The Senior Manager, Quality Assurance will build and lead a tech-enabled QA program across Centralized Operations, using AI-enabled monitoring, speech and interaction analytics, dashboards, and quality insights to help teams see issues earlier, coach more effectively, and continuously improve. This is a high-impact people leadership role for someone who can create structure from ambiguity, turn data into action, and make quality a source of confidence, learning, and competitive advantage at goeasy.
What will you be doing?

Design, build, and scale a data-enabled Quality Assurance program across Centralized Operations, including customer service, sales, underwriting, collections, administration, and other priority processes.
Shape the QA operating model, including governance, scorecards, sampling, calibration, reporting, escalation paths, and team routines.
Build, lead, coach, and develop a team of QA professionals with a culture of customer focus, ownership, disciplined problem solving, and continuous improvement.
Use AI-enabled monitoring, speech and interaction analytics, dashboards, and quality insights to identify trends, control gaps, customer impacts, and improvement opportunities.
Develop clear reporting and data visualizations that help leaders understand performance, isolate root causes, and make better decisions.
Define what “great” looks like across customer interactions and operational processes, including accuracy, customer treatment, communication quality, compliance, risk management, and resolution effectiveness.
Translate QA insights into practical action through coaching, training, process improvement, policy updates, and performance routines.
Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product, Analytics, Technology, Training, and frontline leadership to improve how work is performed and how issues are resolved.
Develop a QA maturity roadmap that moves the function from monitoring to prevention, predictive insight, automation, and continuous improvement.
What experience do you have?

5 to 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations, Customer Experience, Risk Management, Compliance, Process Improvement, Contact Centre Management, Business Transformation, or a related field.
Proven experience leading people, coaching teams, building performance routines, and developing high-performing talent.
Experience building, scaling, or improving QA programs, quality frameworks, scorecards, calibration routines, monitoring practices, or operational controls.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data, KPIs, quality results, and customer insights to identify issues, diagnose root causes, and drive performance improvements.
Experience with reporting and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with AI-enabled quality tools, automation, speech analytics, interaction analytics, call monitoring platforms, or text analytics.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, frontline teams, and cross-functional partners.
Experience in financial services, lending, customer operations, contact centres, collections, sales, underwriting, or other regulated environments is considered an asset.
A degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field is preferred; relevant quality, risk, project management, or continuous improvement certifications are considered assets.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative: 

Efficiently respond to and resolve customer inquiries and complaints received via inbound phone calls or emails, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. 
Perform account modifications and handle requests related to payments, credits, and other account inquiries.

goeasy is seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist, Licensing and Contracts to support key legal operations across the organization. The Senior Specialist, Licensing and Contracts supports the day-to-day coordination and administration of the organization's commercial contracting, regulatory administration, corporate governance, insurance administration, and legal operations activities.
The role supports the execution and coordination of the contract lifecycle management process and related legal operations programs, contributing to efficient execution, compliance, and stakeholder support across the enterprise. The Senior Specialist serves as a key point of contact and operational support resource for contract intake, contract administration, registrations, licensing, governance administration, insurance coordination, litigation administration, and legal operations reporting.
What will you be doing?

Commercial Contract Management:
Coordinate contract intake, workflow routing, approvals, execution, storage, and renewal processes.
Support drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements (with guidance as required).
Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Monitor contract obligations, expirations, and renewals.

Regulatory Administration:
Support corporate registrations and extra-provincial licensing requirements.
Coordinate regulatory filings and renewals.
Maintain regulatory records and compliance calendars.

Corporate Governance Administration:
Maintain corporate records and minute books.
Coordinate governance documentation, resolutions, and annual maintenance activities.
Support governance platforms and recordkeeping systems.

Enterprise Insurance Administration:
Support insurance renewal processes and coordination with brokers.
Coordinate collection of underwriting and renewal information.
Maintain insurance records and policy schedules.
Fleet Insurance

Litigation Administration & Legal Operations:
Maintain litigation and claims tracking systems.
Administer enterprise litigation hold processes.
Coordinate outside counsel invoices, settlement payments, matter tracking and financial resolution as required.
Support development and maintenance of legal operations reporting and dashboards.
Support implementation and administration of legal technology platforms.

Able to work independently on assigned tasks, with sound judgment and appropriate escalation.
Providing responsive, business-oriented legal support to internal stakeholders.
What experience do you have?

3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated experience with contract management systems and contract lifecycle processes.
Experience supporting corporate registrations, licensing, and regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven ability to maintain corporate records and minute books, and to support corporate governance activities.
Experience working within a regulated industry (e.g., financial services) is considered an asset.
Paralegal designation or equivalent law clerk/legal experience preferred.
Post-secondary education (college or university) is preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Experience in project coordination and/or project management.

What experience do you have?

About the Role:

We're looking for a Director, Collections Strategy & Performance who understands that Collections is about more than recoveries. It's about finding the right balance between customer outcomes, responsible lending, risk management, and business performance. We are looking for a strategic and analytical problem solver who can use data, insights, and sound business judgment to identify opportunities and improve how we operate. 
This is not a traditional Collections Director role. 
You'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, lead transformation, and help shape the future of one of goeasy's most important functions. With significant autonomy and visibility, you'll partner across Operations, Analytics, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to build better experiences for customers while driving strong business results. 
What You'll Do: 

Help define and execute the strategy for a critical part of goeasy's business. 
Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, portfolio performance, and operational effectiveness. 
Lead initiatives across Collections, Recoveries, Third-Party Partners, Offshore Operations, Technology, and Analytics. 
Use data and insights to inform decisions and influence business strategy. 
Diagnose complex and ambiguous business problems, identify underlying performance drivers, and develop practical solutions. 
Translate analysis and insights into clear recommendations, priorities, and execution plans.

What We're Looking For:

8-15 years of leadership experience in Collections, Operations, Strategy, Risk Management, Financial Services, Consulting, Analytics or a related field. 
Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to turn complex information into clear business insights and recommendations. 
Demonstrated experience solving ambiguous business problems and identifying the underlying drivers of performance. 
Strong business judgment, curiosity, and a practical, outcomes-oriented approach. 
Experience leading large-scale business improvements and transformational change. 
Strong business acumen, analytical capabilities, and problem-solving skills. 
Ability to connect strategy with execution and lead initiatives from analysis through implementation. 
Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. 
Experience in Collections, call centre operations, third-party vendors, agencies, or offshore partners is considered an asset but is not required.

Engagement des clients et ventes
Bâtir des relations clients de qualité supérieure en les accueillant et en dialoguant avec eux en personne, au téléphone et par courriel.
Interroger les clients afin de comprendre leurs besoins financiers et personnels et leur proposer la solution financière, de location et/ou de produit de service la plus appropriée.
Communiquer de manière transparente les modalités de location et de crédit et informer les clients sur les possibilités de développement du crédit.
Maximiser les ventes de services financiers et d'articles ménagers de goeasy grâce à des méthodes telles que la vente croisée.


Gestion des comptes et recouvrement
Gérer les comptes clients, y compris l'ouverture de nouveaux comptes, la mise à jour des dossiers, le traitement des versements et le suivi des comptes en souffrance.
Effectuer des tâches administratives et obtenir toutes les informations nécessaires à l'exécution des contrats de produits et de services conclus avec les clients, y compris l'évaluation de la situation financière du demandeur et de sa capacité de remboursement.

Assurer et stimuler la croissance des magasins de détail en veillant à ce que chaque transaction soit optimale pour le client et pour l’entreprise

A day in a life of a Customer Solutions Specialist:

Customer Engagement & Sales
Build strong customer relationships by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email.
Interview customers to understand their financial and personal needs to match them with the appropriate financial, leasing, and/or service product solution.
Transparently communicate lease and credit terms and conditions and educate customers on credit-building opportunities.
Maximize sales of goeasy’s financial services and home goods through methods such as cross-selling.


Account Management & Collections
Manage customer accounts, including opening new accounts, updating records, processing payments, and monitoring overdue accounts.
Perform administrative duties and secure all required information to fulfill customer contracts for products and services, including evaluating applicant’s financial status and ability to repay.
Conduct collection activities on financial services and products while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
Build long term customer relationships to creates trust and increase customer retention.
Follow up with customers on missed payments and negotiate repayment terms where applicable.


Retail Operations
Uphold merchandising standards including assisting with show room set up, pricing and promotion changes, as well as manage and track inventory.
Keep your store looking its best by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and a customer-ready environment.
Bring products to life by assembling and disassembling electronics and home furnishings as needed.
Coordinate delivery paperwork and ensure accurate documentation for lease and finance applications.
Perform out-of-store duties such as assistance with delivering merchandise, collection activities, and administrative duties.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

What we are looking for: 

Proven communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets and drive results.
Experience in a customer-facing environment (retail, finance, or leasing preferred).
Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
Availability to work a variety of shifts within store operating hours (10am-7pm Mondays to Saturdays)
Assist in physical tasks such as moving and arranging merchandise (ability to lift 50+ pounds is considered an asset).
Comfortable with sales calls, collections, and having difficult customer conversations
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit). Having a driver’s licence would be considered an asset.

The Manager, Platform Technology is a hands-on, delivery-focused leader who cares deeply about building stable, high-performing platforms that people can rely on every day. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the health, evolution, and performance of LendCare’s platforms—leading delivery through a blend of vendor partnerships, team leadership, and thoughtful technical oversight. You’ll play a key role in shaping platform enhancements, guiding support operations, and ensuring systems work seamlessly together. Working closely with business leaders, Technical Product, Architecture, and external partners, you’ll help bring ideas to life while championing modern engineering, quality, and DevSecOps practices.
What will you be doing?

Platform Delivery and Engineering Leadership

Coordinate and manage the backlog of platform development requests, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery timelines.
Drive best practices using Agile and DevSecOps approaches to enable faster, more reliable delivery cycles.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery velocity, reduce technical debt, and optimize overall platform performance.
Provide regular updates to internal teams and leadership on platform performance, development progress, and support metrics.
Maintain high standards for quality assurance activities to ensure accurate, high-quality changes are deployed.
Act as the primary point of contact for development and QA partners, ensuring accountability, strong performance, and timely delivery.
Support a core technology roadmap that aligns IT initiatives with the business’s short- and long-term goals.

Platform Operations and Reliability
Lead the day-to-day support of enterprise platforms, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and root causes are addressed.
Support release management activities by coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure readiness and minimize disruption.
Maintain clear visibility into platform issues and defects, driving timely resolution and continuous improvement in support processes.
Assist in major incident management by bringing together the right resources and supporting investigation and resolution efforts.

Integration & Solution Enablement
Oversee the planning and execution of platform integrations with internal and external systems, ensuring stability and data integrity.
Ensure platform documentation is current, accurate, and aligned with operational standards, including support procedures and integration specifications.

What experience do you have?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is considered an asset.
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or platform-specific credentials (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce) are an advantage.
5–7 years of experience in platform support, software delivery, or technical vendor management within an enterprise environment.
Experience managing third-party development and support partners, including performance tracking and escalation management.
Strong understanding of enterprise platform operations, including incident management, release coordination, and integration support.
Ability to understand and clearly communicate technical concepts related to APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues and drive resolution through collaboration and structured analysis.
