LendCare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Director of Customer Service to lead and elevate our customer support operations. This role will oversee a dedicated team of over 30 employees across multiple call centers in Pickering, Ontario, and Montreal, Quebec. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with a proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and retention while driving performance through metrics.
As Director of Customer Service, you will be responsible for setting the strategic vision, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints. This role will require a hands-on leader who is committed to continuous improvement, managing key service metrics, and fostering a customer-first culture throughout the organization.

What will you be doing?
Customer Service Strategy: Define and execute the strategic direction for the Customer Service department to ensure exceptional service delivery, customer retention, and satisfaction.
Key Metrics Management: Focus on driving key service performance metrics such as, First Call Resolution (FCR), Service Level (SL), Average Speed of Answer (ASA), Abandonment Rate, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT). Ensure regular reporting and monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
Performance & Quality Management: Establish, track, and continuously improve quality standards to enhance customer experiences. Ensure service delivery aligns with company standards, policies, and industry best practices.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support Senior Managers and Team Managers to foster a high-performance team culture. Develop strategies for employee engagement, training, and retention to reduce turnover and enhance productivity.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across customer service operations.
Customer-Centric Focus: Act as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are central to all operational decisions. Take ownership of customer escalations and drive timely resolutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination of initiatives that enhance the customer experience and align with overall business objectives.
Budget & Resource Management: Oversee the department’s budget, including resource allocation and cost control, ensuring efficient use of resources while maintaining service excellence.
Reporting & Analytics: Regularly analyze customer service data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Use insights to implement corrective actions and optimize operational performance.
Innovation & Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging customer service technologies. Implement innovative solutions that drive customer satisfaction and improve overall service delivery.
What experience do you have?
5+ years of leadership experience in customer service or call center operations, ideally in a senior management or director role.
Proven track record in managing customer service teams, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving performance metrics such as NPS, FCR, ASA, and CSAT.
Financial Services or Lending industry experience is a plus, though not required.
Ability to analyze customer data and performance metrics to identify trends, solve problems, and drive improvement initiatives.
Demonstrated experience in leading teams, fostering employee development, and managing performance at all levels.
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and executive leadership, with a strong emphasis on customer experience and service quality.
Passionate about customer service, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with call center software and analytics tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
This role requires on-site attendance at our LendCare office: 1315 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON. The company can provide Highway 407 reimbursements or relocation support.

goeasy is seeking a bright and motivated Senior Manager, Accounting looking to be part of a great Canadian Success story. Reporting to the Director, Finance, you will be will be part of a team that is responsible for full cycle accounting, financial statement preparation and analysis. The role involves dealing with operations located across North America and will be a key part of the team providing support to senior management for finance matters.
What will you be doing?
Lead a team of finance professionals responsible for managing general ledger accounting activities, ensuring timely and accurate consolidated and subsidiary reporting.
Mentor and develop direct reports by providing timely and candid feedback on assignments, communicating regularly, building strong personal and professional relationships, and setting goals and expectations.
Proactively drive the month-end close cycle to ensure timely and accurate completion of internal consolidated financial statements, including those of the Company’s subsidiaries.
Manage monthly balance sheet reporting and variance analysis to support financial statement accuracy and completeness, including cumulative translation adjustment reconciliation.
Develop, maintain, and review risk KPIs, with an advanced understanding of audit and accounting controls for compliance.
Provide IFRS interpretations and guidance to assist the team in performing appropriate analysis and documenting accounting determinations clearly, logically, and comprehensively for management and external auditors.
Stay up to date on new accounting standards and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant and proactively adapting processes as necessary.
Monitor, assess and maintain strong internal controls environment in a rapidly growing business to ensure prudent management of internal controls over financial reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors, ensuring support and information requests are provided promptly for quarterly reviews and annual financial audits.

What experience do you have?
Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a business discipline with a CPA/CA designation.

The Team Manager has responsibility for driving individual and team results through the delivery of training and coaching from inspired leadership while enabling engagement and inspiring knowledge and skill development. Role Overview:
At goeasy, we're on the lookout for a visionary leader to revolutionize our customer experience. As Vice President, Customer Management & Engagement (Digital Products), you’ll drive the strategy for the entire customer journey, from lifecycle management to digital product development and customer experience. Your focus will be on building customer loyalty, driving satisfaction, and fueling sustainable growth through innovative solutions and actionable insights.
Leading dynamic teams across digital engagement platforms (mobile app, online tools) and customer lifecycle strategy, you'll oversee key CX initiatives such as Voice of Customer, NPS, and sentiment analysis. You'll also lead the development of a powerful customer segmentation strategy, delivering personalized, impactful experiences that make a real difference for our customers and the business.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Lifecycle & Engagement Strategy
Lead enterprise strategy to deepen customer relationships throughout the lifecycle
Develop and scale customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies
Integrate segmentation and LTV frameworks into marketing, product, and personalization
Optimize journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention
Drive engagement KPIs including adoption, usage, cross-sell, churn reduction, and loyalty
Digital Product Ownership
Own strategy, roadmap, and performance for digital products (mobile app, online account tools)
Deliver intuitive, high-impact digital experiences that support customer self-service and satisfaction
Use analytics and VOC insights to drive continuous product enhancement and business growth
Customer Experience & Satisfaction
Lead CX strategy across all customer channels
Oversee CSAT, NPS, and VOC programs to capture and apply customer feedback
Partner cross-functionally to embed insights into product design and service delivery
Portfolio Growth & Customer-Centric Strategy
Drive usage, retention, and LTV through personalized, data-driven engagement
Use segmentation and predictive analytics to align customer needs with business goals
Ensure compliance and alignment with risk and financial frameworks
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams across lifecycle, CX, analytics, and digital product

Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
12+ years in customer management, digital product, lifecycle marketing, or transformation (preferably in financial services or consumer tech.
Deep expertise in establishing measurement frameworks used to measure existing customer profitability; customer lifetime value (LTV)
Deep expertise in digital product management including mobile app proficiency
Proven track record of improving customer metrics and turning insights into strategic action.
Strong leadership presence, communication skills, and ability to influence
Highly data-driven with experience using analytics to drive change and optimize performance.
