A day in the life of a Store Manager:  

Create a vision and objective, leading your team to hit your branch and portfolio goals 
Plan schedules, administer timesheets, manage payroll, and other ad hoc administrative duties 
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email

Une journée dans la vie d'un Spécialiste des solutions clients :

Engagement des clients et ventes
Bâtir des relations clients de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
Interroger les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins financiers et personnels et leur proposer la solution financière, de location et/ou de produit de service la plus appropriée.
Communiquer de manière transparente les modalités de location et de crédit et informer les clients sur les possibilités de développement du crédit.
Maximiser les ventes de services financiers et d'articles ménagers de goeasy grâce à des méthodes telles que la vente croisée.


Gestion des comptes et recouvrement
Gérer les comptes clients, y compris l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, la mise à jour des dossiers, le traitement des versements et le suivi des comptes en souffrance.
Effectuer des tâches administratives et obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires à l'exécution des contrats de produits et de services conclus avec les clients, y compris l'évaluation de la situation financière du demandeur et de sa capacité de remboursement.

A day in the life of a Insolvency Administrator:

Manage and process Debt Management Program accounts from the creditor's perspective, ensuring timely payment reconciliation and maintaining effective communication with credit counseling agencies.
Review and process Bankruptcy and Consumer proposal correspondence and documents for all secured and unsecured accounts, including file assessments for voting purposes, filing proof claim and complete the proxy information. 
Generate a daily detailed report for accounts that are scheduled to charge off due to Consumer Proposal and Bankruptcy.
Process customer payments/dividends from various remittance streams such as Credit Counselling and Trustees.
Liaise and coordinate with Finance department to reconcile the transactions that have been processed weekly and resolve discrepancies as occurs.
Process deferral payment batch file in support of collection efforts.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to escalated Insolvency and collection issues.
Process invoices, audit financial transactions, and provide financial statements and payout statements to collection agencies.
Maintain 3rd party files, process inquires and purchase requisitions and 3rd party vendor remittance requisitions.
Assist and fulfill 3rd party collection agencies’ requests such as providing copy of media files, legal proceeding status and address balance discrepancy.
Ensure a positive customer service experience, by supporting and handling Retail network queries efficiently and effectively. 
What we are looking for: 

1 - 3 years’ experience within the Financial Services Industry in a related role.
Intermediate experience working with Microsoft products, specifically: Word, Excel & Outlook, Basic Accounting knowledge
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to think outside the box
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, as well as the ability to meet critical deadlines in a timely and effective manner

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Assist with deliveries as needed, lifting up to 50lbs and entering customer homes. 
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others. 
Valid G Class Ontario Driver's license to assist with deliveries as required. 
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)

Reporting to the Vice President, Leadership & Culture, the Senior Manager, External Communications will play a critical role in strengthening goeasy’s external voice and reputation during an important period of continued growth and visibility. This 18-month contract role will help lead the development and execution of a proactive external communications program, with a focus on media relations, corporate storytelling, issues management, executive visibility, and day-to-day reputation support.
The Senior Manager will help shape and amplify goeasy’s corporate narrative by identifying meaningful story opportunities, building strong media materials, monitoring emerging issues, coordinating timely responses, and ensuring external communications are clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned to the company’s brand, values, and business priorities.
What will you be doing?

Media Relations:
Draft and refine press releases, statements, key messages, briefing notes, Q&As, and media materials.
Triage and coordinate media inquiries, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-positioned responses.
Monitor media coverage, identify trends, and recommend opportunities to strengthen external visibility and reputation.
Manage day-to-day media relations activities and journalist engagement.

Proactive Storytelling:
Identify opportunities to communicate operational progress, strategic initiatives, business achievements, and the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives externally.
Develop and implement external communications plans that strengthen brand reputation and trust with key audiences.
Partner with internal stakeholders to gather proof points, business updates, and supporting data.
Coordinate messaging and elevate the corporate narrative in collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure consistency across stakeholder-facing communications.
Work closely with communications team colleagues to amplify external narratives across internal channels, and vice versa.
Partner with HR team members on employer brand-building programs, including supporting goeasy’s corporate LinkedIn channel.

Issues Management & Reputation Support:
Monitor emerging issues and reputational risks across traditional and social media.
Support the development of issues and crisis management plans and materials.
Help maintain issues trackers and risk monitoring processes.
Apply sound judgment in assessing reputational risk, message sensitivity, and escalation requirements.

Executive Support:
Prepare and advise executives and subject matter experts for media opportunities, including the development of briefing materials and speaking points as needed
Support executive visibility and thought leadership through speaking opportunities and strategic social media content that strengthens the company’s voice and credibility

Measurement & Reporting:
Support the development and project management of goeasy’s annual report, working cross-functionally with internal partners.
Track and report on media sentiment, coverage trends, key message pull-through, and reputational insights.
Support the development of regular reporting dashboards and external communications metrics.
Use insights from reporting and media monitoring to identify opportunities, risks, and recommendations for future external communications activity.

What experience do you have?

5+ years of corporate communications or public relations experience, with a specific focus on media relations and/or issues management.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate business updates into clear and compelling external narratives.
Understanding of the Canadian media landscape and a knack for breaking through with compelling pitches and story angles.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, respond effectively under pressure, and operate successfully in a fast-paced, highly visible environment.
Experience partnering across teams and levels, with strong collaboration and relationship management skills.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and drive execution.
Sound judgment, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Curiosity and openness to using AI and emerging tools to improve media monitoring, content development, measurement, and external communications planning.
Experience supporting communications in a regulated, publicly traded, financial services, consumer-facing, or similarly high-visibility environment is considered an asset.
Agency experience is considered an asset.

As a Bilingual Financial Sales Representative, you will support customers in both English and Quebec French, helping them understand their options, complete applications and receive the right level of service throughout their journey.
A day in the life of a Bilingual Financial Sales Representative: 

Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email, in both English and Quebec French
Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system  
Identify opportunities to offer additional valuable products and services
Provide timely, accurate and professional support to customers responding to a variety of inquiries
Comply with outlined policies and procedures, including privacy protection and AML requirements, when servicing customers and performing account maintenance
Collaborate with Sales leadership to support business unit priorities and continuous improvement
Achieve and maintain monthly sales targets and performance expectations
What we are looking for: 

Excellent proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required
Sales experience over the phone in a contact center environment is considered an asset
Working knowledge of loans and financial service products is desirable

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.

goeasy is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Channel Enablement team. Your responsibilities will be to engage Channels leadership in the development and implementation of net new initiatives, and to provide reporting, analytics, and insights on the performance of the various Channels.  This role is vital in the efficient operation of our retail businesses. As a result, it carries exposure to many senior executives and would be a great launch pad to leadership opportunities within goeasy.
What will you be doing?

Gather, maintain, and analyze a wide range of business data and reporting. This includes updating existing databases, supporting data integrity, and contributing to the development of efficient data collection and reporting processes.
Review, validate, and reconcile performance measurement data in a timely manner to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and escalate issues as appropriate.
Develop an understanding of channel operations to support reporting, forecasting, performance measurement, and P&L analysis activities.
Support target setting, incentive planning, bonus calculations, and other variable compensation programs through data analysis, reporting, validation, and process administration.
Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for business stakeholders by gathering, validating, and organizing data while identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation.
Ensure performance metrics (STIP, Balanced Scorecards, KPIs, and other measures) are calculated accurately by completing analytical reviews, reasonability checks, and data validation activities in accordance with established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Analyze performance results, identify trends and anomalies, explain findings, and investigate discrepancies through to resolution.
Respond to reporting, performance, and incentive-related inquiries from business stakeholders and frontline employees.
Identify data inconsistencies, emerging trends, and opportunities for process improvements through ongoing analysis.

Your responsibilities will be to engage Channel leadership in the development and implementation of net new initiatives, and to provide analytics and insights to the performance of multiple channels.  You’ll help shape the engine that drives our sales, collections and support teams.

What you will be doing?

Perform accurate and timely calculations of monthly bonuses and incentive payouts based on defined metrics

Gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business processes and reporting, including updating existing reports and creating new processes to manage data

3+ years of experience in incentive compensation, performance planning, sales operations or related field
Familiarity with SQL queries and BI tools are considered a strong asset
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Pivot Tables, data tools, conditional formulas, index/match, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Outlook
Analytical skills, ability to identify problem areas and identify solutions
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3-5 years in a similar role (experience in a financial services environment is a strong asset)

The Channel Communication Specialist role is a 4-month contract position that is crucial for Knowledge Management, managing frontline communications and maintaining KM’s intranet content and knowledge base. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Channel Communications & Documenation, this role writes clear and concise communications, manages intakes, updates online documentation for the goeasy frontline team. Success requires skills in communications, time management, documentation, editing for plain language, writing for online audiences, and content & version management. What will you be doing?

Receive communication intake requests, following up with stakeholders & managing entries on KM’s intake system.
Write, edit and manage the publication of weekly news stories, social posts and updates to content on the company intranet.
Provide communications and publishing support for ad hoc updates to online content, as well as projects as needed.
Conduct routine audits and maintenance of online content, online search and content management systems and catalogues.
Manage the home pages for the easyfinancial, easyhome and NSSC channels.
