Role Overview
We are excited to introduce a new leadership opportunity as Director, Credit Card Products & Portfolio Growth, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Marketing & Product. This pivotal position will oversee the development, launch, and optimization of our credit card offerings, driving profitability, growth, and customer satisfaction through strategies focused on acquisition, engagement, and performance.
The role will manage product development, market expansion, and end-to-end P&L oversight, collaborating closely with stakeholders across risk, legal, finance, technology, and marketing. Additionally, it will involve nurturing strategic partnerships and leading innovation to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive market.
What will you be doing?
1) Product Strategy, Development & Execution
Lead the creation, launch, and evolution of new credit card products from ideation to market entry;
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for the card portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Optimize pricing, rewards structures, credit policies, and feature enhancements to maximize profitability and customer engagement.
Develop and execute omnichannel acquisition strategies, leveraging proprietary channels, partnerships, digital channels, and direct marketing efforts.
Ensure all credit card initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
2) Portfolio Management & Growth Optimization
Drive the achievement of growth targets and profitability
Monitor portfolio performance, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, risk mitigation, and revenue expansion.
Leverage data analytics and market research to refine product offerings, optimize spending behaviour, and reduce attrition.
Oversee the management of existing credit card partnerships while identifying and seizing new opportunities.
Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to maintain a market-leading position.
3) Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (internal and external) to ensure smooth operations, sustainable growth, and strategic alignment.
Act as a senior decision-maker with major corporate impact, influencing executives on credit card strategies.
Represent the organization in key account negotiations and high-profile partner engagements.
4) Acquisition & Channel Strategy
Own and drive credit card receivables growth objectives.
Develop and implement strategies in an omnichannel acquisition environment, ensuring balance and efficiency in digital, retail, and partner-driven channels.
Stay at the forefront of innovative acquisition solutions, influencing new business models to accelerate customer acquisition while ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
What experience do you have?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
7-10 years of experience as a leader in the credit card industry with a strong track record of leading new product development, portfolio management, acquisition and growth strategies.
Proven ability to drive change, influence key stakeholders, and lead cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of financial modelling, risk management, and credit card economics.

What will you be doing?
Direct-to-Consumer Strategy Development: Leading the creation and execution of a direct-to-consumer lending strategy, driving the company's expansion beyond its current partnership-driven model. Market and Product Development: Identifying consumer needs and trends to develop lending products tailored for direct-to-consumer markets. Overseeing the creation of competitive financial products that differentiate the company in the marketplace and drive customer adoption.
Project Management: Managing the end-to-end process of launching the DTC business, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This includes coordinating internal resources, technology solutions, and external vendors to support product launches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales, technology, compliance, and operations to ensure successful implementation and alignment of DTC strategies. Building strong cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact projects and drive growth.
Customer Experience and Journey Optimization: Developing a seamless, customer-focused experience across all touchpoints. Continuously optimizing the customer journey, from acquisition to loan servicing, to maximize engagement and satisfaction.

What experience do you have?
Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or business development within the financial services or lending industry.
5+ years of leadership experience at the strategic level, with a focus on fostering professional development and team growth.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is an asset.

What you will do:

Role Overview:
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Senior Vice-President, Financial Accounting & Controllership is a key senior leadership role within the organization. This position requires a seasoned, hands-on executive capable of driving the company’s ambitious growth objectives while ensuring the integrity of its financial structures and controls. As goeasy continues to expand, managing a multi-billion-dollar portfolio across multiple verticals, this role will lead efforts to streamline and enhance financial consolidation, reporting, and performance tracking across diverse business units. Additionally, this executive role will play a critical role in driving the company’s diversification strategy and fostering the development of a high-performing finance team, empowering both collective and individual growth.
Responsibilities (not limited to):
Leadership of the Controllership Function: Provide visionary leadership to a high-performing team responsible for driving financial excellence across the organization. Oversee critical functions including Corporate Accounting, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Taxation, Audit Coordination, Disbursements, Asset & Inventory Management, Vendor & Expense Management, and related financial analysis.
Financial Reporting & Regulatory Compliance: Full responsibility for producing accurate and timely financial reports and regulatory submissions for the organization’s legal entities and business units. This includes Financial Statements, Management Discussion & Analysis, Annual Report & Information Form, and the Management Information Circular.
Financial Integrity & Accuracy: Ensure the completeness and accuracy of corporate accounts, including maintaining financial systems of record, adhering to accounting policies, and ensuring proper valuations, provisions, and financial presentation under IFRS and applicable local GAAP.
Audit Management & External Relations: Lead and represent the organization on all financial audit matters, overseeing and coordinating external audits and reviews to ensure compliance and transparency. (Oversight of EY relationship)
Taxation Oversight & Compliance: Ensure optimization and full compliance with all tax obligations, including Income Tax, Indirect Tax, Transfer Pricing, Provisions, and audits by tax authorities.
Disbursement Controls: Oversee disbursement accounting, ensuring effective controls are in place for Vendor and Employee Payments & Distributions.
Audit Committee & Board Reporting: Prepare and present key financial materials and reports to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.
Management Reporting Support: Provide ongoing preparation and support for the company’s Management Reporting processes.
Financial Stewardship: Directly impact the management and financial integrity of goeasy by ensuring effective stewardship of organizational resources, maintaining strong financial controls, and ensuring compliance with all legal, governmental, and regulatory requirements.
Providing Support to Other Functional Areas of Finance:
Financial Planning & Analysis: Budgets, Forecasts, Investment and Business Unit Analysis, Project Planning, Management Reporting, Strategic Analysis, KPIs, and departmental support.
Treasury: Capital & Debt Management, Funding Facilities, Securitization, Financial Instruments, and credit cost optimization.
Investor Relations: New Ventures & Deal Analysis, Research, Equity Research, Rating Agency Inquiries, and Strategic Planning.
Qualifications:
10-12 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with most recent scope at a senior leadership level (VP+).
Experience within a publicly-traded organization; relevant financial services experience is an asset.
Chartered Accountant (CPA/CA) with previous progressive experience in an accounting/audit firm.
Consolidation and reporting experience working in a parent company with multiple business units operating in multiple geographies.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in IFRS is required. Knowledge of US GAAP is an asset.
Previous experience managing external financial audits is required.
Knowledge of Canadian Income and Indirect Taxation is required. Experience in International Tax is an asset.
Strong financial systems knowledge and experience is required.
A natural leader with strong people management and coaching skills.
A strong and organized leader that can manage financial processes but also distill communication with the executive team and business leaders.

Role Overview:
The Senior Vice-President of Investor Relations, Capital Markets & Treasury is a multidimensional senior leadership role reporting to the CFO with responsibilities spanning across business functions. Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in investor relations or capital markets, ideally within a publicly traded company or financial institution. 4+ years of experience at a senior leadership level (ie. Managing Director, VP+)
Deep experience in managing treasury functions and capital markets transactions, including debt/equity issuance and managing cash flow and liquidity.
Strong background in financial reporting, investor communications, and business case development.
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field; MBA, CA, CFA, or CPA qualifications are desirable.
Proven track record of managing investor relations and executing capital markets transactions to raise capital and manage financial structure.
