This is a business-to-consumer role to help assist LendCare customers with any questions and support regarding their personal loans. The successful individual would have a customer service background and enjoy working in a professional team environment.
Responsibilities:

Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs.
Drive Sales and Retention: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer retention and satisfaction.
Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.

Requirements:

Fluent in English and French
2-3 years experience working inbound sales roles is preferred
Financial services background is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bilingue en anglais et en français

We are seeking a dedicated Coordinator to join our Asset Reovery and Remarketing team at LendCare. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and enhancing relationships with our vendors while ensuring that the company's best interests are always at the forefront. Your quick and decisive actions on inventory matters will contribute to the effective and efficient turnover of company assets. Working in concert with fellow team members, yet capable of making autonomous decisions, you will thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Conduct daily reviews of active inventory to ensure optimal turnover and profitability.
Review and approve condition reports for vehicles to ensure readiness for liquidation.
Data entry and basic report management on Excel.
Validate and confirm required documentation is on file.
Collaborate with the senior members of the team to liaise with vendors and partners.
Adhere to established procedures, contributing to the refinement of our workflow for peak efficiency.
Take on additional administrative duties, supporting the broader objectives of the department.
Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, for managing data with precision.
Organized and attentive, with the ability to spot fine details and maintain order.
Capable of managing and prioritizing competing tasks to meet critical deadlines.
Professional experience within the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle Condition Reports are ideal.
Solid grasp of the remarketing process from start to finish is a plus.

We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual Employee Relations (HR) Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. What will you be doing?

Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.

The Manager, Credit Card Processes (Business Processes) will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and ongoing management of business processes that support the delivery and optimization of the credit card portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to lead our Legal Collections operations for our LendCare subsidiary. This role involves managing personnel, optimizing department performance, and ensuring compliance with current legislation. The successful candidate will drive legal collection initiatives and support team members in achieving and exceeding targets.
*This is a contract position for at least 12 months.
Responsibilities:
Personnel Management

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.
Identify and address training needs; provide ongoing support to team members.
Legal Collections and Initiatives

Lead initiatives to encourage legal collections and generate new ideas to increase recoveries
Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds monthly legal collection targets.
Oversee monthly legal collections and commission calculations.
Department Coordination

Facilitate communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure consistency.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance departmental efficiency and productivity.
Performance Monitoring

Monitor and report on department and team performance to the Director, Legal.
Provide constructive feedback to team members and assist with task overflow.
Manage departmental workflow to ensure all deadlines are met.
Compliance and Legal Research

Ensure all activities comply with company policies and current legislation.
Conduct and complete legal research as needed.
 Reporting and Documentation

Create and maintain comprehensive departmental reports.
Requirements:

Must have people management experience
At least 3 years' experience in Collections
Paralegal Diploma or Certificate is a highly desired asset
Small Claims Court experience is a plus
Excellent computer skills and the ability to adapt to company systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to work well under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines
Valid driver’s license and vehicle for court appearances if needed (mileage reimbursed)

About the Opportunity:
This is a challenging role that requires accuracy while maintaining SLA targets in a fast-paced environment. Rotational support is required as we cover all hours across Canada.

Manage Salesforce tickets, collections support and other various duties as required
Handle ticket escalations during operating hours (weekdays and weekends)
Liaise with the Retail Network to identify potential opportunities for training and process improvement
Providing customer service, coaching and support to the retail network
Processing adjustments to customer’s loan accounts as required – frequency changes, due date changes, interest waives, NSF fee waivers, loan voids, etc. within established SLA’s
Providing back up coverage to other peers within the Central Operations Department
Ensure that the systems are used to their full capacity and constantly seek improvements, modifications and changes to further improve the efficiencies of the organization
Ensuring all processes/and or tasks are fully documented and/or maintained. Meet and or exceed SLA's as defined
Any administrative and customer service support as required for the Indirect Channel
