Are you a creative powerhouse looking to make your mark? Our LendCare subsidiary is looking for an experienced and driven Graphic Designer to join the Creative Team. You’ll play a key role in helping to shape our visual brand and produce designs that grab attention and deliver results.

We’re looking for a designer who’s not just skilled but also inspired by emerging trends, with a sharp eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about shaping a brand’s visual identity, we’d love to see your work!

What You’ll Do:

• Bring Ideas to Life: Create engaging visuals that align with our brand guidelines across digital, print and video platforms.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work with the creative manager, stakeholders and marketing team to design; infographics, email templates, videos, GIF/animations, ads, presentation decks, social media posts, partner materials and more!
• Own the Process: Take projects from concept to completion, ensuring accuracy, quality and consistency.
• Think Outside the Box: Offer creative solutions and ideas to elevate campaigns and projects.

Who You Are:

• A minimum of 4 years of graphic design experience backed by relevant post-secondary education and a portfolio that showcases your versatility and talent.
• Mastery of typography, layout and design principles. Experience with French typesetting is a plus!
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat/forms). Bonus points if you’re skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects and HTML5.
• Experience with video production, editing, and campaign landing page design.
• You take pride in delivering work that’s accurate and on-brand.
• You stay ahead of design trends and incorporate them thoughtfully into your work.
• You thrive in a collaborative environment and take feedback like a pro.
• Availability to work fulltime permanent in our office in Pickering, ON

Extra Credit For:

• Financial services or B2B experience.
• Knowledge of UX principles.
