Role Overview:
Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the Head of Automotive Finance is a key leadership role within the organization. This position will spearhead the strategic growth and development of the automotive financing division, driving profitability and market share across Canada. Additionally responsible for strategy, growth and leadership of the ancillary product sales team, unsecured personal lending and auto repair financing product verticals for Canada. The automotive vertical is the largest and fastest growing vertical in the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Automotive Operations, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle, adjudication process. They will also bring a strong track-record of delivering on ambitious in-year & multi-year revenue targets for growth of the portfolio to maintain the overall growth strategy for goeasy.

Inside Sales — anciliary sales team, direct to consumer sales with existing customer base

Responsibilities (not limited to):
Strategic Vision & Execution:
Define and drive the long-term strategic roadmap for the automotive finance division, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and market dynamics.
Lead transformational initiatives to modernize operations, optimize customer experience, and enhance competitive positioning.
Sales, Partnerships & Growth:
Cultivate and expand high-impact relationships with dealer networks, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), fintech partners, and industry stakeholders to accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Negotiate and secure strategic alliances that unlock new distribution channels and product offerings.
Leadership & Organizational Development:
Build, inspire, and lead a high-performing, cross-functional team across sales, credit, operations, and product development.
Champion a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, with a focus on talent development and succession planning.
Product Innovation & Market Expansion:
Spearhead the development and launch of differentiated financial products tailored to evolving consumer and dealer needs, including digital and sub-prime solutions.
Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends to proactively identify new business opportunities and mitigate risks.
Financial Stewardship & Risk Management:
Oversee P&L performance, ensuring sustainable growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all channels.
Establish and enforce robust credit risk frameworks, underwriting standards, and compliance protocols, particularly within sub-prime lending.
Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement:
Present strategic plans, performance metrics, and market insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders.
Serve as a key spokesperson and thought leader for the automotive finance division, both internally and externally.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in automotive finance leadership, with at least 5 years in sub-prime lending.
Proven track record of managing large-scale lending portfolios and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of credit risk, underwriting practices, in sub-prime markets.
Experience with dealer networks, indirect lending, and digital finance platforms.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
Deep understanding of federal and provincial regulatory frameworks governing automotive lending, including consumer protection laws, data privacy, and anti-money laundering (AML) compliance preferred.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Divisional Vice-President (DVP) to lead and own continued and sustainable profitable growth of Division 1 retail financial services portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Vice-President, easyfinancial Retail, the DVP will provide strategic leadership and coaching to a team of 8 Regional Managers and approximately 73 branch locations across British Columbia, Alberta & Saskatchewan.
The ideal candidate will work out of our Corporate Mississauga office 2 days per week to maximize on strategic relationship building & partnerships required to propel forward progress within the retail network. The DVP will create and maintain an environment of peak performance, excellent sales and customer service, strong collections execution; and be accountable for the P&L of their respective Division including all revenue and costs, and for achieving financial goals and targets. They will be tasked to ensure consistent process execution across all retail locations, and for coaching, training, and mentoring within the Division – and to bring best practices back to leadership centrally. This individual will have an exceptional grasp of the consumer finance & retail landscape in Canada including environmental/geographic drivers and will possess a good understanding of domestic and global retail trends.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Lead and communicate a shared vision for Division 1, building morale and clarity across all branch teams, with regular in-person engagement at Mississauga HQ to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Influence and persuade regional managers and branch teams to adopt best practices, drive change initiatives, and achieve divisional goals through effective communication and relationship-building.

Qualifications:
A strong retail background that includes aggressive and targeted portfolio and outlet growth.
A minimum of 5-10 years of proven success in a multi-location retail management role, with a strong operational and systems background – a key differentiator to early success would be someone who develops a systematic approach to review KPIs and target areas of concern within their division.
Experience/depth in alternative financial services.
Demonstrated strategic leadership with ability to develop comprehensive retail/financial service growth strategies.
Proven ability to build, inspire, lead, motivate and sustain high performing teams.
Displays effectiveness as a multi-unit operations leader by achieving through others and holding team members accountable.

goeasy is seeking an IT Vendor Management Analyst to bolster our IT Vendor Management Office (VMO). Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Vendor Management, you'll review data, escalate trends, and ensure top-tier customer service while mitigating risks associated with key vendors. Understanding goeasy’s vendor policies, you'll assist in contract compliance, lifecycle management, and optimizing third-party spend.
What will you be doing?
Maintain third-party IT vendor relationships by reviewing and analyzing vendor intake, escalating and following up on unresolved issues, and participating in necessary vendor meetings.
Analyze service level agreements, ensuring compliance with internal policies, understanding contractual terms, and providing input on contract changes and business-impact assessments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to align objectives, manage risks, and support business requirements.
Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process, attending meetings and coordinating RFP activities.
Analyze and upload executed service level agreements in the contract lifecycle management tool, ensuring timely reporting and addressing notifications and termination notices.
Analyze documentation related to vendor management processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and collaborate with the Manager, IT Vendor Management for updates.
Assist in monitoring internal and external environments for business opportunities and changes.
Transfer knowledge, assist in ensuring vendors meet defined requirements and goals, and stay updated on market trends.
Support IT vendor governance framework by organizing quarterly review meetings for key IT vendors.
Analyze key trends in global supply and industry, recommending modifications to accommodate regulatory, legislative, or industry changes.
What experience do you have?
Post-secondary education in Contract Administration, Business Administration, Commerce or Financial Management, or an equivalent program.
3 - 5 years of experience in vendor management and/or project management in an Information Technology Procurement function is preferred.
Adept in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and competitive price analysis.
Well-developed negotiation and conflict management skills, with the ability to ensure vendors adhere to contract terms, operations service support and service delivery.
Experience establishing and maintaining reporting performance standards and processes including supplier performance scorecards.
Knowledge of current technologies and services such as Software-as-a-Service (SAAS), Cloud and Outsourcing.

A day in the life of a Secured Legal Account Manager:
Collect and action legal support on all Secured Personal Loans 60-180 days past due. Including managing inbound and outbound collection calls, emails, texts, etc.
Prepare, email, and sail soft demands on Secured Personal Loans that become 30+ days past due.
Prepare demand letters and engage/manage third-party law firm vendors to hand deliver the demands when Secured Personal Loan becomes 60+ days past due.
Review 90+ days past due Secured Personal Loans, to recommend and action hard demands once approved.
Manage all incoming Secured Personal Loan mail including notice of sales, property tax arrears, condominium arrears, and other legal notices received through email and mail. Action each notice accordingly including opening a file in our third-party vendors portal as per each type of legal notices requirement.
Manage the funded Secured Personal Loan portfolio through the lender in priority power of sale/foreclosure process, up until the home is sold, and our Secured Personal Loan lien is discharged from title.
Provide funded Secured Personal Loan payouts when legal fees are incurred to recover these fees at time of pay out.
Manage the funded Secured Personal Loan legal files, including skip tracing, submitting for judgment, and eventual garnishment when warranted and approved by your manager.
Coordinate communication with third-party vendors/law firms on funded Secured Personal Loan legal files, manage timely file closures and invoice payments, and follow up on outstanding recovery payments to prevent unnecessary charges.
Manage document compiling for Title Insurance and/or Fire Insurance claims.
Preparation of weekly legal submissions report.
Provide legal support and direction to the branches and collections department.
What we are looking for:
1-2 years in a similar role would be considered an asset.
Post-secondary education in related field would be considered an asset.
Knowledge of mortgage products and their unique legal requirements is an asset.
Collections or court clerk experience would be an asset.

We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Automated Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Manager, QA and UAT, and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, implement scalable frameworks, and support testing across multiple platforms. You’ll also play a key role in defect reporting, regression testing, and providing timely progress updates throughout the testing lifecycle
What will you be doing?
Review business requirements, user stories, and issue logs; clarify ambiguities to ensure testing conditions are well understood.
Design, enhance, debug, and execute automation scripts.

We're looking for a Tax Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with complex data, and is passionate about ensuring compliance in a fast-paced environment. In this position, you'll play a key role in supporting tax compliance, reporting, and planning activities, including preparing tax filings, assisting with provision calculations, supporting audits, and conducting research to ensure adherence to federal and provincial tax regulations.
What will you be doing?
Gather, analyze, and reconcile data required for tax compliance.
Review corporate income tax filings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Support the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions.
Prepare monthly and annual HST / PST returns and ensure timely payments.
Prepare supporting documentation, analyze general tax ledger activity, and perform reconciliations and variance analysis of tax-related accounts.
Assist with preparing tax-related disclosures for financial statements.
Support income and indirect tax audits and work directly with CRA and other tax authority auditors.
Respond to inquiries from external auditors and tax authorities as required.
Maintain accurate tax records and support internal control processes.
Research changes in tax laws and regulations to assess potential impacts on the company.
Assist with the implementation of tax planning strategies and process improvements.
Participate in special projects and perform ad-hoc analysis as needed.
What experience do you have?
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate tax is preferred.
Knowledge of Canadian tax reporting and filing processes is considered an asset.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and automate manual processes.
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
