Vos responsabilités incluent (mais ne sont pas limitées à) :
Superviser, gérer les performances et motiver une équipe de spécialistes du traitement des prêts et de spécialistes principaux du traitement des prêts en fournissant une formation et des conseils quotidiens.
Assister le Senior Manager, CLAO, dans la planification et l'organisation du flux de travail au sein du Bureau central d'approbation des prêts afin de garantir que les attentes de l'entreprise sont satisfaites.
Jouer un rôle clé dans les domaines du recrutement, de la fidélisation, de l'encadrement et du développement de l'équipe CLAO.
Veiller à ce que tous les besoins en personnel soient satisfaits.
Superviser les niveaux de file d'attente et les délais de traitement afin de garantir une efficacité adéquate.
Identifier, évaluer et recommander des modifications aux politiques, procédures et/ou processus de travail existants.
Diriger les efforts de gestion du changement afin de mettre en œuvre les modifications des politiques, des procédures ou des processus de travail.
Appliquer une connaissance et une compréhension détaillées des politiques et des procédures décrites dans les règles de souscription des prêts.
Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles politiques et procédures (et à la modification de celles qui existent) dans un environnement réel, de manière fluide, afin de ne pas perturber le déroulement des opérations.

Une expérience dans la gestion du personnel est obligatoire

Vous disposez d'un niveau élevé de connaissances informatiques, d'un niveau de compétence intermédiaire à avancé dans la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word et Outlook).

Vos responsabilités incluent (mais ne sont pas limitées à) :
Superviser, gérer les performances et motiver une équipe de spécialistes du traitement des prêts et de spécialistes principaux du traitement des prêts en fournissant une formation et des conseils quotidiens.
Assister le Senior Manager, CLAO, dans la planification et l'organisation du flux de travail au sein du Bureau central d'approbation des prêts afin de garantir que les attentes de l'entreprise sont satisfaites.
Jouer un rôle clé dans les domaines du recrutement, de la fidélisation, de l'encadrement et du développement de l'équipe CLAO.
Veiller à ce que tous les besoins en personnel soient satisfaits.
Superviser les niveaux de file d'attente et les délais de traitement afin de garantir une efficacité adéquate.
Identifier, évaluer et recommander des modifications aux politiques, procédures et/ou processus de travail existants.
Diriger les efforts de gestion du changement afin de mettre en œuvre les modifications des politiques, des procédures ou des processus de travail.
Appliquer une connaissance et une compréhension détaillées des politiques et des procédures décrites dans les règles de souscription des prêts.
Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles politiques et procédures (et à la modification de celles qui existent) dans un environnement réel, de manière fluide, afin de ne pas perturber le déroulement des opérations.

What you will do
Identify, address and manage the business’ needs in support of strategic objectives; providing support and triage of matters to the Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs
Lead legal process and review in the area of vendor management and work with cross functional teams across the vendor lifecycle, including new vendor selection, onboarding, contract review and approval; develop and enhance vendor management processes
Lead legal review in the areas of: consumer protection, privacy, and customer resolutions
Conduct legal research on areas impacting the business, working in conjunction with the Director, Government Relations
Develop a strong and effective working relationship with all levels of Management in order to provide proper direction, influence and counsel with respect to legal matters; the incumbent should grow their sphere of influence
Apprise the Chief Legal Officer of issues, opportunities and threats related to legal items that arise
Advise on complex legal matters and effectively tailor recommendations and solutions to meet business goals as outlined by the Senior Leadership Team and as applicable to a publicly traded company
Identify opportunities and issues that arise, and support the Director, Legal & Corporate Affairs, and Chief Legal Officer in providing creative and business-oriented options and solutions to all levels of Management
Support existing and new service offerings, mergers and acquisitions, partnership and sponsorship initiatives and proposals that may evolve through strategic planning or in the normal course of goeasy’s growing business model
Support the Chief Legal Officer in the areas of corporate governance and corporate policies
Support legal proceedings, whether by or against the company, to safeguard the legitimate interest of the company
Provide practical and pragmatic legal opinions covering a wide range of functional areas as required
Support the Legal & Corporate Affairs group in the maintenance and administration of all corporate records and registrations, particularly in the context of a public company with operations in all provinces
What you bring
2-4 years of working experience, preferably in a dynamic corporate legal department
Combination of in-house experience supporting financial services and/or a public company will be preferred
Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario, with demonstrated expertise in all relevant areas of the law
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and is not afraid to challenge the status quo and introduce opportunities/ solutions and best practices that enhance the Company’s objectives
Superior relationship building skills and proven success in connecting with different functional areas, partner groups and member groups
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Confident and pro-active self-starter, skilled in taking initiative, assessing requirements, coming up with plans and taking the lead when implementing a solution or recommendation
Sound judgment and strong decision-making skills with an ability to be a person of influence to the executive team

You will be part of our Data Strategy and Engineering team to architect large scale data driven engagements and provide direction as the subject matter expert in Azure, AWS and SQL Server Data architecture. You will orchestrate the development of architectural standards, patterns, and frameworks at goeasy. What experience do you have?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data solutions on Azure Data Lake and AWS.
Strong understanding of cloud services and data architecture principles.
Proficiency in data integration and ETL concepts and practical experience with cloud technologies.
Knowledge of data storage and processing technologies in Azure, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Lake Analytics, and Azure Synapse Analytics and legacy SQL Data Warehouse.
Experience in migration projects from On Prem to Azure Cloud Services (Data Lake/Synapse).
Experience with data transformation and data preparation tools and techniques.
Knowledge of data security and compliance practices in the Azure cloud environment.
Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management tools and practices.
Azure certifications related to data and analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database design, implementation, and administration.
Proficiency in SQL programming, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.

What experience do you have?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Architect or Data Engineer with hands-on experience in designing and implementing data solutions on Azure Data Lake and AWS.
Strong understanding of cloud services and data architecture principles.
Proficiency in data integration and ETL concepts and practical experience with cloud technologies.
Knowledge of data storage and processing technologies in Azure, including Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Lake Analytics, and Azure Synapse Analytics and legacy SQL Data Warehouse.
Experience in migration projects from On Prem to Azure Cloud Services (Data Lake/Synapse).
Experience with data transformation and data preparation tools and techniques.
Knowledge of data security and compliance practices in the Azure cloud environment.
Familiarity with data cataloging and metadata management tools and practices.
Azure certifications related to data and analytics (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.
In-depth knowledge of SQL Server database design, implementation, and administration.
Proficiency in SQL programming, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
