We are seeking an energetic, hardworking, and motivated Bilingual (English/French) Human Resources Specialist to join our team. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, the Bilingual Employee Relations Specialist is primarily responsible for directly partnering with Management across the company to drive a consistent approach to interpretation and application of Company policies and practices while providing end-to-end support for corrective action and performance improvement processes. This individual needs to possess a strong understanding of company policies, procedures and employment law, while operating with respect, trust and integrity.
What will you be doing?
Providing high-quality consultation to management across the organization on strategies and approaches to manage complex employee issues.
Conducting employee investigations independently or in liaison with the internal Branch Audit team in accordance with company standards; professionally documenting findings and recommendations for appropriate resolution for review by Senior Leadership while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Overseeing and supporting the management team with performance management activities, including performance issues, progressive discipline/corrective action up to and including termination. This includes creating and/or reviewing documentation to support performance discussions (Written Warnings, Performance Improvement Plans, etc.).
Supporting the execution of ongoing HR initiatives such as the annual performance review process and employee engagement events.
Managing employee leaves of absence, return-to-work plans, and accommodation requests.
Actively supporting HR projects as they arise and continuously improving HR practices.
Coordinating with the management team on Health & Safety matters, including workplace injury situations.
Assisting employees and management with the interpretation of company policies and responding to inquiries and concerns.
Providing ongoing coaching and guidance to management to enhance their people management capabilities.
Maintaining current knowledge of and ensuring compliance with provincial employment laws.
Partnering with other teams within human resources to leverage employee relations insights to enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What experience do you have?
University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years of Human Resources experience.
Fluent in English and French is required
Strong knowledge of provincial Employment Standards legislation, Human Rights, Health and Safety legislation, and other applicable employment laws.
Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution.
Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment, and sensitivity in dealing with employee situations.
Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
Experience dealing with various levels of stakeholders across the company.
Advanced computer skills, with expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).

As the Senior Manager, Technology Business Management, reporting to the Director of IT Planning and Transformation, you will be a strategic and operational partner to the CIO and the IT Leadership Team. In this highly visible role, you’ll play a pivotal part in executing goeasy’s technology strategy and operations.
Your focus will be on driving operational excellence across IT by establishing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure progress, effectiveness, and the impact of IT’s strategic and operational plans. You’ll oversee strategic investments, initiative tracking, resource planning, and governance routines - ensuring IT execution is disciplined, transparent, and aligned with corporate priorities, all through a lens tailored to the needs of IT leadership.
While this role sits within the IT department due to the specialized knowledge required in technology operations, resource and capacity planning, and delivery models (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and Product vs. Project Management), you’ll also collaborate cross-functionally. Your work will ensure IT initiatives and investments are aligned with enterprise-wide business and financial frameworks - month by month, week by week, and day by day, in a rolling and adaptive manner.
What will you be doing?
Strategic and Operational Planning, Reporting, and Forecasting
Driving a rolling and adaptive planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting process that produces accurate, timely, and compelling artifacts for strategic initiatives, key investments, and technology support needs.
Supporting IT Leadership in prioritizing and aligning initiatives with corporate objectives and available resources.
Coordinating across IT domains, SMEs, and stakeholders to gather cost estimates and consolidate the strategic and operational plan.
Developing and maintaining a 3-year proforma forecast for the project portfolio, backlog, and associated operating/tail costs.
Preparing executive-level materials to support the CIO and IT Leadership in forums up to and including the Board of Directors.
Shaping and owning the narrative behind IT’s KPIs and performance metrics.
Performance Management and KPI Reporting
Defining, maintaining, and evolving a comprehensive set of IT-specific KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics across financial health, delivery execution, technology operations, and resource utilization.
Implementing frameworks for service costing and value realization to ensure transparency in IT expenditures.
Reporting regularly on portfolio health, initiative performance, delivery velocity, tech debt reduction, and resource capacity modeling.
Providing insights to guide IT’s evolution across cost centers, potential revenue centers, and KPI centers (e.g., OPEX vs. CAPEX, Run vs. Grow vs. Transform).
Communicating portfolio and operational risks and opportunities with a deep understanding of technology drivers.
Proactively improving operations, processes, and policies to align technology KPIs with business outcomes.
Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure IT metrics are clearly represented in enterprise-wide reports and scorecards.
Optimizing technology investments by identifying opportunities to improve unit costs while balancing cost and quality.
Partnering with IT and business leaders to support aligned, data-driven decision-making.
IT Planning, Cost Optimization & Governance
Partnering with Finance to manage IT’s capital and operating budgets with strategic alignment and financial discipline.
Enhancing cost transparency and reporting to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Implementing cost optimization initiatives to align spending with strategic goals.
Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analyses to interpret costs and identify risks, opportunities, and resolution strategies.
Supporting Finance in aligning capitalization definitions and ensuring accurate P&L and Balance Sheet reporting.
Developing compelling business cases, investment narratives, and KPI drivers to support IT’s financial planning.
Monitoring spend across IT’s project portfolio and operating budgets, coordinating with SMEs and PMs to manage variances, forecasts, accruals, and milestones.
Supporting Finance’s “IT as a Business Unit” model by operationalizing policies, controls, and governance routines for spend tracking and audit compliance.
What experience do you have?
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA and/or PMP certification is considered a strong asset.
Bringing 5+ years of progressive management experience in technology strategy, operations, and leadership.
Supporting senior technology executives with planning, performance reporting, financial management, and business case development.
Understanding IT organizational dynamics, including centralized and federated service delivery models, investment management, and portfolio/project management principles.
Managing IT budgets and modeling cost structures (e.g., Run vs. Grow vs. Transform), while tracking and interpreting KPIs.
Building trusted relationships and influencing stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
Applying strong analytical and communication skills to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Demonstrating advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g., financial modeling, DCF, ROI, IRR, NPV) and creating impactful presentations using PowerPoint.
Utilizing report visualization tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Microsoft D365, OneStream, and ERP financial systems; familiarity with PPM tools is a plus.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice-President, Treasurer is a critical senior leadership role at goeasy, driving the financial strategy that fuels our high-growth trajectory. This hands-on executive will lead the company’s treasury operations, optimize liquidity and capital structures, and spearhead capital markets initiatives to ensure goeasy maintains the financial strength and flexibility needed to scale.

Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Management & Liquidity Optimization
Lead the company’s treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, and capital allocation.
Oversee and enhance treasury governance, including policies related to capital management, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and asset securitization.
Develop and manage financial models for cash flow forecasting, ensuring optimal funding structures and alignment with business growth.
Direct corporate cash management, including investment of excess funds, short-term borrowing, and cash flow management.
Implement FX hedging strategies and manage non-domestic denominated debt, hedge positions, and associated cash flows.
Maintain a deep understanding of yield profiles, bank covenants, and treasury operations, ensuring strong alignment with rating agencies and financial institutions.
Leverage advanced data analysis and financial modeling (including complex spreadsheets) to assess funding requirements and risk scenarios.
Capital Markets & Funding Strategy
Oversee capital markets activities, including debt financing, securitization, and structured transactions.
Manage relationships with banks, lenders, credit rating agencies, and other financial institutions.
Work closely with the CFO on securing funding, including debt issuances and alternative financing structures.
Assess and execute funding strategies to support the company’s $1B+ annual book growth, ensuring we don’t overextend our balance sheet or liquidity position.
Drive scenario planning and stress testing to evaluate potential risks associated with market shifts and interest rate fluctuations.
Financial Strategy & Risk Management
Lead short- and long-term capital planning, providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements related to treasury operations.
Monitor market trends, interest rates, and macroeconomic factors that may impact the company’s capital structure.
Qualifications:
8-10+ years of experience in Treasury, ideally within a publicly traded company or financial institution.
4+ years of experience at a senior leadership level (Managing Director, VP+).
Extensive experience in capital markets, with exposure to areas including debt financing, securitization and/or structured transactions.
Extensive experience managing treasury functions, debt/equity issuance, and liquidity optimization.
Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in capital allocation strategies.
Deep understanding of yield profiles, bank covenants, and liquidity management, with a track record of securing innovative funding solutions.
Experience working with rating agencies and financial institutions to align treasury strategy with corporate creditworthiness.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA, CPA, CA, or CFA preferred.
Proven track record of executing capital markets transactions and managing financial structures.
Ability to balance aggressive growth ambitions with financial discipline, ensuring sustainable funding strategies for a rapidly expanding portfolio.

As a Senior IAM Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access management solutions. Your deep understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices will ensure the security and integrity of our information systems. You'll work closely with IT and business teams to make sure the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times for the right reasons.
What will you be doing?
Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and services, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance.
Architect and implement Okta solutions to manage user identities and access across various applications and systems within the organization.
Utilize Okta workflows to create and manage automated provisioning solutions for on-premises and SaaS-based applications.
Develop and maintain automated processes for user provisioning and identity lifecycle management using programming languages like PowerShell, JSON, and Python.
Manage, administer, and maintain the on-prem BeyondTrust environment, ensuring its integration and functionality within the broader IAM framework.
Design and implement identity governance solutions to manage user access rights and ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Design and implement CIAM solutions such as Auth0 and B2C to manage customer identities, ensuring seamless and secure access to digital products and services.
Run periodic campaigns to conduct access reviews and audits to identify and remediate inappropriate access and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with IT and business units to understand their access requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Integrate BeyondTrust solutions with other security systems such as SIEM, multi-factor authentication, and identity management platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and enhance system performance.
Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and act as an IAM subject matter expert within the organization.
Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends to improve security posture and operational efficiency.
Work with vendors and external partners to integrate third-party systems with the organization’s IAM framework.
Document IAM processes and maintain detailed records of system configurations and changes.
Participate in a rotation to deliver after-hours support for IAM solutions and technologies.
What experience do you have?
Post-secondary education in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
7+ years in IAM engineering with tools like Okta, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, Auth0, and B2C.
5+ years in IAM governance, focusing on identity lifecycle management, access provisioning, reviews, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WS-Federation).
Extensive experience with Okta workflows for automated provisioning.
Proven skills in automating user provisioning and identity lifecycle management using PowerShell, JSON, and Python.
Strong knowledge of directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories.
Experience with scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes.
Strong IT security and risk management practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Availability for on-call duties and out-of-hours support.
Preferred certifications: CISSP or IAM-specific certifications.

Role Overview
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Corporate Communications plays a mission-critical role in shaping and sharing goeasy’s compelling story with employees, investors, media, government stakeholders, and the broader public. With a passion for strategic communications and a flair for storytelling, this individual will leverage goeasy’s award-winning culture and high-performing business to amplify the brand and enhance the organization’s reputation in the Canadian business landscape.
This role goes beyond traditional internal and external communications. The VP of Corporate Communications will be a key partner to senior leaders and a strategic advisor in the development and execution of communications strategies that support:
Investor Relations – translating business performance and corporate strategy into compelling narratives that resonate with shareholders and the broader investor community.
Public Relations – protecting and promoting goeasy’s brand through integrated campaigns and impactful media engagement.
Government Relations –supporting the company’s voice in regulatory and legislative matters through cohesive messaging and support of stakeholder engagement.
Corporate Brand & Reputation – ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and values across all platforms and audiences, building long-term brand equity and trust.
This leader will bring an entrepreneurial spirit and a builder mindset, eager to scale a high-impact communications function that aligns with goeasy’s purpose-driven mission. They will lead a bright, agile team and work in lockstep with leaders across the business, especially in investor relations, marketing, legal, and public affairs, to amplify goeasy’s positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
Develop and execute an enterprise-wide internal communications strategy to inform, align, and inspire our 2,600+ employees across Canada.
Own goeasy’s corporate intranet, including governance, content strategy, and digital engagement.
Produce and manage all internal broadcasts and communications including town halls, CEO messages, leadership updates, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Spearhead's the organization's efforts to have all communications accessible and available in French language - to engage employees, customers, and other key exernal stakeholders
Serve as the communications partner to the Office of the CEO - overseeing the development of all internal and external executive communications, including speeches, blogs, videos, and social content.
External Communications
Act as the lead spokesperson and media contact for corporate matters, crisis communications, brand storytelling, and community initiatives.
Create key materials including press releases, executive briefing documents, media kits, and earned media strategies.
Support Investor Relations by collaborating on quarterly earnings scripts, press releases, investor-facing presentations, and the annual report—ensuring message consistency, transparency, and clarity.
Provide strategic communications support for Government Relations, aligning corporate messaging with advocacy positions, policy submissions, and public consultations. Partner with the legal and public affairs team to drive awareness and understanding of goeasy’s contributions to financial inclusion and responsible lending.
Ensure brand consistency across all corporate channels—web, social media, earned media, and owned content—while maintaining an authentic voice reflective of goeasy’s values and mission.
Lead the development and coordination of goeasy’s Annual Report, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders (Investor Relations, Legal, Finance, and ESG) and delivering a compelling narrative that reflects the company’s performance, strategy, and values.
Corporate Brand & Social Impact
Lead the evolution of goeasy’s corporate brand and voice, ensuring that our communications reflect who we are today—and where we’re going.
Advance our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, including the expansion of our giving platform, and our core partnership with Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada, by promotion of employee-led community initiatives.
Own the strategy, process, and execution of goeasy’s submissions for corporate awards and recognition programs, partnering with internal stakeholders to showcase the company’s culture, impact, and achievements.
Measurement & Team Leadership
Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to evaluate the effectiveness of all communications efforts and to inform strategy decisions.
Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Communications professionals and partner agencies, scaling the function as needed to meet evolving business demands.
Qualifications
5–7 years in a communications leadership role within a complex, regulated, or consumer-facing environment.
Proven track record of developing and executing communications strategies that support investor, government, and public stakeholder engagement.
Superior writing, editing, and messaging development skills across multiple formats and channels.
Experience supporting senior executives, including CEOs, in high-visibility communications.
Strong understanding of the Canadian media landscape, financial services industry, and public policy environment.
Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with the ability to shift between high-level vision and hands-on execution.
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Public Affairs, or related field; MBA or advanced degree an asset.
Bilingual (English and French) preferred; proficient to lead the organization's language capability (with support) at minimum.
