About the Role:  
Design simpler customer and employee experiences. Build smarter processes. Help make goeasy easier to do business with—and easier to operate. 
The Senior Manager, Operational Experience & Process Design will help build those experiences from the inside out—designing the processes, workflows, metrics, and team routines that make goeasy easier for customers to work with and easier for our teams to run. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who loves turning operational complexity into clear, practical systems that can scale. This is a build role. You will help shape how process management works at goeasy, influence how we run the business, and create lasting impact across a growing Operations organization. You will have the mandate to create the playbook, build the team, and help make goeasy simpler, faster, and better for the customers who count on us. 
What will you be doing?

Design, build, and scale end-to-end customer and associate journeys that are simple, practical, measurable, well-controlled, and better for customers. 
Establish and maintain a prioritized improvement roadmap aligned to business strategy, customer needs, and organizational objectives. 
Apply process engineering, Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement practices to simplify work, reduce waste, improve quality, and create measurable business impact. 
Own the identification, prioritization, and delivery of process improvements thru the use of data, customer feedback, and operational insights to solution what is slowing us down, what is confusing customers, and where we can make the experience better. 
Embed change management throughout the improvement process that drive adoption, sustain improvements, and embed new ways of working across the organization. 
Lead design work on future-state operating models, customer journeys, and process architectures that support organizational growth, scalability, and strategic objectives. 
Translate pain points into practical process, workflow, control, and technology improvements that balance speed, simplicity, risk, and regulatory expectations. 
Build quality into processes through clear standards, controls, routines, metrics, and governance that make issues easier to see and easier to solve. 
Partner across Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Technology to improve how work flows across teams and identify opportunities for automation, workflow redesign, and smarter decision making.Build, lead, and develop a team of process professionals, creating a culture of customer obsession, curiosity, ownership, disciplined problem solving, and continuous improvement. 
Who you are:

5 to 10 years of experience in process management, process improvement, operations, risk management, business transformation, consulting, or a related field. 
What experience do you have?

Experience leading people, coaching teams, and building strong performance routines; experience hiring, developing, or scaling a team is an asset. 
Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies. 
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and KPIs to identify issues, measure performance, and tell a clear story about what needs to change. 
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders and frontline teams. 
A degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field; Engineering backgrounds are especially well suited to this role. 
Experience in financial services, lending, customer operations, or regulated environments is an asset; an understanding of the regulatory environment and how it impacts business processes is highly valued. 
Lean Six Sigma certification, project management certification, or similar continuous improvement credentials are considered an asset.

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and oversight of third-party collection agency accounts, ensuring accurate account placement, reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you will help drive operational excellence, support recovery performance, and contribute to delivering positive customer outcomes while safeguarding the integrity of our collections process.
A day in the life of a Third Party Collections Administrator: 

Manage the day-to-day administration of third-party collection agency accounts, ensuring accurate and timely placement, maintenance, withdrawal, and settlement processing.
Serve as a primary point of contact for internal business units and external collection agencies, responding to inquiries, resolving routine issues, and coordinating account-related activities.
Prepare, validate, and upload agency placement files while maintaining accurate account records.
Provide agencies with account-related documentation, media files, legal documentation, customer correspondence, and other supporting records required to facilitate collection activities and dispute resolution.
Monitor and process account updates, payment applications, dispute resolutions, insolvencies, recalls, and other account status changes.
Support account reconciliations, remittance reviews, invoice verification, and the accurate recording of financial transactions.
Assist with monitoring agency compliance with contractual agreements, company policies, privacy requirements, and regulatory standards.

What we are looking for: 

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in Financial Services, Collections, Recoveries, Credit Operations, or Loan Servicing.
Experience working with third-party collection agencies, law firms, debt buyers or outsourced service providers.

The Senior IT Security Advisor, Application Security plays a critical role in protecting and enabling goeasy's technology landscape. As a senior security expert, you'll lead security assessments, influence architecture decisions, and partner with teams across the organization to embed security into every stage of the development and delivery lifecycle.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping identify and manage security risks across applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networks, and strategic technology initiatives. Combining strong technical expertise with a pragmatic, risk-based approach, you'll drive security best practices, mature application security capabilities, and help ensure goeasy continues to deliver innovative solutions securely and confidently.
What will you be doing?

Lead security risk assessments for applications, infrastructure, cloud, network, and enterprise technology initiatives using ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and internal security standards to identify, assess, document, and communicate security risks and remediation strategies.
Conduct security architecture and design reviews to ensure solutions align with organizational security standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Perform threat modelling, vulnerability analysis, and impact assessments to identify risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Partner with engineering, infrastructure, architecture, and business teams to provide security guidance throughout project lifecycles.
Present security findings, risk recommendations, and remediation plans to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Champion Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices, including secure coding standards, shift-left security, automated testing, and CI/CD integration.

Manage third-party application security testing activities, validate findings, and drive remediation efforts based on risk.

What experience do you have?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field; postgraduate education is considered an asset.
8+ years of Information Security experience, including 5+ years specializing in Application Security, Security Architecture, Security Risk Assessments, and Threat Modeling within complex enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of secure software development practices (SSDLC), DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, secure coding principles, and modern application security frameworks.
Hands-on experience with application security testing and vulnerability management, including SAST, SCA, DAST, penetration testing, and API security.
Deep understanding of cloud, infrastructure, network, and web application security, including OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities and remediation methodologies.
Experience leading cross-functional security initiatives, influencing technical and business stakeholders, and working within regulated environments such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, SOX, and/or Bill 198.
Experience with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms is required; previous Information Security Architect experience, programming/scripting experience (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go, Apex, or R), and Linux/Unix administration are considered strong assets.
Professional certifications including CISSP (required). Additional certifications such as CRISC, CSSLP, CCSP, CISM, OSCP, or GPEN are considered assets.

What will you be doing?

What experience do you have?

7 to 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with experience leading and managing a high-performing function in a medium to large organization.
University or college degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience managing a high-volume recruitment function, along with strong experience leading corporate and executive recruitment.
A combination of agency and in-house experience is ideal.
Demonstrated team leadership and people management, with a track record of developing talent and building capability within teams.
Experience developing and executing talent acquisition strategies, with the ability to adapt based on business needs and market conditions.
Strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships and establish trust, credibility, and influence with stakeholders.

The Director, Real Estate & Facilities is responsible for leading goeasy’s real estate, construction, and facilities strategy across our retail networks. This role provides strategic oversight of site selection, lease management, store development, facilities operations, and portfolio optimization initiatives while leading a team responsible for the successful execution of construction projects, maintenance programs, and real estate activities.
The Director will partner closely with Retail Operations, Finance, Marketing, Merchandising, and Executive Leadership to ensure the organization’s physical footprint supports growth objectives, customer experience, operational effectiveness, and long-term business performance. This leader will play a key role in shaping the future retail network by balancing growth opportunities, customer needs, operational requirements, and financial performance.
What will you be doing?

Real Estate Strategy & Portfolio Optimization:
Lead the development and execution of the enterprise real estate strategy across the retail networks.
Provide strategic oversight of the retail portfolio, including site selection, lease negotiations, renewals, relocations, and store closures across approximately 400 locations.
Drive portfolio optimization initiatives to improve occupancy costs, operational efficiency, and long-term value.
Evaluate market opportunities and provide recommendations related to retail footprint planning, expansion, consolidation, and investment decisions.
Partner with Finance and Executive Leadership to support long-range planning, capital allocation, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Construction, Store Development & Retail Network Planning:
Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all store development initiatives, including new store openings, relocations, renovations, and closures.
Lead and develop the Construction & Store Development team, ensuring priorities, resources, and project execution align with business objectives.
Establish governance, standards, and project delivery frameworks to support successful execution of construction and capital projects.
Partner with Retail Operations and key stakeholders to evolve store formats, design standards, and customer experience initiatives.
Oversee project portfolio performance, including budgets, timelines, risks, and overall delivery.
Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including landlords, contractors, consultants, and developers.

Facilities, Fleet & Operational Services:
Provide strategic oversight of facilities operations across retail locations, corporate offices, and contact centre environments.
Lead facilities maintenance programs, service delivery standards, and vendor performance to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, lease obligations, and applicable building standards.
Provide oversight of the company's fleet program, including vehicle acquisition, utilization, lifecycle planning, vendor management, and cost optimization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational effectiveness, service quality, and cost management.

Vendor, Financial & Team Leadership:
Lead vendor sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and strategic partnerships across real estate, facilities, construction, and fleet services.
Establish vendor governance and performance management practices to ensure accountability, service excellence, and value creation.
Develop and manage departmental operating and capital budgets while identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership on portfolio performance, capital projects, operational initiatives, and strategic priorities.

What experience do you have?

Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams in a complex and evolving environment.
Experience managing multi-site retail portfolios within a retail, franchise, or consumer-facing environment.
Strong understanding of commercial leasing, site selection, lease negotiations, and landlord management.
Experience leading construction, renovation, and store development programs.
Knowledge of facilities management, maintenance operations, and vendor oversight.
Demonstrated ability to manage operating budgets, capital expenditures, contracts, and real estate investments.
Strong project management, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Professional designations such as PMP, CPM, FMA, RPA, or related certifications are considered an asset.
