What will you do as the Senior Manager, Operational Excellence and Customer Care:
Lead by example in developing a high-performance culture grounded in operational excellence and customer service satisfaction.
Own key contact centre functions including KPI management, Quality Assurance (QA), and workflow optimization
Set clear performance expectations and KPI targets, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support career development within the team.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including workforce planning, schedule adherence, and real-time workflow management.
Use data to drive operational insights, uncover root causes, and lead process improvements that improve performance and reduce friction for both customers and employees.
Champion continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enhance service delivery and reduce inefficiencies.
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely, empathetic resolution aligned with brand standards.
Foster a highly engaged workforce with a culture of integrity, recognition, innovation and high performance.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement operational changes or system enhancements.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards; interpret trends and recommend data-backed actions.
Partner with technology and analytics teams to improve system performance, automation, and reporting capabilities (CRM, WFM, knowledge base, etc.).
What will you need to work with us:
Post-secondary degree or diploma required and/or relevant Contact centre experience
5-7 years of experience working in a Contact Centre people management
Proven success managing KPIs, SLA adherence, QA programs, and contact centre workflows.
Strong understanding of contact centre technologies including CRM, telephony, WFM, QA tools, and analytics platforms.
Experience with operational improvement frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) is a strong asset.
Prior expertise in driving employee engagement, and performance and decrease turnover
Strong leadership development skills
Experience managing financial reports and profit & loss
Demonstrated ability to implement and develop strategies, build action plans, and set goals
Strong ability to troubleshoot problems
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of easyhome, the Divisional Vice President (DVP) will lead the strategic and operational direction of easyhome’s retail business. Responsible for driving profitable growth, the DVP will oversee a network of approximately 75 store locations and lead a high-performing team of 7–10 Regional Managers.
This executive will bring deep expertise in the Canadian retail landscape, including regional market dynamics and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong awareness of evolving domestic and global retail trends, positioning easyhome for continued innovation and competitive advantage.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing strategic leadership and operational oversight to drive financial performance across the retail network, with a focus on sales growth, portfolio health, and disciplined expense management through the direct leadership of Regional Managers.
Prepare on a quarterly basis, or as otherwise required, a business plan for each of the Sales teams on actionable items to achieve the predetermined budget and sales targets;
Drive sales and profitability while setting and ensuring compliance of store financial plans and sales budgets including operational headcount, overtime spend/labour cost
Serve as a key liaison between easyhome retail operations and enterprise functions such as Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Finance, Real Estate etc.
Develop and maintain strategic store operations, procedures and policies with a focus on transformation/modernization of the easyhome business
Manage performance and development plans for Store Management and Regional Retail Managers, taking ownership of succession planning within your Division of retail leadership with an emphasis on developing internal leaders for the Regional Manager position
Ensure consistency in standards by training and developing Regional Retail Managers on company processes, policies, procedures, marketing principles, sales strategies and people leadership

What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices
Accurately complete all related paperwork and digital documentation
Collaborate closely with sales leaders and teammates to meet and exceed monthly targets
What You Bring
Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)
Previous experience in managing sales of ancillary product is strongly preferred.
Proven success in inside sales, telesales, or commission-based roles
Strong ability to build rapport quickly and uncover customer needs through conversation
Highly process-driven, with a coachable mindset and commitment to continuous learning
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
Schedule
Full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, either 9AM-5PM or 11AM – 7PM (based on your preference), with occasional Saturdays (once a month)

Day in the life of a Collections Representative:
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions.
Perform outbound calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers.
Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts of financial loans.

What we are looking for:

Day in the life of a Marketing Specialist:
Manage email campaigns using HubSpot from strategy to deployment, including providing direction on copy and imagery, designing layouts, audience segmentation, list hygiene, A/B testing and reporting.
Build complex automated email workflows that trigger based on customer actions like website visits, application starts or form submissions.
Maintain and develop targeted lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, traditional marketing and social media to deliver consistent messages at every stage.

A Day in the life of a Delivery Specialist:
Build superior customer sales experiences by welcoming and engaging customers in person, over the phone, and by email
Support retail operations by supporting the merchandising and maintenance of the store
Deliver best in class service when delivering our products to customers’ homes
General maintenance on the truck and around the store daily
Providing exceptional customer service throughout the moving process + addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
Coordinate and finalizing paperwork with customers onsite
What we are looking for:
Full class driver’s license with a driver’s abstract in good standing
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and move large home goods
Excellent communicator who is people and results-oriented looking to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction
Some experience in a customer-facing environment
Ability to multitask and work efficiently
Able to pass background checks (criminal, employment, driving history)
