guidance to the goeasy team on a variety of matters, including: contract review and contract lifecycle management, contract negotiation and interpretation, and compliance with all applicable laws that impact business operations.
What will you be doing?
Identifying, addressing, and managing business needs in support of strategic objectives, while providing support and triage of matters to the VP, Legal & Corporate Affairs.
Leading the legal process and review in contract lifecycle management, and collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the vendor lifecycle - including vendor selection, onboarding, contract review and approval while recommending process enhancements.
Responding to regulatory inquiries by working with business partners to understand and improve internal processes.
Leading legal reviews and providing business support in areas such as consumer protection, customer resolutions, and other relevant subject matters.
Conducting legal research on issues impacting business operations, in collaboration with the Director, Government Relations & Legal.
Building strong working relationships across all levels of the business to provide legal guidance, influence, and support - becoming a trusted advisor within the organization.
Keeping the Chief Legal Officer informed of legal issues, risks, and opportunities within your areas of responsibility.
Advising on complex legal matters and tailoring recommendations to align with business goals and public company requirements.
Monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and supporting the VP, Legal & Corporate Affairs and Chief Legal Officer in developing business-focused responses.

What experience do you have?
2–4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within a dynamic corporate legal department.
In-house legal experience supporting financial services and/or public companies is preferred.
Regulatory experience is considered an asset.
Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with demonstrated expertise in applicable areas of law.
Proven entrepreneurial mindset, with a track record of challenging the status quo and introducing innovative legal solutions and best practices.
Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, partner groups, and member organizations.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:
Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.

Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.

We are seeking an individual who will step into a critical leadership role as a Regional Manager. This role is critical to the organization supporting our Northern Ontario easyfinancial team. Direct oversight of 7-10 branches and 26-30 employees in the scope of this regional alignment.

What will you do as a Regional Manager:
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure outstanding customer service levels are provided to both external and internal customers
Handle and resolve all customer complaints promptly
Ensure adherence to customer retention procedures
Associate Development & Retention
Ensure new associates are efficiently trained
Ensure associates receive on-time performance appraisals and corresponding merit and/or promotional increases
Assist Managers with employee development and with resolving disciplinary issues

Audit locations on a timely basis to ensure compliance and execution of company policies and procedures including prevention, safety, security, marketing/merchandising programs and store appearance

goeasy is seeking a dynamic, well experienced and innovative Senior Project Manager for our Project Delivery Office who ensures that our innovative and creative projects are executed and delivered. What will you be doing?
Lead large-scale, high-risk, and complex projects by partnering with business units, technology leaders, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are well-defined, planned, and successfully delivered.
Collaborate closely with project sponsors and delivery leaders to develop comprehensive project charters, including scope, objectives, approach, success measures, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans.
Develop integrated project plans with strong financial acumen, including cost estimates, budgets, resource requirements, and schedules.
Manage project budgets and costs, providing accurate forecasts and analysis related to capitalization, amortization, and expense management.
Provide coaching and mentorship to other Project Managers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in project delivery.
Monitor and track project progress, manage variances, and communicate updates to stakeholders with clarity and transparency.
Act as the primary liaison between all project team members, IT, and business stakeholders.
Motivate project team members to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with proven effectiveness at the senior executive level.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation - with extensive experience delivering executive-level presentations.

Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
What we are looking for:
Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.
